Quality Suites Near West Acres

We have stayed many times. Great value at this motel. During this stay, we showed up for breakfast 5 mins before closing. No one was around for 10 mins. When they showed up, they said it was past time. When we explained that we arrived before closing, she dismissed us by simply stating they were out of breakfast. She clearly didn’t want to help us. Borderline rude.

No usable hot tub. It was covered with wood. But the pool was heated enough to enjoy. Our toilet seemed like it needed to be tighter down. It made a noise when seated on and getting up. Bad for middle of the night trips. Enough towels. Good for a continental breakfast. They had a waffle maker, toaster, cereals, bagels.

The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. Hair on the bathroom floor. Both towels had nasty stains on them. Very loud guests at 3 AM. No staff around.

Just ok. The staff was friendly. Their were vegetables clogging the bathroom sink drain, stains on the comforters, and hair in the shower. Breakfast was minimal. Beds were ok and the room was comfortable. The table in the suite part of our room was very wobbly. We did not use the pool, came in late and are in town for a college visit.
