The room was clean, the hotel was not overly noisy. The included continental breakfast was subpar, and the food tasted like cardboard. The pool had multiple loose tiles scattered throughout the pool, and the hot tub was out of order.

Staff was adequate even if not the friendliest. It was a pet friendly facility, but the hallway stunk of urine. Parking was awful for a full size pickup. I could every step in the room above and the sound of the traffic was loud. The pillows were awful and for a room that sleeps 4 the beds were tiny. Breakfast not special either.

Did not indicate on there online sight, that the pool and hot tub were not available because of remodeling. One reason we chose this place is because we were satisfied with the amenities, from past stays. We booked here again because our grandkids were here also, and wanted to swim. They were very sad, and I was disappointed. There were other families that were dealing with the same issue with there disappointed children. Shame on you “RedRoof”! You should have let us know! I

everything was fine, I planned for a shuttle to the airport as the number I called said 24 hr shuttle… but that wasn't the local Fargo #. Shuttles don't run everyday at the Fargo location.

Kind of dirty, missing items in room, toilet paper holder was broken, pool / hot tub were shut down. Gutter from building was laying right in front of enterance and no employee took the time to lay it to the side. Basically i don't think a single employee of this hotel will do anything extra to help or tidy the property up.

Bed was comfortable. Two light bulbs missing and one broken. Fridge had leftover food last guests forgot. Poor breakfast. Everywhere we looked there were broken things. Very poor upkeep.

Our room was dirty! Bedding was clean! Pleasantly surprised at the complimentary hot breakfast we had (scrambled eggs and sausage patties). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great value!

We were in Room 122 and the room had an odor to it that did not help when we opened the window, sprayed freshener it just smelled. There was blood on the comforter, it looked like someone tried to wipe off but was still plain to see at the top of the bedspread. Bathroom floor was dirty, fire alarm hanging out of the ceiling and bathroom light switch worked but needs fixing.

Stayed in 116 which was a pet friendly 2 bed room with a mix of carpet and laminate type flooring. Beds were full size but not queen like advertised. Good for one person each so bring a camping mattress. Quite echoey in the room and easy to hear upstairs neighbors. Bring room spray.

Great hotel, the hallways are loud early in the morning (dogs barking at 6, kids screaming at 7) but that’s not the hotels fault. The tv however had very few channels and the guide wasn’t accurate. Most channels needed subscriptions. But the hotel is great otherwise.

Usually when i stay here its pretty good. I normally ask for the same room when i book. This time they wwre pretty booked, so we got a different room. First the shower head was jot working properly, went to the desk and fixed it the follwing day. That was nice! Both beds were so uncomfortable one had a huge lump felt like i was sleeping on a warped board. The other sounded like it was falling apart ever little move. The microwave smelt like it was on fire when i used it, then would just turn off mid cook. If this were my first time staying i probably wouldnt go back.

Room was clean. Bathroom was small and the wobbly sliding door didn't lock. Empty kleenex box holder. Safe was locked when we arrived so we couldnt use it. Same garbage and glitter on the carpets for our whole stay. In the middle of our stay we got locked out of our room, somehow. Went to the front desk and had to get new keys programmed several times before we could get back in. Would not stay here again.

Check in was easy enough. Self check in option would have been nicer. Late afternoon checkin lady and girl that was on nightshift and got breakfast out have 0 customer service skills. Cold reception at its best. On check in no hello or info on hotel was offered. Breakfast girl was the same. Too busy googling or talking and complaining on her phone to give a guest time of day. Time to get a different profession ladies! Checkout lady in the a.m. was great! Pleasant and friendly. Hotel is basic but clean, bed was comfortable. Would not stay again.

We checked into our non-smoking room only to be met with a strong smell of smoke. We went down to see if there was another room available and the clerk quickly found us a smoke free room. Great customer service.

Stayed a week and it was very difficult to get my roomed cleaned. One day I got them in to make my bed but they left garbages full, dirty towels, another day they promised a full room cleaning and did not show up. Not a well run place at all.

Didnt like much about this hotel. The rooms was tiny, and the pillows were horribly small. When we first got there, my wife asked if there was an elevator, and the response from from desk was "Its only 2 floors" as someone who is on dialysis, its hard to make it up stairs, I made it, but the staff didnt need to be like that. Then when we asked for extra pillows, since the pillows on the bed were about half the size of a regular pillow, the staff said they were over booked and had no more pillows. i asked how they could run out of pillows, she said "there are no more pillows, there is nothing i can do about that" My thinking is if they are oversold, they should be buying more pillows in case they run out again

Terrible experience I wish I could get a refund but the manager Ashley refused to give me a room and a refund she is very unprofessional and so was the front desk lady giving me dirty looks and an attitude and I’m a white male and she was a black female it’s felt like she was racist towards whites.

Generally nice place in a good location just steps from the Fargo visitor center. The room was small but comfortable. The breakfast was a little lacking. The clerk at check-in (from Mississippi) was super nice, but apparently I was invisible to other desk staff there later in the stay.

I did not like the fact that when arriving the room was not fully examined for readiness. A lamp bulb was burned out, we had no reading light by our beds and the alarm clock was unplugged and not easily accessible. We had no kleenex in the room and only a very very small amt of toilet paper left on the roll and no additional paper in the room. This was very inconvenient in the middle of the night. It seemed the AC would stop after awhile even though set at continuous airflow. The breakfast area was very neglected. Each day hot items had been all used and not replenished. The bread, bagels were dry and most items gone by 7:30 and again not replenished along with cream cheese, all the pepper was gone, the PB was gone. Very poorly stocked and all tables unclean.

Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am, they had it shut down by 8:45am. Only juice and couple pieces of bread left.

Pleasantly surprised at the complimentary hot breakfast we had (scrambled eggs and sausage patties). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great value!

No elevator. No ice.The room smelled terrible, had to get airfresheners from my truck. The pool was super cloudy and the whirlpool was not working. My son got locked in the bathroom. Toilet ran and flushed every 5 mins. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. At $150/night i expected a little better. The ONLY redeeming factor was the "walk of fame" and the wood chipper from the movie Fargo. I would never stay there again and would NOT recommend this hotel! Besides the hotel, we had a great time in Fargo and are already talking about going again soon!!

Easy to find. Staff was friendly. Parking was okay. The outside trash cans were overflowing. The room was clean but the sheets barely fit the bed and looked like they might pop off at any moment. No mattress protectors on the beds. The pool was fine. They had a small kiddie pool. The hot tub didn't work. That was disappointing. We were expecting to have breakfast but staff said they stopped that 2 months prior to our stay. I may have missed that on the website.

Very nice, much nicer than expected for a Red Roof. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very noce pool room. Only down tge hallways are a little shabby and no breakfast
