Wish the pool opened earlier

Was disappointed to find out in the morning that the restaurant was temporarily closed. Breakfast and other dinning options were unavailable at this time

The room was clean and comfortable. However not having any hot water for a shower in the morning was a rude awakening. Also disappointed that there was no fresh coffee in the lobby.

When I first drove to the property. I drove around the back of the property first; it was filthy with garbage piled up. I started another search but it was late and I drove a long way. I was exhausted. I figured two nights, how bad I could it be? Well, inside the lobby looked fine & my was nice n clean room. I never ate there, but there was a Mexican restaurant right next-door. There was also a movie theater across the road. The evening attendant was very nice. He even brought ice to my room. He didn't know much about the pool days whether it would stay open after Labor Day, though. I did manage to get in the pool one time and it was a nice size. Though it wasn't heated, I managed to swim at least 25 laps. The biggest problems there were I found out that the back parking area was not locked at night. Where as you thought you should be using your key to get in. All you have to do is pull it. And guess who told me that a 12-year-old boy bringing his bicycle inside the hotel. My last day, Tuesday morning, September 2, I walked my dog in the back as usual, and then once we went inside, I decided to also go out the front door. I passed by a female clerk who I had never seen she was talking to someone checking in. When I came back in with the dog, she started to question me. "Why are you here? Are you checked in? Is that dog checked in? I said,"I've been here for three nights."

Overall, pretty good visit. Pool was nice. Hotel was fairly clean. Good area. Wish the hotel restaurant would a been open. Only downside really.

Their room service was not good. Seemed less staffs were working. Though added the pool as amenities but the pool was very dirty and cold. The area of the hotel was nice.

The property was good. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast until 8 AM which is much too late. Told the front desk guy about it and he said that the restaurant operator sets his own hours for opening in the morning. They are trying to get this changed but that didn't help me. Also the front desk didn't have a person that was visible so if you needed something you had to call out and then the guy would come out. When we got into our room there were only 2 towels in the room so we had to ask for more.

Check in was fine. The main restaurant is closed but thankfully there are many restaurants in the area. The room is clean and nice but it is not sound proof. I can hear everyone talking next door in their regular voices. It is supposed to be a smoke free environment but someone woke me up with the strong stench of marijuana in the vents! Very unpleasant way to be woken up. There should be better control of this if it’s truly a smoke free hotel. Overall the hotel looks decent and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately the odor that woke me up is still very strong lingering in my room where I share with my son. Very unpleasant stench at the moment. I’m sitting in my room and is uncomfortable to breathe

Bed and pillows stink. The room strong odor of marijuana. The bathroom has moisture stains and smells like used toilet. The heater did not work. The carpet has stains all over the place. I paid almost $200 for one night and it look and feel like homeless shelter.

Smelled like must and Marijuana. There were mite bugs on outside table and hair in tub. Location perfect for concert at PNC Arts Center and the hotel recommended a driver who was awesome 👌

The room was certainly not worth $350. Id say $150 at most. The bathroom ceiling rig job of drywall was bizarre. It was also moldy around edges. Clearly someone who isnt a carpenter fixed a major leak at some point. They banged my card for $25 for deposit and said it would take 2 days to refund. It took 8 and me calling to ask where it was. it was then that they processed it. I have a feeling they do that and hope people dont notice so they make extra money. In the hallway they have storage of old toilets and cabinets and countertops pilled up. Looks like they been there for years. No way Id ever stay here again. We stay at alot of places and this was equal to Something at south of the border. Lol.

I made a reservation for a friend to stay here and the room was so disgusting they had to check out early and try to find somewhere else on a holiday weekend. Hair everywhere, tub flooded just gross!

Room was clean except Red/brown drips on wall. Housekeeping cleaned immediately. Coffee maker didn’t work, fortunately we were close enough to lobby to get some. A little pricey for size of room (very small). Could use some updates. Overall it wasn’t too bad.

Property was very clean and conveniently located. Staff was very friendly.

Good wifi

Hated a room with the only window looking into a hallway so i had to close the curtains for. Pretty useless window and lighting in the room isn't sufficient for it. I enjoy A/C but the hallways were freezing cold and i had a long walk through it to my room. At 365 a night, ill stay elsewhere next time.

Dark musty rooms

I booked for 2 adults and a 16 year old kid. They provided 2 towels, it was late when we were showering and noone wanted to go to the desk amd have to wait for one to be brought to us. Th pillows we awful, a blanket would've been more comfortable.

With a hotel that was not filled to capacity or close we are shocked we have been parked next to the elevator. It’s too late to change rooms but I don’t expect to sleep with the noise going on. Additionally, there was no info on the tv, available channels or wifi. We overpaid. Disappointed.

My stay was unremarkable; the room was nice. Having no window to the outside was a bummer (can't leave the curtains open to the corridor outside if you value your privacy). The cleaning folks did a great job; my apologies to them - I had NO cash to leave but change...sorry!

It was okay. Old and a bit run down. Weird musty smell... the whole place was dark and dreary.

All good, great room and bed very comfortable

The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The sound proofing in the room needed updating. While in the bathroom you can hear the tv and talking from the adjoining room. While sleeping we could hear snoring through the ceiling from the upstairs room.

The bed sank in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep in. The toilet seat did not stay up which made it difficult for my husband to use. The fan in the bathroom did not work. I had to call three times to ask them to check the room for an item I may have left behind because they never returned my calls with the answer when they said they would check. They finally upon my third call said they didn’t find it but I doubt anyone looked for it at all. They did not apologize for not calling me back or give me any explanation.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy.

Illegally asking for documentation of a service animal. By law they can only ask if they are a service animal and what they are trained to do.

We came in at 5am and they let us check in early so we didnt have to sleep in our car until 3pm. We were so grateful

Nice place and it was super quick and easy to get to PNC bank arts arena for the concert. Will definitely stay here again.

Took forever to check in. Noisy alarm kept us up the first night. Breakfast was not included. Had to check out a day early and they would not refund the night despite over 24hr notice. Nothing around you can safely walk to.

Close to beach

The hotel is on Highway 35 thus it’s easy to drive to Middletown where my family/relatives are.

Great day close to all the venues for concerts very excited for our next event

Great place for a quick work travel. Restaurant/Bar in the hotel is really nice with great food. Beds are dated and creaky, but room is clean. Check in staff were very friendly!!
