Good hotel for what they charge. We had no problem with parking like people have reviewed, but we were on the opposite end of the bar, so that might have helped. Breakfast was standard and well stocked and looked after. Bed was comfy but the single room is quite tight for space. No elevator. It was clean I’d stay here again.

Nice hotel and reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and room was very clean. I’m a fitness buff and found the gym mediocre. Only dumbbells and treadmills for those who are looking for a workout. Hotel is in a great location and close to those who like shopping.

Breakfast was pretty good with decent selection. Rooms were clean other then the sheets did have some stains on the them. Parking isn't the greatest especially if you come back to the hotel later in the evening because of all the people at the bar infront of the hotel. The doors to the rooms do need the hinges redone as there is very large gaps between the door and jam. All in all, not a bad place for the price especially if you're primarily just using it for sleep.

Carpets were wet. Toilets were dirty. Air conditioning in window is right beside the bed and blowing onto you with no other place to sleep. Everything in the room felt damp and moist. Keep your shoes on!

Stayed for a night while passing through. Room was disgusting and bathroom was filthy. I wasn’t even comfortable putting my babies tub inside the bathtub it was so gross. There was hair everywhere. Bedding was disgusting, thankfully I had my own.

The room was not cleaned and bedding was not changed. Tolet was gross the lady at the front desk took photos and applolgized for the condition.We asked to get room compensated as my wife had to change the bedding and clean bathroom. The morning frimt desk told us because we booked through expideia we got the room too cheap.

On We stayed on the 7 and 11. On the 7 there was 2 blood stain on the bathroom curtain ( my sister did not notice until she was in the shower.) my daughter mentioned this to the front desk and my sister showed it to the house keepers in the morning.On the 11 we noticed there was food in the fridge from the previous guest and the shower bath soap container in the shower was empty. My daughter went to the front desk and he gave 2 small bars of soap.This place is not a bad place .but the housekeepers are not doing their jobs properly ( not all housekeepers) the location is good and close to the airport.

I wasn’t expecting Ritz, but this was such a poor maintained hotel. We only planned overnight trip, but if this was multiple nights I wouldn’t stay. Doors looked like they were kicked in. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Toilet wasn’t flushing because the chain in the water reservoir was rusted off and broken…. Laminate molding was peeling off in the bathroom. End table between the beds and lamp shades were covered in dust. I wouldn’t even set my things on the floor and my shoes stayed on the entire time. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Whole experience was sketchy. Two positives…towels and bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. I will never stay there again.

The carpet was very stained and dirty looking. Wasn't sure if I should take my shoes off. The AC unit is located in a poor spot. It's right next to the bed. So the people in that bed cool off or freeze. The people in the other bed roast. Walls aren't sound proof. Pillows were super uncomfortable.

Bed was fine and the room was pretty clean. The shower had very little water pressure and was not hot at all. Although breakfast was offered, I did not get a chance to try. 2/3 days there were too many people down there and the other time the food was pretty picked over and I didn’t really see anything appealing. I didn’t spend much time at hotel other than to sleep.

Dated property that has been well-maintained. Our room was comfortable and met the minimal requirements. We did NOT appreciate the demeanor of some hotel staff. The check-in clerk needs to get a sense of humor about the pronunciation of her name. She is Jaimie, which is pronounced differently in Spanish than "Jame-y." How is a guest supposed to know that? It may be tiresome for her, but it\'s not okay to attack guests over a trivial mistake. Workmen were "cleaning the room air conditioning units" on the day of our checkout (a Sunday), which is indicative of attention to maintenance issues. We were literally "rousted" from our room at 9:30AM when the hotel clearly states checkout time as 11:00AM. The commanding staff member who knocked on our door with an attitude of entitlement was rude and disrespectful. We had to remind her of the checkout time, indicating that we would be out before that time, but no an hour and a half in advance. I called it to the attention of the person at the desk, with a request that my comments be communicated to management, though I was given no assurance that it would happen. Guests are NOT there for the convenience of the hotel staff and someone needs to point that out to the employees.

Fargo Inn and Suites was crowded and the woman who was solo at the front desk was a rock star. Patient, call and expedient. I failed to get your name but you were awesome. I checked in about 6pm on Friday Aug 22 2025. You were amazing. And you were still working when I checked out at 7:30a. Kudos to you young lady. Great staff. Clean room. Easy parking. Relatively quiet for how crowded the property was. Thank you.

I checked in about 6pm on Friday Aug 22 2025. You were amazing. And you were still working when I checked out at 7:30a. Kudos to you young lady. Great staff. Clean room. Easy parking. The room was not cleaned and bedding was not changed. Tolet was gross the lady at the front desk took photos and applolgized for the condition.We asked to get room compensated as my wife had to change the bedding and clean bathroom. The morning frimt desk told us because we booked through expideia we got the room too cheap.

They gave away my room and sold out for the night. I showed up at 6:51 pm was told by the very rude and unprofessional from desk staff that my room was given away because I came after 6pm check in time was 3pm!!!! I was left with no where to stay and they told me to leave and did not help me out at all!! Very rude staff and completely unacceptable seeing how I had booked over a month in advance and put my credit card in file to charge for the room… just sad don’t book here because they will leave you with no place to stay

Really nice place to stay. The guy from the front desk was very friendly, helpful and kind. I don’t know his name but is a good person. Keep up your great service. Next the black cleaning lady dauphine. I was helpful and friendly. Thanks to all workers.

On our quest to visit all 50 states, North Dakota was on our list, a night's stay in Fargo was in order. We tried a local hotel, Fargo Inn and Suites for a nice stay.an older property, probably a former franchised hotel, two story. Front desk reps were friendly, helpful, excellent. Breakfast. Good, hot, typical, clean area. Attached bar, servers were fine, bar food menu limited but good, blackjack, video slots, pull tabs available. Room very clean, small bath, sink in room, our room faced the McDonalds drive thru, keeping shades closed. A nice stay, recommend. Quiet, good lication near mall, restaurants, shopping. .

Parking lot was packed but cleared out later in the evening (either is was people visiting the lounge or the next door restaurant we assume). Parking lot was very dim so that felt a little unsafe. Location to the mall, food places and NDSU was very excellent. Hotel staff person was friendly, check in was smooth. Hotel room was a little dated, but was decently clean. We didn’t have the breakfast other than coffee in the morning due to time constraints but breakfast smelled good but didn’t see any “to go” options like granola, muffins, bagels, bars. Stay was peaceful and this was a great option for the no frills place to sleep for the night. We would recommend this place and would stay here again. Great option for the price and location.

Awesome price, good breakfast including waffles, scrambled eggs & sausage. LOVED the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower. There's an attached bar,The Box. Great place to grab a snack or pizza. Staff was AMAZING!

Had a great stay. Hotel property inside and out was very clean, rooms were great, comfortable bed and linens. Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap. Hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, lots of options . There is also a bar with slots and pull tabs on site. Would highly recommend for the price!!

Room smelt like musty mold, walls must be paper thin because you could hear everyone around you, debit card got charged an extra night “accidentally” and then was refunded but because it was a debit card i didn’t get my refund for 5 days.

It’s clearly an older property that’s been kept in decent shape but shows plenty of wear on the walls, ceiling, etc. (the furniture is in very good shape). The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was reasonably comfortable, though the air conditioner was noisy and we could hear the door to the bar and lounge slamming periodically. Breakfast was fairly decent, though there were few gluten-free options for my wife (a common problem at hotels).

I was in room 134 which was an accessible room so there was no tub, not a big deal, but there was also no vanity counter space, just a sink. I made it work but it wasn’t ideal seeing as I hadn’t requested an accessible room? The bed seemed to be high in the middle and I couldn’t stay where I wanted so my sleep was horrible. The room, the staff and the convenience of the location was otherwise good.
