When we entered the room it looked cleaned but smell very unclean. The reason the room smell like it did was because it was not cleaned. I found this in the room the next morning. This sock did not belong to us. I truly expected more from this hotel. I expect this to happen at Quailty next door.

I can’t rave enough about our stay! We loved it so much, we encouraged my husband’s race team to book as soon as they know their schedule for VIR next year. We thought it had recently been renovated because it was so nice, but after chatting with the front desk, we were told it had been over 8 years! That says so much about how well they take care of the facility! Every single person was so nice. Especially Ms Bella! My son and I looked forward to seeing her every morning. She was so personable and the positive energy we all need in the morning! We don’t usually care for continental breakfast, but this breakfast was phenomenal! Also, shoutout to Ms Sheila! Please let her know her laundry skills are superb and we greatly appreciate the crisp bedsheets and towels! Thank you guys for making our stay amazing! We can’t wait to see you all again soon!

Booked through hotels.com went to stay was sleeping in the bed and realized that I had bedbugs in the bed with me. I got out went to request a refund wanted to move rooms. They would not move me and so I decided that I would need to go to a different hotel so I did. They said they would call me in the morning about the refund. I was told this morning that there would not be a refund because of it being through a third-party vendor like hotels.com. I would like someone from customer service with hotels.com to call me immediately.

Hampton Inn is always my go to spot when coming to Roxboro visiting family. The highlight of my visit is see Ms. Bella and attempt to match her energy. The other highlight is seeing Ms. Pam and seeing her newest style from hair design/color to clothing. Look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Bella is the best and very attentive. However, i was very concerned with the volume of people over the weekend, she worked alone with no help from even management. She made it looked smooth and effortless even during wait times and is great asset to this organization.I normally stay here when I come into town so I know this brand and how many people The trash person was not as attentive considering it was near food and i had to ask was he coming over. Considering the cost off this location, it was just not acceptable . I would recommend to others because it is great place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The continental breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and a great way to start each morning. What really made our experience special was the outstanding staff. My son accidentally left his favorite toy behind, and the staff went out of their way to find it and return it to us. Their kindness, honesty, and helpfulness meant so much to our family. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to coming back!

Great day, on last evening June 12,2026, I woke to an itchy feeling on my back, arms and legs. I immediately got up. I pulled the cover back. I then pulled the cover back and seen the first bedbug not sure at the time what it was I smashed it , making a red bloody mark. My stay was behind uncomfortable. I got no sleep and I had to put my luggage and carrying bags in trash bags to get them home. I also had to go to urgent care this morning to get something to relieve the itching. I am so upset. I visit the area often. Over the 2-3 years I had only stayed at Quality Inn next door. I had to stay here at Hampton Inn/by Hilton, because Quality Inn was full. I will never stay here again. Yes there is remodeling being done, is it because you are updating the hotel well with the bedbugs,Remodeling is not enough.

Great day, on last evening June 12,2026, I woke to an itchy feeling on my back, arms and legs. I immediately got up. I pulled the cover back. I then pulled the cover back and seen the first bedbug not sure at the time what it was I smashed it , making a red bloody mark.
