The stay wa very good. The only reason why it wasn't excellent was because there is no pool. Otherwise the stay was great the staff was friendly and the room was super clean with very comfy beds.

Hotel staff was great. Room was very spacious. Breakfast spread was really nice and kept well stocked. Parking lot is tight but had one spot available for our uhaul thankfully! Tub in the room was in a little rough shape.

Great property. Access is very limited. One driveway if you miss you have to drive About one mile around the “block to try for the driveway again. DON”T PULL IN THE TRUCKSTOP DRIVEWAY!!!! It looks like the hotel driveway.

Very comfortable. Our only complaint was that one person in the group wanted to use a treadmill and we thought it had one when we booked it, but it only had weights. Breakfast was great and super service!

The toilet kept running and after every flush you had to shake the handle, the TV kept freezing up and I had to keep turning it off then on again. The bathroom tub kept dripping and the floor was filthy and had hair all over it. Hampton Inns are usually very nice?????

The room had ants. They didn’t tell us when we checked in that we had to request to have our room cleaned, therefore it wasn’t clean when we got back from our conference 11 hours later. The toilet also didn’t flush properly.

Too noisy with the highway being so close. Our room faced the highway, and the hotel was booked. People making noise in the hallway. Musty smell all around and breakfast was so disappointing.

The room is updated and spacious. However, carpet vacuuming could use some improvement. The heating unit in noisy. Due to the fact the hotel is at the intersection between two highways, the heavy truck traffic is problematic. I wasn't able to rest comfortably.

I enjoyed my stay, my only issue was the hot water didn't get very hot at all, so my shower wasn't great. It was actually a bit uncomfortable because I enjoy hot showers!

Arrived during the July heat wave with temps above 100 degrees. Booked a double room, only one of which had working AC. This was a less than ideal situation. All that management did was provide a decrepit fan that had to be held up with a chair. Apparently no similar rooms were available, and while we could have moved our whole family into a single room, I was told there would be no cost reduction since we booked through a third party (Hotels.com). While the stay was OK, I certainly don't feel like I got my moneys worth. Other details were missed like only providing three towels when I stated there were four individuals staying in the room. Overall, very poor value for the money.

Shade was broken. No chain to adjust. Couldnt let in daylight in morning. TV remote was the worst. No sleep timer. Morning clerk was un professional. Sitting with coat on, engrossed in phone. The television didn’t work, the bed was so hard I woke up with a back ache, the breakfast bar was depleted 1 hr after it was opened, and the food left was inedible. Outside garbage was piled in a planter. We were very disappointed and will never be going back there.

Room was nice but location near highway and truck stop was very noisy. Would not stay there again. This was the second Hampton we stayed at in two weeks and both had bad locations and we were placed in rooms facing the noise source. Will be very careful before I choose a Hampton in the future.

I reserved three rooms through Expedia which I paid for in advance. The Hampton Inn was clean and the rooms were nice. Unfortunately, they charged my son's credit card for the incidental charge and he also had to pay for his room (which was already paid for). We were told that the manager of that Hampton Inn would contact my son and fix the charge. That didn't happen - most disappointed!!!

Prior to checking in the staff refused to allow me to use the restroom on the main level while waiting for our room to be available. The attitude from the staff was negative; I had to leave the premises from a long drive already to find a restroom. thankfully another hotel 10 miles away allowed me to use their restroom. The space was nice in the one bedroom suite however the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. To add the tub had a lot of rust and the stopper was broken.

My son and I stayed July 12 through the 15th. There was one staff person who stood out. The night clerk, Dariel Marius. She was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. You could tell she really cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. She went the extra mile with a couple of small issues and it made me feel cared for. I will stay at the hotel again with no hesitation because of her.

Hotel was nice and updated, Desk staff needs to be retrained on Service Dog Accessibility Rules. Woman tried to tell me my service dog was not allowed in the breakfast area. I try to keep him out of the actual food area ( my husband will get my food for me) but need him when I am eating in the dinning area.

Quick overnight stay but we had a great experience. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly at check-in and checkout and room was great. We will definitely be back in the future when visiting family out here!

The area around the facility is dark and dirty . It is next to a truckstop with heavy traffic. The truckstop itself was dirty and people of nefarious intent hanging around, but the staff at the facility was good.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The hotel is a little bit dated but still clean and well maintained. Breakfast was on par with hotel breakfasts across the land. Getting in and our of this place we a bit confusing with only one entrance and no left turn to exit. That was my only complaint about the place.

I think that breakfast needed more choices of cereal. Maybe the small variety boxes, more fruit besides apples (bananas)!and even packaged danish or protein bar. I was happy otherwise but I felt that the free breakfast was lacking in appeal. I understand tha cost of food is bottom line and maybe prepackaged would invite people taking more then their fair share.

The television didn’t work, the bed was so hard I woke up with a back ache, the breakfast bar was depleted 1 hr after it was opened, and the food left was inedible. Outside garbage was piled in a planter. We were very disappointed and will never be going back there.

I would prefer strong paper plates for breakfast. Also please clean out the coffee pots because it was a taste I cannot explain. Please serve more chicken sausages at breakfast. I do not eat pork. Also the juice container needs to be clean out.

I checked in on Friday night, and the hotel initially seemed nice. However, housekeeping service was lacking. Despite requesting fresh towels and room cleaning and speaking with the front desk twice, no one came. I was also told to leave the trash outside the door, but it was never collected. In addition, the breakfast was disappointing. Overall, the service during my stay did not meet expectations.

We really like the hampton.Because the beds are usually awesome.And we like that you can either watch netflix or watch regular television.This outdoor is pretty good.It needs little updated.We're on the fourth floor and there was a spot on the wall that I guess it never finished.Painting, but it was okay.unfortunately, the ice machine did not work.On the fourth floor we had to go down in the second floor. we were there for 3 days, and the breakfast was the same every single day.Usually, they changed it up a little bit.Still, I would always stay at a hampton.Thank you
