They say they have certain amenities but they don’t. The bar and restaurant are closed. No pool.

Don't even think about staying here. Still having nightmares. This place shouldn't have been open while renovations were being completed. Doors didn't lock properly. Cops were on scene numerous times for overbooking issues. The pool. Let's just say it was a dirty hot mess as well. Every other floor of the small hotel (I use the term lightly) was out of order. There was water leaking from the ceiling straight to the office area. Just don't!!

It looks like the hotel was still being renovated. Only half was open.

The parking lot, it's very dark. I pull into the parking lot. I was afraid. There was one guy. Walking back-and-forth, he wasn't a guess. Then there was 2 other guys. Just hanging out now, asking strange questions. It was so dark, you couldn't even see the person. To face I was checking and let the front does clerk know what was going on outside? He said yeah, they hang out there all the time. Scary

The property will be nice once it is ready for guests. It is not yet. TV and in room safe not functioning. TV and several pieces of equipment not functioning in Fitness Center. No ice on first floor.

Complementary breakfast doesn’t open till 8;00 & extremely poor choices. I was there two nights. No housekeeping during the time. One working elevator that creaked and groaned.

The hotel facilities are all closed not in operating condition there is no breakfast at hotel however, it is advertised with breakfast and indoor pool. The pool is also closed and not operating.

Was not able to get in the pool, because staff said they call the service to come and clean the pool nerved got there.

The front staff was wonderful. That was all that was good. The entire hotel was dirty and smelled terrible, none of the outlets worked so you cant charge your phone, flies everywhere and the bed sheets were not clean. I found pretzle crumbs in the bed. At least there were no bed bugs.

Bug bed found in 2 rooms, hair in the towels. high not recommenned to stay in this hotel. Staff is not polite, kinda rude. Not feel welcome, they dont even want to listen to you, even is their own problem. But they probably know whats going on in this property. I got refund easy.

Do not stay here! I was only booked for one night because I had a concert to go to in the area. I arrived at 3:20 pm, check in was at 3:00pm. When I got to my room the door was open and the room wasn't cleaned yet. The hallway was also filthy. I was in a rush for my dinner reservations before the concert, so this was a huge inconvenience, I was given another room. When I went to take a shower, in the new room, there was open and used soap with hair on it, absolutely disgusting. I tried to call the front desk to complain and there was no phone wire from the wall to the phone. We had to track down a maintenance man in the hallway. When brushing my teeth the next morning the sink filled with water and the water wouldn't go down... the sink was clogged. The whole experience was unbelievable, especially when we went to check out and wanted to fill them in at the front desk. I thought it was great when the owner was there so we could let her know exactly what the issues were. My mom, who is 78 years old by the way, showed the owner the picture she took of the dirty soap and the owner asked my mom if that was her soap. My mother got very upset and raised her voice, she could not believe she was being accused of that. There was an argument in the lobby in front of everyone. The owner told us she was not going to help us, "have a nice day and get home safe" . Unbelievable experience... I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this before.

There were ants all over one of the double beds in our room where we slept. No matter how many we killed it seemed 20 more were right behind it. They ended up in our belongings. Needless to say neither of the nights was a good nights sleep when you have bugs, regardless of what kind crawling on you. When the front desk was informed there was no apology, no offer to make things right. It was "we will tell housekeeping ". You should have apologized for the inconvenience at the very least and offered to refund at least 1 nights stay!! The room was definitely not the cleanist. The front desk didn't acknowledge you, they were more worried about standing outside smoking and talking on their phone and it was beyond loud at 5 a.m. very disgusted and disappointed!!

The outside and immediate lobby area is very dated. Definitely could use some updating. Was skeptical how the room would be. Was extremely pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. There is no breakfast even though there are signs stating there is. My guess is those are old signs from previous hotel. Not a deal breaker for me. We just booked this hotel again since we will be back in the area for an event as it is a great price and wonderful, extremely comfortable room.

Hotel was great, clean room, clean bathroom, clean hallways, clean parking lot… I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

There was no room available when I arrived even though I had called and confirmed the room prior to making the 3-hour drive. They attempted to find me a cheaper room without a reimbursement for the difference. The twin bedroom had an issue. When we walked in it smelled like mold incredibly strongly. The bathtub was damaged and filled with water unable to drain so the bathroom was unusable and the room was not livable due to the high mold content. After switching us to a second room we found multiple different color and style human hairs All over the pillows from both beds. This will be the last time I ever use Expedia they have failed me for the last time this place is disgusting unsanitary flies buzzing around and all the hallways. Expedia sold me a room that was not even available. I should be getting a refund and this place should be investigated for violations related to the mold and unsanitary living conditions.

We found this hotel so dirty and smell so disgusting around property. We book for 2 night , after our arrival on property ,all our group found this hotel doesn’t meet the standard hotel service and lacking cleanness, so we decided to cancel & move to different hotel close by . Now we are requesting hotel to release our refund & improve your promise to serve clean and wel coming services. So future clients doesn’t have go through same situation. Our room had stained bed sheets, a rickety AC and an odd smell. I read the reviews and they seem favorable. The front desk staff told me that they're under new management so maybe is hotel is starting to go downhill.

Booked this hotel for one night because it was affordable and a short drive into Atlantic City to see a show. The room did not have all the amenities as described like no many refrigerator or coffee maker. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had good water temperature and pressure. We brought a white noise machine…thankfully because it was loud at night with people and dogs. The parking lot was full of trash, trashcans were full and spilling over, and we didn’t see any staff on site other than the person when we checked in. We won’t return.

The hotel is great in a great location very clean , but the beds always hard I always go home with my back hurting they need to replace them ASAP

Short 2 night stay to go to Atlantic City. The hotel was pretty empty & quiet. The room was clean. The only complaints were that the tub & sink drained slow and I couldn't close the thicker curtains in the room. So you had no choice but to wake up with the sun shining in. The breakfast offerings were basic; only pastries, fruit, coffee, and juice... no hot food. Would stay again for a short trip.

The place has decent rooms and close by a Walmart and shopping area. It's close enough to AC boardwalk and quiet. The breakfast is probably the only low point. Nothing hot (just coffee) and mostly sugary only options. (kids will love it).

Staff was friendly. Tv and shower did not work properly but staff was able to fix. People screaming in the hall from 1am-3am!!

It was a place to sleep near atlantic city that was not $500 a night. The plaza next to it and the area were very nice. The building is extremely outdated. The front desk staff were very friendly, very accommodating, and doing the best with what they are given. It seems as if the building needs an extreme update. The house keeping was very loud in the morning talking in the hallways and seemed like they hate their job.

Rooms were nice but AC was very noisy. And the rooms had a little musty smell. Breakfast was great. Overall it’s a good place.

A quick glance the hotel is nice. It's clean and simple. Front desk clerk had to reassign our room. We were originally in 240 and the mattress was beyond horrible. When you sat on at you went straight down completely to the platform. They switched us to 243 and those beds were acceptable. Really wish the rooms had queen size beds instead of double beds. Save the time and go to McDonald's for breakfast.

Very helpful staff. The rooms are nice and spacious but the walls are thin and we can hear obnoxious guests while trying to sleep.

I reserved a room, appeared to check in and was told the hotel was fully booked. The entire reason a reservation exists is to make sure there is a room available. It ruined my plans for the holiday weekend. I had to drive home instead of pursuing my plans for the following day. I will never book with Expedia or this hotel again!!!!

Hello, I checked into the hotel on Friday, July 21. At 4AM in the morning, I was terrified when my room door was opened. I heard “sorry!” Then struggled getting back to sleep prior to my 7AM wake up for a basketball tournament. The next morning I learned it was the new night manager. Supposedly the booking system showed the room was unoccupied. They suggested I contact the service regarding a possible refund.

Booked this hotel back in January for a February one day stay and when we got there the hotel was closed! Yes closed no one there deserted. Didn’t even receive a canceled email or phone call. Oh but I did get an email saying your trip is coming up soon. Not even a phone number to call anyone.

Check in took over one hour because our room was given to someone else. We were told breakfast started at 7AM but wasn't ready until 8AM and only consisted of pre-packaged muffins coffee and juice

We checked-in and were assigned a room that when we opened the door, it unlocked with our key but it was already occupied by others and a dog

The Manager Giovanni seem to work 24/7. He takes very good care of all customers , it seems like he never goes home. While i was checking in and out people kept approaching him with different things he took care of all of them , not once complaining about anything

Would not stay here again. People banging on doors in middle of night, police activity in area high. Front desk manager seemed miserable when checking us in.

The hotel lobby moved, therefore it did not look like the hotel was open. I had to go around the side of the building to find the entrance. If you're not careful you could think you booked a closed up hotel, but once inside it was clean.

pet friendly, convenient location with a lot of dining options and other stores nearby. simple hotel, perfect for an overnight stay.

It’s a nice hotel. However I am use to the the actual suites. It is connected to one restaurant but the area overall is a bit deserted. Staff was nice.

Hotel was clean. Staff was excellent. Larger than usual travel toiletries provided. Beds & towels were average comfort for this type of hotel. Hotel appears to have recently opened under this name and some maintenance issues need to be addressed. Not well lit from the road and hard to find driveway after dark. Lighting & security in hotel itself were good.

Very quiet place, Walmart just crossing the street the beach just 15-20 minutes away, the hotel rooms are clean,the bed very confortable and easy check In and Out.

The property was clean. The room that we rented was clean. The shower wasn’t all that great but the bathroom was clean. There was no microwave in the rooms. Using the microwave on the floor was inconvenient and really dirty. We seen a pool on site, but it was really small. Overall, it’s the best one outside Atlantic City if you are not staying on the Beach. Conveniently located 15 minutes from AC.

Lots of restaurants that are walkable. Rooms were very clean and the employees at the front desk were very friendly. I took off the star because the air conditioner wasn’t as strong as I wish it was and also please be careful in the bathtub as it is extremely slippery when showering. We had to put a towel down so we wouldn’t slip and fall.

Hotel is renovating so not to clean around the property they advertise free breakfast but its only some danish. the rooms are nice and wifi works fine.

It was an okay stay overall. The rooms are a little outdated for the price. The shower and toilet in particular were disappointing. For the amount of money you would think every room would include a microwave and fridge. It was fine for a single night stay but I won’t be returning. “Free Breakfast” was bagels packaged muffins and coffee..

The hotel advertises breakfast w a nice area, but it’s not up and running. No coffee in the morning. It’s a pastry to grab and go (something like drakes or entemanns). The tv’s don’t work in the rooms. Room key card constantly demagnetized. One staff member was very rude when these issues were brought to their attention. Would nit recommend t staying here.

This property is under remodeling.. so lots of unfinished things outside property. Looks like they are doing some updates some this looks nice while some looks like they kept from the old decor. Place was clean, took 45 mins to check in so very frustrating to stand in line for that time after driving 2 1/2 hrs. No one spoke to us of any updates or even what what’s happening until I asked. They would look at us and not acknowledge us with a hi or hello. No microwave or refrigerator the continental breakfast was just toast items and sausage and granola they need to work on customer service by means of training them. Everyone was pleasant.
