Let me start by saying Jalyn and Precious were nice but not willing or able to assist me. Apparently, their computer system was down and they couldn’t locate my reservation with the provided itinerary # provided by Hotels.com. As a result, they REFUSED to accommodate me with a room. I asked if they could comp the room or give me points to cover the cost to get a room at a sister property. NO. I asked them if I could get something in writing stating their cancellation of my room so I could file a claim with insurance. NO. Reason? System is down. No call to corporate or anyone who was able to assist. We booked another room in the area with a promise that someone would call and they would take care of me. NO CALL AND NO ACTION. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING. I’m still waiting and will revise my review if there’s a resolution. This is the second time Hilton Hotels has stolen from me.
