I stood at the front desk for over 20 min with no one available to help me check in, the Hotel was under renovations, the restaurant was not open it was being renovated, the room was not clean. The floor was not vacuumed. I would not return.

Very nice property. Restaurant doesn't appear too function except at breakfast which is served in one of the conference rooms. But we had to leave too early to try it out anyhow.

The property was the dirtiest doubltree Hilton i have ever stayed at. The grounds are not what one would expect at a doubletree Hilton. We were in the area . We were told where we could go for breakfast in the hotel. No one was there. It was dirty and buckets catching water. I was shocked expedia would not only recommend but list as a 4 star hotel. I don't expect to hear back but if you would like to call my number is 919.349.3857. . .

The room was way more sad and dingy than the photos. Lights kept going out, hair was in the shower when I arrived, stains on the towels, room service never came to clean, front desk was rude. The parking lot is dark and behind the hotel, not well lit for a solo traveler. Never received an actual bill and my bill was higher than what hotels.com. Lobby is nice and more modern, rooms are not. I received texts asking about my stay and never received a response when I have an honest rating. I had to leave for an emergency and cut my stay short a night, the front desk didn’t say a word when I handed back the keys after saying I’d be leaving early. There are much better hotels in the area.

I could hear people talking loudly and doors slamming throughout the night, making it impossible to rest. Because of this, I had to leave a night earlier than planned. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay.

Before our arrival, we thought that the restaurant would be open to the customers but it was closed. There was no breakfast. When getting ready for bed the sheets were full of hair. Like there was too much hair that we had to call room service for fresh sheets. The comforter had stains on it and we slept without a comforter because we were exhausted and wanted to go to bed.

The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The Hotel as a whole was very nice. Front desk service was excellent. The only issue we had was with their restaurant. it took quite a while for us to get what we ordered, and some of the staff appeared to be an experienced and forgetting things like utensils and water and part of an entrée. A manager came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and explained that next year I suppose early next year they will be revamping the hotel and restaurant so in conclusion, we had a pleasant stay here and visitors can make up their own minds regarding eating breakfast or dinner here.

Room was of poor quality for a doubletree. Hole in the wall where someone threw open the door. Top of dresser was sticky and disgusting. Some wood finished dissolve with alcohol so likely a party room! Room ac/heat could not hold a temp so either roasting or freezing. Lots of noise in the hall all night long. Sounded like young partiers.

The hotel is not up to Hilton Standards. It looks like a renovated hotel taken over from a cheap chain. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The rooms have no noise barrier. I could not sleep all night because of the high traffic on the highway in front. It felt like the trucks are slamming through the middle of the room. The AC is a wall unit that turns on and off and makes huge noise. Overall no sleep, tired and not a good place for me.

When we arrived, even though we are Hilton Honors members, they wouldn't allow me to get credit for the stay. There was no cleaning service because they were short staffed - they put a note under our door about that. Our TV didn't work so the front desk clerk came up to see if he could fix it but he had no idea what to do to remedy the situation. When we tried to check out, nobody was at the front desk for over 10 minutes so we just dropped the key and left.

We were told in the booking that there was complimentary breakfast. They tried to charge us 36 plus tip for a cold buffet. Will be contacting their corporate offices about this discrepancy. Also the night front desk (male no tag and wouldnt tell ne his name) was rude and hostile , would not give me any service. Was too busy playing video games on the front desk computer. Never staying in any hilton hotel ever again.

Considering that this was a replacement hotel due to some else’s snafu even though room was ordered thru Expedia over a month ago. This hotel and staff went out of their way to welcome us and change our room the following day back to the roll in shower room request we had originally booked.

As a Hilton Honors member, I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this property. When I entered my room, it smelled like someone had been smoking inside. At check-in, I expected complimentary water, but none was provided. When we asked about complimentary coffee, the front desk staff (a young lady) simply told us to go to the restaurant, which felt dismissive. On top of that, when we tried to use the TV, the remote didn’t work properly, and we couldn’t change the channel. We informed the front desk, and after some time, a staff member came to our room. He spent a long time trying to fix it and eventually said he needed to replace the remote. Later, he returned and tried again, but the issue remained. Finally, he said it was a sensor problem and implied that we had changed or damaged it, which was not the case—the sensor was already displaced before we arrived. The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The Hotel as a whole was very nice. Front desk service was excellent. The only issue we had was with their restaurant. it took quite a while for us to get what we ordered, and some of the staff appeared to be an experienced and forgetting things like utensils and water and part of an entrée. A manager came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and explained that next year I suppose early next year they will be revamping the hotel and restaurant so in conclusion, we had a pleasant stay here and visitors can make up their own minds regarding eating breakfast or dinner here.

The room was clean and everything was fully stocked, and they cleaned the rooms daily if you wanted. Even though it's right off the highway it was pretty good about noise from the outside. Hallway noise was a bit more noticeable. There was plenty of parking no matter the time of day.

The hotel is not up to Hilton Standards. It looks like a renovated hotel taken over from a cheap chain. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. The rooms have no noise barrier. I could not sleep all night because of the high traffic on the highway in front. It felt like the trucks are slamming through the middle of the room. The AC is a wall unit that turns on and off and makes huge noise. Overall no sleep, tired and not a good place for me.

We planned to eat and drink there as opposed to driving around to find somewhere. They were out of just about everything we wanted. The restaurant was just bar food. The TV dint work so I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work either. I had to go down to the lobby to wait in line to get help with the TV due to the fact there was one woman at the front desk. She was it for the entire staff on a Friday evening. I felt kinda sorry for her. What a horrible and dangerous place to be.

We were told in the booking that there was complimentary breakfast. They tried to charge us 36 plus tip for a cold buffet. Will be contacting their corporate offices about this discrepancy. Also the night front desk (male no tag and wouldnt tell ne his name) was rude and hostile , would not give me any service. Was too busy playing video games on the front desk computer. Never staying in any hilton hotel ever again.

The direct tv is awful!! Need to change rooms if was not for jonross to calm us down after travel from early morning to the fair and walking for hours and being tried .. change the direct tv. After change room the tv was broken in new room. Will not be stay there anymore. No restaurant to eat at hotel . Not a 5 star hotel.

Theyre undergoing renovations so its not quite up to par in the Lobby area. The in-room phone didnt work in our room, the toilet ran ( needed to jiggle the handle to make it stop), the hand-held adjustible shower head did not have a stop and it didnt fit the bracket. Due to renovations, there was no ice machine ( the restaurant did accomodate us and bring some up. There is no refrigerator in the room, havent seen that in loooong time. Getting out and back to the main highway wad a challenge. Decent eatery next door though.

I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best.
