Choosing this hotel was a big mistake. Check-in took at least 20 mins, per person in line, and there were many. The man at the desk was unhelpful and uncommunicative. No elevator, confusing signage, and everything dated and dingy. People in front of us asked for an accessible room and were given 2nd floor room with no elevator to get to it. The room was at the end of the hallway and ridiculously small. Bed, pillows and bathroom okay. Didn’t stay for free breakfast because frankly didn’t trust it.

Run down room, AC didnt work very well. Breakfast process was odd. Only could get breakfast with a coupon with very limited selection. Opted to go pay for breakfast at Ihop.

Breakfast was good, especially the cook to order. Room was very hot and temperature could not be adjusted. Most importantly, we were charged $100 dollars for "missing towels" that we did not take. Awful and dishonest. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The toilet was slow to flush and the drain was slow. We informed the front desk and they told us “it was fine”
