MainStay Suites Fargo - I-94 Medical Center

Nice place to stay at reasonable prices. We had a suite for 5. Wish the carpets in the room were cleaner. But otherwise very comfortable with a large bathroom and amenities in the kitchen

We didn't stay. We had to clean our own room, which ultimately was so smelly of animal (presumably) urine that I decided not to allow my family to stay there.

Rooms need updates

I picked the WRAONG DAY to stay! When I arrived, was told by the hotel I got a king room instead of the suite I booked for $194.00/night. I needed 2 beds so I objected and even after showing them my booking with Hotels.com I was told they would "comp" me a room with the connected Red Roof Inn that had 2 beds. The Red Roof Inn was a crappy hotel!!! So, I paid for a beautiful suite and got a really poor room at another hotel. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Watch out for hidden charges after you checkout. I noticed a charge that shouldn't have been on my card and called the hotel and they said it was a fee for using their room safe(which I never did, and didn't even see a safe in the room). Doesn't say anywhere under the description of the hotel on this site or their site that there's going to be a fee at all. If you're going to charge people fees, they need to be visible on any site before the customer checkouts!
