Best Western Plus Keene Hotel

Not a pleasant experience! We had a water leak in our room, no hot water the second morning, and someone was in our room snd left a comforter on our bed! BUT, the front desk staff said they couldn’t see anything wrong…they couldn’t understand why we were so upset about it…someone had entered our room, if it was housekeeping they did not do anything in our room! Bed not pulled up, dirty towels still in bathroom! No resolution from the front desk staff, ultimately they couldn’t have cared less! Very upsetting and sad to be treated this way.

The room was a bit dusty and a lamp didn't work. Also, when I opened the door to enter the room the stand for the suitcase was right there in the walkway, which was difficult to maneuver with full hands. Overall, the hotel needed a refresh as everything seems old and a bit unloved. Breakfast was also very lackluster. The staff was friendly though!

Restaurant was great. Pool was nice. Room was decent except the bathroom had some remaining hair from the last stay :-( Breakfast was not good.
