This place needs to be closed. The picture are a sham, the bathroom was dirty as hell. Shower curtain hadn’t been cleaned or changed in years, the tub and shower was dirty as well. The place state’s double queen room with microwave and refrigerator. The rm was a double X-Large twin no hangers,iron,closet. Table falling apart no covers just sheets. The towels and rags looked dirty as well. Here is the kicker the microwave was in the front office . This place is not for a family at all or 2 women at all.

You get what you pay for I have no major complaints for the price. Cash deposit is required 100$. It's one block away from the hard Rock casino and resorts casino. I would stay there again.

Easy check in/out. Customer service was good. No microwave in room. Had to use one in front office. Ice machine in front office as well. Air conditioning was on point!! Really cold! lol. Pretty ok for a last minute booking.

Where should I start? There was a box of old chicken in the fridge, the sheets/ pillows were dirty/stained. Was startled awake at 3 a.m. to the sound of the swat team that had the building surrounded and was in a standoff attempting to arrest the people 2 doors down by repeating the same phrase over and over for 3 hours,guns drawn. Went to call front desk to find out what was going on ,the phone was not connected and didnt even have a wire. The bathroom was grody and no shampoo. The water pressure was pretty good. Checked out and was refused any kind of compensation.

Room had holes in the walls, blood on walls, mold visible to the eye, paint peeling off behind the door in the bathroom where they tried to plaster holes which the moisture was causing it to come off. The exhaust fan didn’t work, gnats throughout the room and food left in fridge. Also, the dresser drawer wouldn’t open and only one hanger in closet. The pictures on the website is far from what you get. Also, I have never been charged for parking and that was not mentioned until check in. I’m very disappointed and that room wasn’t worth the $316.00 I was charged for my one night stay.

Upon check in there were a couple trying to check in but refused to pay security deposit and demanding a refund from gentleman, he stated she booked room from a third party and would need to contact them. With that she refused to move and allow him to check anyone else in which warranted him to call the police. He was apologetic many times from the second I walked in the door. Once resolved the gentleman checked me in and offered to upgrade the room for the almost hour inconvenience. 10/10 customer service!

The first guy that was on when i checked in was really nice and helpful after he left at 12a my room was still cold called for assistance and the guy was rude and nasty was still being nice until he said “Well what you want me to do” smh horrible it was freezing showed 2 other dirty room cold in there finally just choose to go in one because it was late took hours to warm up woke up coughing all of us, the rooms are dirty bath tub was filling up wen showering asked him can they tell us what to do to go down he said nasty “Wait” smh i said waited for a hour now he said wait more , I asked for a plunger he seem pissed for asking, I’m just going say ITS HORRIBLE THERE NEVER AGAIN! I wanted to leave Saturday but nobody wanted to give me my money back or nothing!

Booked a room to stay with my boyfriend and his sister and the property is a dump. They couldn’t give us a key that worked the cleanliness is non existent and there was a pubic hair and blood on the wall in the bathroom and they wouldn’t give us a refund even though their motel was disgusting. We didn’t stay there we just lost the money and slept in our car. I suggest to avoid this place

Stayed there for only one night (thank God)… Lights next to bed did not work… cob webs… no towels in the bathroom. One of the employees walked in at 10am after knocking once and not allowing anyone to respond or get the door. Seriously felt so violated & check out wasn’t until 11am..

Staff was very accommodating. You get what you pay for. For the money, very convenient walking to my destinations. Right across the street from Hardrock and Resorts. Perry's and Kelsey restaurants down the street as well as a 7-Eleven and a liquor store.

My crew came for 3 days. We had a great stay. Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance to the Boardwalk. Beds were comfy. My next Atlantic City trip I’ll keep this spot in mind :)

If you really need a low cost motel in a bind, you can’t really complain. Very unsafe surroundings, wouldn’t recommend leaving your room after dark. Not good for children, definitely a NO for romantic getaway.

They don't provide microwaves in their rooms so be prepared for that if you are looking to use one. I'm not sure if they offer breakfast in the mornings either. The bed and room itself was good no problems in that.

The hotel stay was amazing. The front desk was nice and friendly. The room was 95% clean the floor was a wee dirty but for in season I can’t complain I really figured worst:) I ignored the reviews and I’m glad I did bc I spent about 90 bucks vs 100 or more. My issue with hotels.com is they never mention the SD of 100 bucks or parking which was 10. They also mentioned coffee pot which they didn’t have lids Walmart fix that for 10 bucks but now we have our traveling coffee maker lol. Would stay again and might reboot after this review.

We had concert tickets at Hard Rock. The rooms were $300!! We just needed a place to sleep and this hotel was across the street and just fine. I read the reviews and was hesitant. The room was clean, didn't smell at all, sheets were white and clean, flat screen tv, and there were no roaches. I'll admit the bathroom was pretty beat up and it was loud outside but we didn't get back until 1am so literally just slept there. After paying $18 for a Corona at the concert, we were happy to save some money here. There was no coffee maker, but there was a clean fridge, microwave, and blow dryer. I did pack Xtra towels per someone's advice. There was a $10 parking fee too but it was $40 at the HR.

No place to park to check in other than behind other guest vehicles that are parked in spaces, or in a place that says no parking. Very nice front desk staff though! The outside of the building could use some maintenance but my king room was spacious, well-kept, and clean. I really love the vintage bathroom! It may have been in the small print somewhere that I missed, but I wasn’t expecting the $20 overnight parking fee to park on the property. Can’t beat the location though, a 5-minute walk from the boardwalk and beach. Overall a good place to stay if you’re on a bit of a budget and don’t want to pay the price of the casino hotels.
