Pros: Full size fridge; microwave; reasonable cost; convenient parking and close to the Convention Center. Cons: Worn look of furniture and bathroom, kitchen cabinet door was hanging slightly and glass plate in the microwave was a replacement that moved and clanged while in use, could use an upgrade. Springs felt in the bed and it sloped in the middle. There seems to be non control over guests. Cigarette smoke and pot smoke was evident in the halls and rooms. People propped doors open and people were loud in halllways at night. Teens seemed to be having an all-night party across the hall from us, as well. We will most likely pay more to stay elsewhere next year.

The place is in great need of updating. There was rarely staff at the front desk to assist if and when needed. The pillows are VERY thin even if you use the 3 you’re provided so we had to go purchase our own. There’s no ice machine and other normal amenities other places have. We will be staying at one of the hotels next door when we go back to this area next year

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was not equipped with anything, but a quick visit to the front desk was all it took to get everything we needed! Everyone was pleasant and professional. We needed to extend our stay an extra day, and it was a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here.

The property is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood. Though the condition of the rooms and interiors are fairly old and are showing significant signs of wear and tear. The toilet didn't have a trashcan and when the front desk was contacted for the same, I was responded back with an answer that the property was fully booked and had run out of dustbins. Inside the suite, a lamp or two were not working. The curtains were long and short, weird. And the entire lobby smelled of cigarettes and beers on Saturday night. Worst of all, we had to evacuate our room twice during our stay due to false fire alarm.imagine walking out of the room with whatever little valuable stuff, and an infant and rushing down the stairs at 10 pm just to realise it was a false alarm, that too twice.

Check-in was seamless, no complaints. Hotel was old, dated and shabby. The telephone in our room wasn't working. The hot water for the shower took a long time to get hot. There was a kitchenette, but if you wanted supplies for it, you had to request it. Walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors. The whole floor that we were on smelled like weed even though we were on a non smoking floor. Breakfast was bare minimum and while we were there, a homeless person walked in off the street and helped themselves. I was disappointed with the stay.

Hi we had reservations to stay here on thanksgiving day, we walked into the hotel and it smelt horrible, like mold. We get to our room the sheets were dirty and there was black mold growing rapidly in the tub and on the floor. And the room itself smelt horrible. Needless to say we left and didn’t stay here.

Stayed at the Extended Stay in Edison, NJ and had a great experience. The room was spotless and perfect for someone who likes to cook and save money instead of eating out. The kitchen setup made it easy to prepare meals. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms aren’t large and there aren’t many extra amenities, but for the price it’s hard to beat. A solid, affordable place to stay if you want comfort and convenience without the high cost.

Walls unclean, half the outlets weren’t working or even in place, the rooms nearby were so loud you could hear people in other rooms, there was a funny smell throughout the hotel, and the cleanest thing about the room itself was the bed. I’d have payed more happily if the price for the room was about half what it was, and stop if I was REALLY exhausted. Even then, not worth.

Not as clean as would expect. Bathroom had cigarette burns, too small. Garbage not removed even though stayed three nights. No new cloths or towels each day or bed make up. This hotel was located right off the highway, so its convenient. However this hotel is listed as nonsmoking facility; but it smells of smoke and looks dirty & dingy. We only stayed 2nights for a funeral we attended. This wouldn't be an option for mw next time.

Room was not cleaned because i didn't stay for 14 days. Breakfast was disappointing the same 2 favor muffins and nasty coffee and tea. Only thing good was they give you clean towels as much as you want. I would never stay here again

Room was pretty standard. There were two marks down for comfort. The first is because the bed was not great. My wife thought the sheets/blankets were really thin and she was cold all night, plus my back was a little sore waking up in the morning. The second is because the shower ran out of hot water about 10 minutes in. The mark down for cleanliness is because there was a whole bunch of the prior occupant's hair in the bathroom sink. Also, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway (at least it wasn't inside the room). Service was great though, easy check in and out. Didn't really need to use the kitchen other than a couple things in the fridge, but that was fine too.

First of all, this hotel is nearby to absolutely nothing. It's in a cold industrial neighborhood. The room itself was OK: comfortable bed, desk, leather easy chair. The little kitchen had a very loud refrigerator, which I finally unplugged. The bathroom light included a loud rickety ceiling fan that could not be turned off without turning off the light. One-switch wonder. Worst of all, they apparently allow DOGS - I think I counted three - that yipped and barked from 7:30am, in the hallway, with the owners barking back in the harshest and inconsiderate fashion. I will not be returning to this place, that's for sure. If you book this place, be SURE to bring noise-cancelling ear plugs.

I give the room a 3 out of 10. The bed was more like a twin size, the recliner was hard with a big tear in the middle of the seat, the tv is extremely small and low, the table didn't have chairs to sit and eat, the bathroom tub drips and the sink is stopped up. Everyone knows to put the tissue over and not under..lol. I may change to a 2 out of a 10.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk made me wait about 10 minutes becuase he "just clocked in". The hotel was run down & needs updating. Gnats kept flying around in room & I couldnt find the source. No hair dryer, one tiny single use shampoo, no do not disturb sign, no phone charger outlets, very noisy. When I asked for a do not disturb sign the desk clerk said "if its about the maid coming in, they wont - they only come every week and a half & were just here". Only food available was a vending machine $4 for a snack bag of doritos & the included breakfast was a granola bar.

I booked my hotel around 8pm and I got here at 1:30am. The front desk attendant told me that I couldn’t get a room yet because the system was down. I already booked with my money and I still don’t have a room. This is a huge inconvenience to me and my significant other. I really would like to be reimbursed

I reserved 1 room 2 beds and i got to the property around 1 in the morning and told me that the room wasn’t available and there was only 1 room with 1 bed, imagine me at that time with a new born wife and kids to go out and find another hotel, came all the way from massachussets so tired, wasn’t fair, never reserving again.

My stay was excellent when I was checking in the front desk, the young man was very nice. My room was clean and smelled so good then I go check out the next morning and miss Aesha was very nice and bubbly

This was our first time staying at an ESA. Our queen room was clean and comfortable. A free “Grab and Go” breakfast was offered which consisted of coffee/tea, granola bars, fig bars and muffins. Its location was convenient to the Raritan Expo Center, major highways and had ample parking. Free Wi-Fi was also a plus!

I was worried that I was staying in an unsafe place, but was thankfully relieved when I arrived at the hotel. It’s in a nice location, the staff was wonderfully friendly and very helpful and I was very happy with my room. I felt safe, comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

First of all, this hotel is nearby to absolutely nothing. It's in a cold industrial neighborhood. The room itself was OK: comfortable bed, desk, leather easy chair. The little kitchen had a very loud refrigerator, which I finally unplugged. The bathroom light included a loud rickety ceiling fan that could not be turned off without turning off the light. One-switch wonder. Worst of all, they apparently allow DOGS - I think I counted three - that yipped and barked from 7:30am, in the hallway, with the owners barking back in the harshest and inconsiderate fashion. I will not be returning to this place, that's for sure. If you book this place, be SURE to bring noise-cancelling ear plugs.

The rooms have very foul odors suck as curry spice and other foul and unpleasant odors that made me nauseous all night. I slept with windows open all night. Luckily the current temp was within a mild spring temperature. The rooms are not properly ventilated to air out for other hotel guests. The bathtub shower area, rm 346 had a huge unpleasnt stain, which I was not eager to bathe. Also, my first room 307 the window sceens were missing. Additionally, so many signs posted outside in the parking lot about securing your vehicle made me suspicious of highly vandalism area period with this hotel property. The hotel property and free way is not conveniently local to restaurants.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk made me wait about 10 minutes becuase he "just clocked in". The hotel was run down & needs updating. Gnats kept flying around in room & I couldnt find the source. No hair dryer, one tiny single use shampoo, no do not disturb sign, no phone charger outlets, very noisy. When I asked for a do not disturb sign the desk clerk said "if its about the maid coming in, they wont - they only come every week and a half & were just here". Only food available was a vending machine $4 for a snack bag of doritos & the included breakfast was a granola bar.

The whole hotel smelled of smoke, weed or food. The shower had hair on the walls and didn’t drain. There was an inch of dust on the phone and lamps. Free breakfast was 10 muffins and 10 cereal bars for an entire hotel....it started at 6:30 and i was there at 6:40.

Honestly, this on expedia. It was advertised as free breakfast with amenities, none of whijcj existed. If i hadnt been lied to through the advertising i would have saved my money and booked the cheaper hotel in Woodbridge. Traveling with a toddler and expecting things included that did not exist was really lame.

We stay for 45 days. Room cleaning was done bi weekly. We suggest it must be weekly. Breakfast must be eggless for vegetarian who does not eat eggs, chicken or fish. Must have breakfast for diabetic or any other conditions.

It was ok for just an overnight stay. There’s a full sized refrigerator with ice cube trays. If you want to make your own ice have your own water bottle available and time for it to make. The tap water doesn’t taste so good. Very quiet.

1. Lot of weed smell surrounding the premises. If you stay in the lower floor the smell reaches the room through the AC. 2. The water is extremely bad, I don’t know if it’s the hotel or the city but we couldn’t even brush our teeth or take bath
