Excellent stay! My room was clean, comfortable bed, and quiet neighborhood. Well lit parking lot kept my car secure. Variety of selections for breakfast: Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, and even gravy for my biscuit! I highly recommend and at a very reasonable price!

This hotel chain offers consistent comfortable stays. You can't go wrong booking here. What's comforting at Sleep Inns is that if you're ever on premise when they're cleaning the rooms, they always change the bed sheets. Their rooms are always comfortable no matter the age of the building. This particular hotel has a nice workout room. Really enjoyed my 2 nights at Hanes Mall Sleep Inn. It's conveniently located off the interstate. The best of restaurants in the area are within a 5 minutes drive, one is walkable. You can't go wrong booking here. Most Sleep Inns are not new so don't expect perfection, expect good.

Facility was clean and seems well kept. Included breakfast was adequate as i only wanted toast and fruit which was readily available. Rooms on east side were a little noisy due to proximity to busy highway, but pleasant noise from a/c took care of that. Only potential problem was small parking lot as I filled last space when returning at 2130 at night. Guests were still checking in so they had to park on street but it is a dead end. Guests

It looked sketchy on arriving. Inside lobby major construction going on. Only one elevator and cleaning crew were in it frequently. (Cleaning crew were nice) Desk clerk rather abrupt. Next morning: Sanding and painting going on around breakfast room. However, my room was clean and only stayed one night.

I was very disappointed that the elevator was out and my room was on the third floor. With no other rooms available to accommodate me. Nothing was discussed at check-in breakfast if it was also cancelled due to renovations, or did we need daily room cleaning. However our clerk did catch us in the evening when we returned to tell me about maid services

The bedding and towels were great. The floors in the room were dirty, bathrooms/shower area yukky. Shower had mold. Carpeting in hallways and ice machine is gross. The staff was fine. The place needs an overhaul. Way over priced for condition.

Room was not clean the day I checked in. Hairs all over the bathroom, toilet not clean, used toothpick and gum on the carpet, etc. One morning on my way out, I told receptionist there was what appeared to be vomit in the hall right beside the elevator and when I came back an hour later it was still there. Front desk staff is constantly on their cell and rude. Bathroom door and frame were practically falling apart, mini fridge was leaning into the floor bc the shelf was broken, the room was overall just dirty and had signs saying you would not get room service unless specifically requested. Would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cleanliness is an issue. The rugs in the hallways are disgusting. I couldn’t touch the breakfast because of the feel of grunge in the hotel. The lounge chair in the room matched the rugs. Gross. There were people hanging around the outside steps near my room at all hours. The advertisement photos are not the real vibe of this property, which is in fact more of a motel feel.

It looks beautiful . But too many things wrong . I had a refridge with a broken leg. Found a crawling roach in the am under my sink . Took pillow covers off found soiled pillows with stains. Shower floor had a stain . Got a luggage cart and found leaky garbage on it with nats flying out . Had to put a towel on it so nothing got on my luggage . I would not stay here and want refunded.

This spot was perfect for a 2-night stay. The room was cozy, bed comfortable, fridge and microwave were convenient. They provided a variety of options for breakfast. I wish I had known that there was a button on the shower faucet to make the water hotter. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

Was located next to a highway so hear trucks passing most of the night. Room was small but well laid out. Tea/coffee only available at breakfast. Rooms had coffee pots and 2 packs of coffee. Ironing equipt. was in room.

We had issues at check-in, where they added duplicate fees. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. There were homeless people all around the property trying to get into the hotel. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Front desk was very welcoming, let me know before hand what the deposit was and what it all went to along with how i should expect it back. The room was very clean and the bed was soft. Will definitely stay here again!

The front desk attendant gave someone else a key card to my hotel room, so I was jolted awake at 11pm by strangers walking into my room. They went back downstairs and the front desk attendant yelled at me and asked for proof that I was assigned to that room. She was the one who checked me into the hotel just a couple of hours earlier. The other front desk attendants that I spoke with about the incident were kind, apologetic and accommodating. I asked that the owner please call me to discuss the incident and I never heard from him or any other manager, nor was I offered any kind of refund or concession due to the horrific service of that attendant. I have one more stay already booked at this hotel for a business trip and then I won't ever stay here again. The room was adequately comfortable and clean given the price point.

Clean room. No recreational smells😊. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff allowed us to hang out in the lobby after checkout while waiting a couple of hours for transportation to arrive.

Hair in bathroom trash, broken glass in the parking lot and a front desk man (John), was extremely rude when we walked to the desk and tried to let him know about the glass. Then he blamed it on housekeeping for it not being clean and unprofessionally said he guess he will just have to do since they did not.

The woman at the front desk would not allow Adolfo to check in because he left his ID at the house. I called to let her know that it was in fact him and the room was paid for so she could allow him to check in. It was 11PM, this was a business trip, and the room was paid for on a business credit card. I understand the policy, but on top of that, the woman was incredibly rude and hung up on me while I was trying to reason with her. It should not be this difficult to book a room for employees. I have a feeling that had he been white and not hispanic, we would not have had this issue.

The room was clean. But the noise from the road was horrible. I was constantly waking up during the night. If possible stay on the side of the road NOT facing the highway.

Driving up to this location you might be a bit skeptical, due to the appearance of the business and parking lot across the street, but don't worry!! This hotel was very clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable except for the comforter, it was crinkly and scratchy. My only issue with this hotel was when I asked for additional towels, I was told that only 2 per room were allowed.....uhhh ok???!!!??? We had 2 rooms booked; 1 room with 2 adults, and 1 room with 2 adults & 1 child. I found this really odd and rather annoying. Other than the towel issue, this hotel was nice and we will book here again.....we'll bring extra towels next time!

Staff was very kind, room was very cozy. Breakfast was a little strange, and the yogurt was expired. Still edible and they had a waffle maker and a toaster with bread so pretty good options. I was a bit nervous as a single woman staying alone but i didn’t feel unsafe at all.

Excellent stay! My room was clean, comfortable bed, and quiet neighborhood. Well lit parking lot kept my car secure. Variety of selections for breakfast: Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, and even gravy for my biscuit! I highly recommend and at a very reasonable price!

My stay was a 1-night in between home - beach. Great stay for the price, very clean. Only possible complaint was lack of coffee at breakfast bar & no one around to ask for more.

The halls smelled very badly of weed smoke. No attedent at front desk in the everning with no way to call for one. Breakfast was cold and very limited.

Great stay for an affordable rate! Room was super clean. The shower had good pressure and was nice and hot and spotless. The bed was super comfy and even the pillows were pretty good. For breakfast choices we had biscuits and gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal, and yogurt, however, there was a bad accident which caused the whole area to lose power so we didnt get to try the hot food. My boyfriend tried the biscuits and gravy, but it had started to get cold already, which was no fault of the hotels. Staff was super friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable bedding clean and inviting. Cold beverage and cookies at check in. Wonderful full breakfast included. Close to a great seafood restaurant that offers 10%discount when you show the room card.

Room needed maintenance. Breakfast lacked milk and orange juice, and they were not refilled even after staff was notified. Biscuits ran out before guests were served. Breakfast area needed cleaning.

My only problem with the hotel is the movie channels weren’t working and this wasn’t the first time. Other than that place was clean friendly staff. I’m just glad I was on the 3rd floor on the 2nd floor both ice and vending machines were both out of order

Check was friendly and quick. Staff said hello every time we saw them. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Only down side was room faced highway and very high traffic. But wasn’t a big enough deal breaker for us to stay again.

Terrific place to stay overnight while traveling. Right next to a large mall full of restaurants! The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and spacious. The sheets were very soft and everything worked well. The breakfast was nice and available 6:30 - 9:30. Parking is easy and the lot is well lit. Staff was very helpful

The stay was nice. The room was a king bed in a smaller size room. The only complaint I had was the noise in the mornings. I was on the ground floor, so some foot traffic is to be expected with the free breakfast and check outs, but there was a high level of noise from the cleaning staff and such yelling down the hallways to each other. Communication is needed and expected, but it woke me up each morning.

I typically stay at the same location every time I visit Winston-Salem because it is clean and affordable as well as close to restaurants, etc.. The only issue that I have is that they advertise the beds as two Queen size beds when they are clearly full size beds.
