This was a nice clean comfortable no frills affordable room. Staff was courteous and helpful and it is pet friendly. It was a perfect fit for our needs for the weekend👍

This hotel was good for our overnight stay before we flew out of Grand Forks. Nothing fancy but the price reflects that. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and good environment. Parking available. Bed was as comfy as I would have liked but still ok.

Nice areas outside the hotel to walk your four-legged friends. Clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was a little light on selections of hot/warm items. Pet-Friendly with costs (add-ons) for each pet not included when booking, be sure to have it included before you arrive. We enjoyed the stay!!!

My husband, pup, and I stayed 2 nights in a pet friendly room which conveniently is on the first floor with a door going directly outside from our room. No carpeted floors which I loved. Room was clean (and I am that girl that cleans with disinfectant wipes). Bed and pillows were very comfortable. All staff we encountered were wonderful. Breakfast is simple, but still great to have in addition to a modest room rate. We would definitely stay here again.

I arrived past midnight. I needed a hotel close to the airport, and convenient, which also allowed for late checkins. This was exactly it. Getting there was easy, parking was convenient, someone was immediately available to check me in. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice too.

Rooms have recently had their floors redone, however they were still quite dirty. Room had a musty smell. Lots of garbage in the grass around the hotel. I realize this is a 2 star hotel but still not worth the price.

There was blood on the sheets of the first room we checked into, and a musty smell. We were switched to another room…cleaner, brighter, fresher, larger. Manager did not apologize until I brought it up. Room attendants spoke so loudly in adjoining room in the morning, we could hear every word of their conversation.

Dirty rooms, sketchy people drinking in the parking lot, very very outdated. Not much offered at breakfast, which was expected but not like this was. Staff was friendly, that I will say. They seem to be doing their best, but the property owner needs to sink some money into that place and get the creepy people drinking and partying in the parking lot out of there. Now I know it’s not expected to be some fancy place, but this was bad.

This is a hidden gem. It is located right next to apartments for the local college, so it is very safe and clean. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean. Only downfall is at the breakfast is Very limited, but bang for the buck I would highly recommend this hotel.

The guy at the front desk was amazing. So nice and helpful. The room itself is nice, but no coffee maker. That surprised me. And then the bed. I remember as a kid having a bed where the mattress was parked on top of bedsprings. It was noisy getting in and out of bed. The bed here is all of that and worse. Every time you move, it's so loud it wakes you up. Thankfully, I'm not a restless sleeper, but still . . . this bed needs replacement.

We had a great experience here! The room was like brand new- clean and comfortable, 100% updated with comfy bedding, fully equipped bathroom, TV, fridge, etc. Public spaces were clean and up to date too. Breakfast buffet has plenty of good choices! Very nice and more convenient than farther south for accessing campus and downtown.

The breakfast was not anywhere sufficient. Toast and yogurt is not enough. The beds are TERRIBLE. The equivalent of sleeping on a floor. The hotel inside is clean. I really like that the floors in the rooms aren’t carpet.

This was the cleanest, best ventilated, and best priced room we had stayed in. We had stayed in three different places three nights and if this room would have been our 1st I would have stayed all 3 nights! Pergo floors in the room, easy cleaning. Air purifiers in the halls. Clean room and great price. Adequate breakfast. Staff was efficient and friendly. You can tell the rooms have been kept updated. Bed sagged to the middle but was comfortable. Overall a great experience for the price

This hotel was an older hotel. The room had been updated and was ok/clean. The bed was horrible! Old soft and the middle was all sunk in. Terrible for sleeping. Very outdated TVs. cable was the cheapest package so no Bally sport north or big ten.

A bare-bones motel in kind of nowhere but surprisingly very clean with pretty comfy beds. Breakfast was basically cereal, toast, yogurt. What was kind of strange was instead of having front desk clerk there was a machine with a virtual employee from the Philippines on a monitor. Clearly they don’t want to pay more than $4 for staff so they outsourced the front desk to the Philippines. I didn’t like that. That is where they lost 2 stars.

The word ‘Econo’ had me a tad bit concerned at first and it’s by no means a 5 star hotel but honestly it’s clean, the staff was friendly and it checked off the boxes we needed. The vanity light above the sink in the 1st room we went to didn’t work but Amish immediately switched us to another that was very close - so very easy to move our things. Check in and out was very easy and they supplied 24 hour coffee along with a hot continental breakfast…we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Front desk attendant Rodger was very nice and helpful when we encountered an issue and switched us rooms when we had an issue. House keepers in the morning were very loud in the hallways early and kept complaining people didn’t want to check out early and kept knocking on people’s doors.

Nice, easy, access from the main highway. Near campus and extremely affordable. Updates were nice and the breakfast area was larger than expected. Overall a great value, especially if all you need is a place to sleep.

Stayed here for a concert at Ralph Engelstad, so was five minute drive or 20 minute walk. Not much nearby for dining aside from 805 Speedway which is conveniently through the parking lot, which offers a great selection of burgers, deep fried foods and MASSIVE fishbowls on Fridays. Would stay again

This is a hidden gem. It is located right next to apartments for the local college, so it is very safe and clean. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean. Only downfall is at the breakfast is Very limited, but bang for the buck I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is very friendly. Our room was clean but smelled like an old ashtray, the shower curtain is falling apart from the top and the shower curtain rod is falling out of the wall. We opened the window to air it out but it didn't help. Don't count on breakfast. The breakfast options are terrible, no protein other than sugar filled low protein yogurt and sugar and oil filled Jif peanut butter. Other than apples and bananas all of the breakfast choices are over processed and sugar filled junk. Not even hard boiled eggs are offered. Even bananas would be a welcome addition.

Breakfast was scheduled for 6:00am to 10:00am Watch up at 7:00am . The Breakfast area was empty of food . One pieces of end crust and 4 little muffins left.

This is a budget hotel. It is basic. That being said, the room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate as it offered yogurt, fruit etc. We appreciated the free 24 hour coffee. We would stay here again.

It looked to be renovated nicely. I appreciated the fact there was not carpet on the floor, but rather tile. What I did not like was the dining area and the options available (which could be because of the dining area). It definitely is not made for groups, which I was a part of the second night of the stay. Overall I would give this hotel a thumbs up for the renovations that were made. Also the young man at the desk when I checked our group in was very helpful and pleasant (I believe the lady in the morning said his name was Cole?)

I wasn’t really impressed but I can’t complain too much as it was a cheaper stay. There was a hole kicked into bathroom door, broken vents on the AC, and a very sticky floor. However it was a place to sleep and nothing more so it worked for that purpose.

I travel to grand forks yearly for work and always stay here, definitely a worthwhile spot if you’re traveling for work. Staff are great and trustworthy I left a bag by mistake with very valuable and important things in it and it was recovered and intact hands down some of the best and most trustworthy staff! Kudos

The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it.
