Bridgewater Marriott

We checked in at 4 pm and walked into what felt like a chaotic nightclub. Music was blasting and people lingered everywhere. The desk reception was disorganized and employees grouped together. It looked like maybe there were a couple of conferences and reunions going on. It was difficult to hear the receptionist. She gave us our key and announced we’d be on the second floor. She mentioned the restaurant would be open soon. People were at the bar and again, the music was deafening. We went up to our floor and there were pretzels crushed everywhere in the elevator with snacks dumped on the floor all over. Several girls in soccer uniforms were running up and down the hall screaming. I went back downstairs to buy ear plugs. I asked the same reception if we had paid for breakfast and she said we could get a complimentary breakfast (we actually had already paid for breakfast). She told me check out time was at 11 am (I think it’s noon). There is no coffee or tea maker in the room. A group of 15 girls were sitting outside our room making noise, then went into the stairwell and room next door and were yelling. I went back downstairs for dinner and heard the construction which explained the loud music. Service in the restaurant was excellent. I am highly disappointed we are staying here. My daughter has an exam early tomorrow morning and I am concerned about the volume of the other guests. Unfortunately the price paid is absolutely not reflective of the service and quality of the hote

Great bar area and dinning options

The staff was generally pleasant both at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet. It seems to be a popular venue. There were a couple of weddings the day we arrived and a Pokémon card convention the day we left.

Fantastic! Great location, the kids had a blast in the pool, the grown ups loved the exercise room. It was comfortable and met our needs as a family. The staff was helpful and friendly

Only disappointing thing was to pay for parking. There is a large lot at the building with ample parking and for the price of the room, parking should have been included.

Front desk staff were almost rude. Question about parking options (lot was full) was met with repeated script of “out front and on the side” which we just said was full. Response was “c’est la vie”. Renovations underway. One elevator working which was always packed with other guests. Didn’t expect to pay regular rate and have such struggle with basics.

Great place but beware: they will charge you for WiFi and even parking your car during your stay. Crazy to me.

It was noisy due to the construction occurring at the hotel. The bathroom sink had a slow drain. The stay overall was ok.

No robe and slippers but good for a short business stay. I must admit they have terrible dining options. I literary tried everything In every restaurant room service. It’s Waffle House quality at Mastros pricing! Lol I changed my rating from 6 to 8 /10 due to The great customer service at the front desk throughout my stay.

The staff was very professional and super friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was a five star experience at a reasonable price.

Always enjoy a Marriott trip! The room was clean and gorgeous. Only thing I would be add would be allowing the tv to cast from your phone and a microwave.

duvet covers were not clean and covered in mold.

The traffic from 287 woke me up several times and I was not able to turn off the lights above the desk. I could not find the switch and I could not reach the plug to unplug it so it was on all night too.

The room itself was very well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom decor was quite nice,,,loved the shower set up.

The building and room were nice, the staff was friendly and professional but the walls must be paper thin. I could hear the person in the next room snoring. The next morning I could hear conversations with people in multiple rooms. I’ve never had that experience before in any hotel.

My room was facing two busy roads and even when I told them that I need a quite room since I needed to lecture and give a course, they did not accomodate. Plus the room was extremely cold and the heat was not working. I am very disappointed and won't stay there for sure.

I loved this property but reserved a king room and was put in a double.. Why make a reservation if the hotel is going to ignore it?

First thing first; The property is average and not as sparkly and shiny as it appears on these pictures; It’s a modern average Marriott. Anyways, where I am upset is with most of the staff and management. I requested robes and an extra towel when I checked in because I know they usually only leave 2. I never received them. The major concern begins at the fact that when I arrived in a room there was a smoke smell in the entire hallway. I complained about it. Then, when I get in the room, the sink is clogged and wont drain. I called up the concierge and let them know of the issue. They offered me to switch to a Double Queen but That is not what I payed for. They never ended up fixing the problem. I was awfully upset and filed a complaint upon checking out. Now, fast forward, I was charged a $250 SMOKE FEE for VAPING!!!! They tried to blame the smoke smell on me, because they claim they found “wraps” and then switched the story to they saw me vaping. Long story short, if you want to be disappointed, Then charged a smoke fee after complaining about things,Book here!!!!

After a little glitch at check in( which took a bit too long) the entire stay was very nice and pleasant

It's an ok place, quiet but special mention to Margaret at the front.

Courteous and professional service.

When we arrived there were a lot of people checking in before us. I heard the conversations with those folks and the staff. Very friendly and very helpful. When it was our turn, we were checked in and have a nice day. No one told us where the pool was, I had to ask about breakfast. I feel like because we used Expedia we were looked down on. When we checked out, the email receipt stated $0. The email also stated we could check out on our TV. I could not see anywhere to check out there. We went down to the desk (5:15am) and wasn’t sure anyone was there. Someone did come out. Said we’d get an emailed receipt. I didn’t get any further emails, but I see I’m being charged $10. We were in this room for about 3 hours before we went to sleep. What did we do that cost $10?? No email to explain. Ridiculous. Not worth the money, and I’ve stayed there before. Never again.

Front desk staff was friendly and very courteous would recommend this hotel to anyone

The front desk was not organized and there was a lot chaos. They allotted us rooms that were not ready.They then rectified the problem. The house keeping manager, Louise,was very kind and helpful and went out of the way to correct the problem. Again, on the day of check out, Housekeeping entered the room with their keys when we had not yet checked out as we were getting ready.
