North Conway Grand Hotel

O hotel é antigo, os funcionários não são cordiais. A limpeza deixa bastante a desejar. O microondas do quarto estava imundo! O banheiro é de cortininha e molhava todo o chão ao tomarmos banho. Pontos positivo a piscina descoberta.

We have stayed at this property many times as a family! The first room we got smelt like a funeral home. I went to the front and they moved us. I called the front because our ac wasn’t working and couldn’t open the pull out couch—- nobody came…. The pool had a bunch of kids rough housing and almost knocked my 16 month over( we were in the shallow end hanging around the stairs. The girls at the restaurant had no idea what they were doing and food was horrible. Probably won’t be back… not worth it

we did not use the pools but they looked awesome

Very clean and loved the pools. Restaurant and lounge was great. A very enjoyable stay.
