Coming in hot. Dont miss the driveway because it takes 20 minutes to get back. Place was good amd clean. Breakfast sucked as to be expected. Room keys kept giving us trouble. Staff was great.

It was a little birthday getaway. Thr location was convenient between NYC and my family in Yonkers and the Hudson Valley area. The only things that we a hassle was rhe entrance and exit off the property, also there was no microwave in the room.

The breakfast options are limited, the fruits are extremely not fresh, and the coffee tasted awful. The dining area is not only very very small but aiso located right in front of the reception desk. Making the dining experience awkward for guests. Furthermore, the guest rooms are not connected to the reception and dining areas, requiring guests to walk outdoors before de-entering. Which is very inconvenient. Especially during the cold winter, this becomes a truly unpleasant accommodation experience for guests.

No one came around to empty trash the four days we were there. It was difficult to get fresh towels and wash cloths. We left for a little while to come back to the parking lot being paved without any prior notification. We had blacktop stuck to our shoes and it bouncing off our car.

We enjoyed our stay so much the first 2 nights we decided to stay another (we did have to pay an extra $50 for Wednesday night so that was a bummer) everything was great except that the shower temperature was very erratic. This is more of a glorified motel than a hotel. The lobby where breakfast is also served is tiny with limited seating. The walls of the rooms are super thin and I could hear people going in and out of their rooms all night. The rooms themselves were also pretty small.

Staff was not very kind. They canceled my reservation as I was driving out of state to get there. The reasoning is that they could make more money on my room since it was the weekend. Only for me to get there and get the same room for the same price. Will not stay here again.

At check in the counter person tried to charge soo many additional fees then what was mentioned on the site. So I refused the reservation and left. This crooked company took the money out of my account any way and refuse to give any of it back. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? Don't stay at the establishment.

We arrived at 1 am, thanks to terrible traffic. Fernando was at the desk and he was wonderful - warm and welcoming. Exactly what I needed. Our bed was fantastic. And I'm amazed that we couldn't hear the highway from our room, given the proximity. But we couldn't!

This is not a hotel more like a motel, location is close to NYC but if you are using the bus to commute forget about it, the bus station is far on the hill above the hotel on a very steepy road and the buses to NYC dont take the washington bridge to NYC but the Lincoln tunnel so its a 1.5-2 hours drive through crowded North Bergen streets until you reach NYC.and if you return at night its a long walk back to the hotel in a very unsecure and dark streets. This Motel is outdated with smelly room and very uncomfotable beds. we we're three during this visit so we got the suite, the king bed was a double bed that is too small to accomodate two adult persons and the sofa bed was filthy and very uncomfortable. No cleaning service if you are staying for less than 3 days so you have to argue to get your room cleaned if you are staying for less than 3 days. The windows are old and locked and the room smelled molds. Had to call reception to open the drain of the tub that was clogged and didnt drain. Breakfast was very basic but acceptable to me though the coffee machine was out of order. Finally its overpriced to the point that you think its a wonderfull place but it isnt it's an expedia scam in my opinion

This hotel actually has a short and sharply angled "exit" ramp off of an access road. It comes up quick, so you need to be ready and you need to signal early because most likely you will have high speed traffic pushing you down this road.

I usually enjoy staying at Best Western, and after an amazing experience in Florida, I chose this hotel again expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. • The staff was not friendly or welcoming compared to Florida. • The room had a strange smell. • The breakfast was very poor. The worst part was breakfast on Monday. I thought it ended at 10am, but it actually ended at 9am. I arrived at 9am with my girlfriend and her family, and while we were getting food, the kitchen staff started grabbing everything in a rude and disrespectful way. She even carried bread and bagels in her arms (very unsanitary) and dropped food on the floor while rushing. Her attitude was very unpleasant. I asked the front desk and they told me breakfast ended at 9am, but there was no clear sign about the hours, and no one let us know. I usually enjoy staying at Best Western, and after an amazing experience in Florida, I chose this hotel again expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. • The staff was not friendly or welcoming compared to Florida. • The room had a strange smell. • The breakfast was very poor. The worst part was breakfast on Monday. I thought it ended at 10am, but it actually ended at 9am. I arrived at 9am with my girlfriend and her family, and while we were getting food, the kitchen staff started grabbing everything in a rude and disrespectful way. She even carried bread and bagels in her arms (very unsanitary) and dropped food on the floor while rushing. Her attitude was very unpleasant. I asked the front desk and they told me breakfast ended at 9am, but there was no clear sign about the hours, and no one let us know. Making the dining experience awkward for guests. Furthermore, the guest rooms are not connected to the reception and dining areas, requiring guests to walk outdoors before de-entering. Which is very inconvenient. Especially during the cold winter, this becomes a truly unpleasant accommodation experience for guests.

Overall it was a great experience. The room was clean and no smell of smoke or anything bad. The only thing we dislike is that breakfast was taken away before the end time. We traveled with a baby and choose this hotel to make convenient to feed her.

Excellent value and perfect for business trips. I stayed here for four nights. Room was very clean and fairly recently renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. It is also very convenient to the GW Bridge allowing me just a short trip each morning into the Upper West Side of Manhattan for work. Breakfast was fine and different each day…eggs, meat, pastries, cereal, waffles, juice, tea, coffee….the usual. Wifi worked well and it was easy to use my streaming services with the TV. Parking was safe and convenient to my room. Just be aware that if you are coming from NY or 95, the entrance will be almost immediately to the right and up a small hill once you turn onto 4. I missed it when I drove in the first time. It is very quiet. Despite being right on 4, I could not hear the traffic. Check in and out was very fast. Staff were great and efficient. I would definitely stay here again next time I need to go into NY for more than a day.

Great location if you want easy access to NYC without the city prices. Just be careful: it’s tough getting in and out of the parking lot with all the cars whizzing by.
