Horrible ,la peor experiencia de mi vida ,la persona que me atendió al llegar me dió una abitacion que tenía un señor señi desnudo adentro ,volví a recepción y me envió para otra que estaba sucia y con objetos personales dentro de alguien ,volví a recepción y me dió otra habitación sucia pero finalmente desocupada y hay me quedé debido a la hora ya eran las 3 am de la madrugada ,el hotel inseguro con muchas personas en el lobby a esa hora consumiendo drogas ,no he dormido nada ,un susto horrible solo deseaba que amaneciera para sali corriendo de allí ,yo que pensaba que ustedes eran una compañía seria ,el señor del front desk totalmete drogado ,un hambiente horrible ,sucio ,yo viajo constantemente por mi negocio y me hospedó diario en diferentes hoteles por todo el país y en 5 años está es la primera y aterradora ocacion que reservo un hotel si se le puede llamar así con todos estos incidentes juntos ,dios mío ,me sentí abusada ,robada ,y súper despecionada ,ya le mandé la dirección a mis conductores para que nunca jamás vallan a este hotel y espero que jamás me suceda algo así en esta aplicación o honestamte me vere en la obligación de no usarla más tampoco si algo así le vuelve a suceder ,imagino que ustedes deberían verificar lo que vender y no arriesgar así a sus clientes .

The female staff were nice, especially the older one!! She was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast I think was above average for a continental. Would be even better if it was a buffet with eggs! I’m very sad to report that I would never stay here again. It had a lot of random shady people walking around outside. I did not feel safe nor for my vehicle. The parking lot needs some work. Guests were extremely loud after hours. The worst part and this is a dealbreaker for me… was the cleanliness of our room. It was by far one of the worst. Our towels had stains crumbs on them. Our bedsheets had hair and dirt. And body hair all over the bathroom floor. I did take photos. I had them remake the bedding and give new towels. We were also short of pillows. 2 on each queen bed. Get a new housekeeper yikes!!!!

Construction in progress and should not have rented the room we were in. Very small kitchenette with no tools for use. Single queen bed with not much room to walk around! I would have fired the person who renovated the bathroom, holes drilled in wrong places for spout and shower head then puttied up. Poorly done for sure. Floor was. Dirty and no blow dryer or shampoos/conditioners. Asked the desk for a hair dryer and was told someone threw them out and they couldn’t replace them because of cost. Wow but because of college graduation in town it was impossible to find another place. Breakfast was ALL carbs with a coffee pot that couldn’t keep up! Would not choose this place again!
