Before we saw the room, the staff helped get our large suitcases to the second floor, there is no elevator. It went downhill from there. You need to know that this is one of the dirtiest accommodations we have ever been in. This place should NOT be on your site. I am including a few photos. I have many more they just won't attach here. If not for the fact there seems to be nothing else available anywhere within a reasonable distance at 10:30 pm and a long day of driving, we would have walked out and I scoured the other accom sites once we were in here. The shower rod is just hanging loose, the tub and tub walls are filthy. The bath tub is rusted on the outside. The toilet seat is very loose. There was one wash cloth, two bath towels and no hand towels. We had to ask for cups. Thick dust coats the edges of the very dirty carpet. There is a cigarette burn holes in the chair arm in a non smoking room. I lifted the bottom sheet and immediately put it back. It looks like blood. I did not see bedbugs but won't be surprised. I will not leave our suitcases open inside this room. I will be sleeping on the top of the bedding if I can get any sleep. Per the web site "Rooms are furnished with microwaves, refrigerators and coffee makers." There is no coffee maker, the microwave is dirty and the refrigerator is over grown inside with ice. I would have been wary of the cleanliness of the coffeemaker anyway. The site also promised a hot tub. It was green.

Okay place if you need to sleep for a night , The girl at front desk in the afternoon is not accommodating , very unpleasant to talk too and not a nice customer service person. Place has no locks at entrances, no pool which is advertised, not very safe for families or children. they charge you if you get there before 3 pm . had to wait 30 minutes in my car to check in at 3pm and the place was empty.

The pool was neon green, everything inside the building was grimey, the most dirty type of dirty you could imagine; everything except the vending machines were in disrepair, the toilet wobbled, tub was gross, the phone in my room was merely for decoration - was not plugged into any jack--i had to call the front desk with my cell phone, fitted sheets were on the bed sideways- ie the short end was on the long side of the mattress, two of the three lamps were broken and missing lampshades, curtains were full of holes-possibly moth holes??... inside the microwave the glass turntable was too big for rotating food, handle on drawer was missing, tv worked but was poor resolution, mini fridge was producing dripping water which pooled on the bottom inside from the freezer part (which must have been malfunctioning) rendering the appliance unusable, holes/ slashed and peeling stucco on walls inside the room, wifi constantly went in and out so was not able to use the internet to even watch Netflix, ice maker was 'out of order,' hallway carpets were SO dirty that they probably should be replaced at this point for health reasons/concerns....this place looks straight out of some depressing crime scene in a Hollywood movie. The health department should be called in to condemn the entire building. You can find a better hotel even at this price point. Disgusting!!!!

The pool does not work and they advertise having a pool. The pool has not been open all summer. Wrong to say you have a pool and its not operating

Place smelled so bad. Pool wasn’t open and green. Room was dirty and couldn’t even get extra pillows. Wouldn’t recommend staying here wish I could get my money back

The hotel does not match the photos, it is deteriorated, neglected, has a damp smell and cigarette smoke, the pool is always closed, not at all family-friendly, not at all comfortable.

The only reason we chose this location was for the pool. We were told AFTER checking in, that the pool has been closed for months!! No where online was that mentioned!! The rooms were dirty. I am truly disappointed.

We booked two rooms at Town Inn Hotel through Expedia. After a long day of travel, we checked in around 11:30 PM, only to be extremely disappointed by the condition of the rooms. Both rooms were unclean, had a strong odor of urine and smoke, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. We immediately reported these issues to the front desk. Harry, the staff member on duty, advised us to cancel the booking and contact Expedia for a refund. I spoke with an Expedia representative who assured us that the cancellation would be processed. Based on this assurance, we checked out and arranged accommodation at a different hotel. However, two days later, Expedia informed us that the hotel had refused to authorize the cancellation, despite their failure to provide rooms in acceptable condition. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. The rooms and washrooms were filthy, and the management is unhelpful. It feels like a scam intended to take people’s money without delivering basic service or cleanliness.

This hotel is dirty and smelly. The mattress is covered in stains, cigarette hole burns, and blood. The linens are stained and the hallways and room smell horribly. I refused to bring in ant of my bags in fear of what insects may get in them. Stay away; the MHO bordentown just down the road is cheaper and much cleaner.

A horrible experience. The bathroom curtains had mold, the pillows were yellow, the room stank, there were cobwebs everywhere. The beds were awful, the blankets were hideous from so much use, the sink was yellow, and the ceiling was leaking. I don't recommend it.

Worst place I have ever lived so far. I booked for two nights and canceled after staying a night but they wouldn’t give my money back. They said they would but they never did and never answered my calls. The place is straight up filthy. Smells like sewage and had bed bugs. My god! Avoid this place and sleep in the car.

Normal service , The bedroom was not very clean and the pillows were terrible.

Easy location off 95 route, quick check in. Smelly room carpets, old linens, broken shower curtain.

Toilet wasn't working had to fix on my own..tv cable went in out do door shutting.no blankets only sheets like really

The lobby and hallways are fine but the room was the worst room I’ve ever been in. The mattress was so broken down that my head and feet stuck up in the air. Room was extremely filthy. Large layer of dirt and debris behind night stand. Every wall was stained some black some red and several other colors. Bathroom door handle came apart when I tried to use it. The staff was ok and I did not see any bugs. (Very surprised). Will NEVER even consider staying here again

The toilet was broke and the hallways were hot and the air conditioner wasn’t working well.

The mattress had a huge sag I essentially slept on springs. It’s the worst place I’ve slept in. No stairs which is ok if you don’t have a lot of luggage. This property is very rundown. Spend the extra 40 dollars for a decent place!

Filthy carpet, Dirty and old: light lamp, toilet bathroom. The rooms AC needs to be cleaned.... it is ridiculously dirty. Room intercom aint working... its also very dirty.

Old and outdated room. No usb cable connections to charge cell phone or electronic devices. The Tv on the wall extremely small and hard to see from bed. The carpet was old and dirty with lose debris on the seems. The bathroom had a leaking tub faucet and ceiling had black mold or something of that nature. Also, only two bath towels with no wash cloths. I will not stay here again

The young lady at the desk was very nice & helpful and my young child loved how nice she was to him & how much she played/interacted with him.

It is a horrible place. The people who was doing the check in are terrible, they got everything mixed up and charged me incorrectly. Also, the shower didn’t work and I told them and they didn’t fix it. Do not come to this place.

No on was at the front desk for check in. The guy was in the back sleeping. After banging on the office door I was finally able to get someone to check me in. The room was ok I only needed to get a few hours of sleep. The cleaning people knock on the door early. Then say they'll be back at 11. It seems like they wait at the door lol. If you just need to get some sleep then place is fine.

Could tell they were having work done, ac in room wasn’t cold at all, room smelt musty, staff was great though.

I like how there's a Wawa right across the street and a Wendy's that's Open 24hrs and access to freeway and the turnpike right down the street its quite and the staff is very friendly and helpful the price is great.Thank You 👍

There was no breakfast or water in pool room had broken door to dresser

To many things with the rooms dirty cigarettes in not smoking rooms no pool there working with that no breakfast. The lobby people fix my problem room there’s nice guys.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in all my years of traveling, it shouldn't even be open. It was filthy, we found a cigarette butt and food containers under the bed, the rug hadn't been cleaned in years, and there were cockroaches. The lobby was roped off and no coffee, not even in the room. No cups in the room, not that we would have drank the water there. This place is extremely sketchy and the pictures expedia posted were clearly from when it was a Ramada Inn 20 years ago, believe me nothing has been updated or cleaned since that time. We paid Expedia more for the room online than they wanted at the desk so that wasn't nice either. people using you as a booking service should know that you did not background check that the pictures you posted of the facilities were not accurate or current.

This “hotel” advertised free breakfast, they don’t have breakfast at all, they advertised double beds and the actual size of beds are twins!! Bathtub was horrible!! Never again
