Spent a weekend here with the family for a quick trip. Decided on this hotel due to the water slides. The pool area was a bit smaller than I thought it would be and the chlorine smell was very overpowering but overall the stay was great!

Staff was so super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. One thing I would add is the pool area was great but the smell of chlorine was a horrid. Kids not only mine but others with parents coughing and burning eyes etc due the the overwhelming chlorine vapor. They should open the windows or so something about that. Also the A/C heat unit filter was disgusting so I washed that myself with hot soapy water and put back in the unit. I did take pictures. First time there but don't think i will be back.

Room was recently renovated (except for the bathroom but hopefully that’s next). Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and accommodating as always. They’ve added guest laundry facilities on the 4th floor which was extremely useful! Just wish they had more machines (only two washers and two dryers for the whole place). Machines take cards or quarters, and there’s a machine to get detergent that requires $2 in quarters. There is also a sign that laundry supplies are available at the front desk. One time I used the laundry and never saw any other guests, and the next time I used them it was very busy. Still very convenient to have onsite! A note that I did use my card for the laundry, and it authorized for $15 each time. However only the $2 charge eventually processed. We loved the water slides as always. They no longer require you to sign up for a time frame which was great. Hot tub was closed/out of order but wasn’t a big deal for us. This is our 4th time staying here and we’ll definitely be back.

There’s an issue with the slides and swimming times—when the slides are operational, swimming isn’t allowed, and during free swimming, the slides are closed. It would been nice to know that we would only have a 2 hour time limit to swim in a 3 foot pool. Don’t get me wrong! It’s a wonderful thing that they have for all the kids and it was great to see them having so much fun but, we wanted to be able to swim in a pool deep enough to actually fit a regular sized human. Check in is at 4 so you’ll need to stay more than 1 night to be able to swim at all. 1-3 are the free swimming hours. So that doesn’t work for anyone staying 1 night! Hot tub was nice though!

Super bummed at the condition of our room. We got the queen suite and we’re staying for my son’s birthday. The floor had crumbs and dirt on it as soon as we stepped into carpet area. There were pieces of base boards missing, poop smeared on wall in bathroom, pink mold on shower head and around sink the caulking was coming out and making mess in sink as well as the deadbolt didn’t work which was unnerving with four children with us. The staff were super polite and sweet in both waterpark and front desk. Honestly seems like they are overly busy and understaffed like everywhere so we tried to be understanding in the moment.

North Conway is a wonderful area with lots to do. This Hampton is in need of an update, which normally doesn’t bother me but the lack of cleanliness was in my opinion unacceptable. The bathroom was not cleaned and the level of dust, hair and stains spoke volumes to the last time it was properly cleaned. The bed made so much noise with the slightest movement that it kept us awake. Would not stay again.

My favorite part was the water slides for the kids. The complimentary breakfast was perfect! Also Natiale who works the front desk should be the face of the hotels. Her kindness and attentiveness was unmatched. Her smile and energy was infectious! My only gripe would be the comfort of the mattresses. They were terrible!

Wonderful place to stay. Large room. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. We had to stay an extra day and moved to a smaller room. My only complaint was the a/c. It was loud and had a musty odor. Otherwise, don’t hesitate to stay here. Great location too.

The staff were top tier! Friendly, responsive, and even remembered my husband's food allergies so he could have a safe breakfast (really important as a diabetic) without him asking after he inquired about ingredients on our first day. Newly renovated king suite was spacious with a great layout. I just wish the showerhead was updated but that's pretty minor.

Fun hotel with the water park inside of it. Free breakfast was a nice selection, everything was nice and clean. The staff had to link 2 reservations for me and even when packed they figured out a way to get it one. They even found me on their own during the breakfast rush to let me know they were able to figure it out. I was impressed that even after only talking with for a few minutes the night before, that morning I was recognized. It was also impressive that someone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was working the night before, slept there, and also did a morning shift. AND took the time to notice me and inform me that they were able to accommodate my request. For the service and amenities, I'll definitely be back.

Every year my sister and I travel to North Conway to shop and have some sister fun. This is our first time staying here and we were not disappointed. Our room was ready early, room was super clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast served was delicious. Barb was super friendly offering us her favorite restaurants! Almost got a 5 star. Excellent hotel, just need a little appropriate communication training for some of the staff. Avoid talking to Barbara, a staff at the restaurant, if you don't like people telling you that you or others you know that they dont 'sound American enough'.

The room was very clean , the water park was fun as well morning breakfast was amazing so many choices. Not an issue but one thing my teen children said would be even better if there was also a pool . But they had fun

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and staff at the breakfast section were always helpful and on top of everything. Will recommend and will be going back, the kids loved the pool with the slides.

Great hotel, spacious rooms. Great pool and slides for kids of all ages. Close to everything in North Conway. Loved this place. Free breakfast was good too

This hotel is not as new as some others in the area, but it was clean and good for a family with kids and a little less expensive. Our kids played in the water park for 2 hours each day- so money definitely well spent. The breakfast was pretty good for free hotel breakfast, and they also had some placements and crayons available for kids. We would stay again!

We had a great family stay! Breakfast was great with many choices that were different each day. Waterslides were a lot of fun for the kids. The staff in the waterslide area take their job very seriously to ensure safety. Very friendly staff. Convenient location. We would definitely stay there again!

Good, clean hotel with a fun water slides for the kids. Customer service was helpful and prompt. It’s also very dog-friendly, with lots of dogs staying on the property, which we really enjoyed!

Such a great hotel to stay at especially with our kids! We got to the room and it was clean. We went down to use the waterslide pool area and our 3 kids had a blast! Free breakfast the next morning was wonderful and had so many choices (pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, coffee, juices). Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
