The property is quiet and has free parking but when we went into our room it smelled kind of funky and there were stains on the couch and the water in the bath tub wouldn’t go down as one showered. I was scared to fully submerge myself into the bed. But it did what it had to do for one night.

Night front desk man was nice. Other then that not much to say. i can see why marriott pulled the plug on this property! Dirty, unsafe, door locks look broken into. crack heads in parking lot smoking. No and i mean NO service what so ever. Not saying i was forced to stay here but it had a kitchen and i wanted home cooked meal, but that was not possible as they have old rusty dirty pots. No pan. NO DISH SOAP!!! not enough towels. Fitness room only has little boy size weights. MOTEL feel. i’m very disappointed!

Hallways smelled of marijuana. Cleanliness was lacking particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. Rotten smell coming from kitchen sink drain. Smell of cigarette smoke coming from bathroom. Had issues with the toilet flushing. Gave us two towels for a two bedroom suite with four guests for a four night stay. Stopper on bathtub broken, toilet paper holder broken. Beds had a top sheet and "blanket" that was thin like a sheet- we ended up asking for extra. No breakfast- not sure if this was a listing mistake? There appears to be a pool but must not be in working order. Could've been worse.. but could've been much better. Would not stay here again. You get what you pay for.

I got to the hotel at 4pm check in time and they told me my room wasnt available anymore and their pool is not open maybe they should take it off the site i had to hurry n try n find another hotel. So unprofessional ill never try n book here ever again

We had the 2 bedroom suite and we loved it the beds are queen size and you still have a nice size sofa bed. Full size fridge and stove and a microwave. This room is great. The staff is polite and willing to help you. The only downside is no pool or breakfast.

What really made my stay here great was the staff. They were incredibly down-to-earth, helpful, and quick to respond to any concerns. When I first checked in, the room I was given looked worn out, especially the couch and carpet, which were clearly due for replacement. I brought it up to the front desk, and they immediately changed my room without any hassle. The second room was excellent and had everything I expected from an extended stay: cooking utensils, a clean and comfortable setup, and a welcoming atmosphere. Parking was easy, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The only hiccup was being overcharged at checkout. Thankfully, the manager handled it promptly and professionally. Every time I called to follow up, someone answered the phone, apologized for the error, and provided updates on the refund. Despite the rocky start, the service more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again.

The moment we checked in and opened the drawers in the bedroom roaches came out. We then walked around the bathroom to see the previous tenants clothing hanging on the back of the door. The shower wasn't cleaned, we saw people's hair in the shower. The bed in the master bedroom was broken. if you sat on the left side of the bed the right side went up in the air. Behind the door had blood on them and numerous fingerprints as if they were never cleaned. The doors didn't close all the way. We even went to Walmart to buy roach spray because it was disgusting. Downstairs in the lobby and outside there are numerous suspicious people walking around and roaming, making it very uncomfortable/ especially to stay with a child. When bringing these concerns up to the hotel, they never offered an apology or anything to fix our concerns. We could not stay the night with these conditions and had to book another hotel because it was just that bad. Do not recommended this place!!!

Our room the couch was stained all over everything jn the kitchen was sticky luckly my wife had lysol wipes could actualy get black off the counter tops the staff was nice enough they were painting in the hallway which was good

Very disappointed, I got there in time to get ready to meet friends, while getting ready, I found trash under the bed,and sofa that filled a shopping bag, stove top was dirty and not cleaned and food left over from the last resident who stayed in that room!! I brought the bag of trash to the front desk, all I got was "I"m sorry" the least they could have done was knocked off half the price! Won't be back~

This place is absolutely disgusting. I booked 2 days and checked out after the first night!!! I couldn't wait for the sun to come up!. Roaches and dirt stains everywhere! I DO NOT recommend. The board of health should come in and shut this place down

The door to the outside old not lock. The inside doors had no handles. The room had holes in the walls. The sink was held together with duct tape. The drawers were broken. We left when we saw the cockroaches on the walls. We did not stay and had to cancel some of our plans since it was 830pm

This is probably the dirtiest hotel I have seen in the last 10’years. I checked in along with a coworker and we went up to our rooms. Within 10 minutes we were both down in the parking lot comparing photos of how disgusting and bad our rooms were. We agreed neither of us want to stay there and we checked out a few minutes later. The sofa had so many stains on it I couldn’t tell what color it was originally. It looked like blood and vomit. The pillows on the bed had white crusty dried up fluid on both sides of them. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. The sink was stained and the mirror cracked and broken. The closet door was broken off. The window was stuck open. The desk chair was worn through to the stuffing. In the kitchen the stove burners looked broken and the paper towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall. Someone had half-heartedly painted the kitchen but you could see theough the paint to the stains under it. The fridge had the door put on wrong so it opened into the wall making it unusable. Stay away from this hotel. Shame on you Marriot. This will be the last Marriot hotel I ever visit.

I did not like that the microwave in my unit did not work. The door into the build I was in was partially broken. One area of a wall in my unit was in bad condition. Another wall in my unit had some kind of marking on it. The couch was stained and dirty looking. The shower drainage was very poor. The microwave did not work. There was dinnerware but no utensils.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasnt what i expected. And i was asked if the 1st floor was fine, but i didnt expect the walking at midnight. The a/c was on and i notice a slight odor. I turned in off and the room was freezing. I was extremely tired so I didnt complain as its was only for a night.

The second room was excellent and had everything I expected from an extended stay: cooking utensils, a clean and comfortable setup, and a welcoming atmosphere. Parking was easy, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The only hiccup was being overcharged at checkout. Thankfully, the manager handled it promptly and professionally. Every time I called to follow up, someone answered the phone, apologized for the error, and provided updates on the refund. Despite the rocky start, the service more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff was very good and helpful, Property was very busy at all times of the night and alot of door slamming and noises from other rooms and people. Would stay for another 1 night visit the room was nice and big. Best part was the small kitchen and cough amd tv set up.

Checking in to this establishment was a nightmare. There are homeless people sleeping on the lawn outside, police arrived as we were checking in because someone had placed a 911 call but nothing could be done about it. As we went to our room, it was filthy. 4 families were leaving and getting refunded right after checking in due to the deplorable state of the hotel. There was an extremely unpleasant smell in the elevators and also in the hallways. There are a lot of low income families that have been displaced or cannot afford rent and they are being placed here. This hotel is not for families. Venkat was the most amazing and welcoming front desk staff member I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! He was lovely and made sure we were comfortable the whole way! If you want to be treated with respect and kindness Venkat will make sure to do so! It was a wonderful experience thanks to him!

What really made my stay here great was the staff. They were incredibly down-to-earth, helpful, and quick to respond to any concerns. When I first checked in, the room I was given looked worn out, especially the couch and carpet, which were clearly due for replacement. I brought it up to the front desk, and they immediately changed my room without any hassle. So where do I begin? First off… this is no longer a Marriott property, and it shows. There is literally no staff, no amenities (pool, WI-FI for the TV) & no housekeeping. They didn’t even Have trash bags for the rooms. It’s filthy, inside and out. The few staff members that we did see informed us that the property changed hands and the new owners are dirt cheap & money grubbers. I selected the “pay at hotel” option when booking, the morning of our trip, I got a call demanding that we pay now or they will cancel the reservation, which is unheard of. They charge $25 dollars if you check in before 4pm. Service is so scarce that we had to go into the store room ourselves to get sheets, towels and cleaning supplies (we had to clean our own room). It’s sad because the place has potential and the few staff members were really nice and apologetic of the horrible management issues. We would have left that night, but we needed the two bedroom suite because we were traveling w kids. We made the best of it: but beware when booking this place. You’ll have to be your own staff. Shame on the new management/owners.

Very nice property, I stayed here with my two younger children and they loved it as well. We were very comfortable, felt safe, and this location was convenient to restaurants and things to do with my children. I would definitely stay here again

okay here is a genuine review. we travelled to jersey for an event. the hotel is used as some sort of homeless/voucher program that is obvious from the start . you need to know that going there. yes there are people hanging around , there was a woman nodding out on the sidewalk, and the tenants who live there aren’t very respectful to their “home”. we had no idea that was the case when booking because it does look like a nice hotel. that being said , the staff was kind to me and my family , we had no issues with anyone on the property , we weren’t hassled and it wasn’t loud inside or out. we slept well and had a fine stay. it’s not the cleanest and it’s not the nicest place and there are busted cars in the parking lot and cops do patrol the lot but it did the job and we got a good nights sleep and moved on. the manager and staff did the best to make it an enjoyable stay..so make your decision as to what you’ll accept at a hotel .

This property houses people who are homeless, and in the throes of addiction. The atmosphere around this property is terrible. In fact, all of the hotels on the south western side of Route 73 all have this problem do not stay here you will not feel safe. The room I was given had someone in it who was working on the television. There was no warning of it the second room I was given in a supposedly quieter area. Also had a man inside working on the TV television there’s too much going on at this property, and the young lady who works the desk had her hands full, she doesn’t deserve to work in a place like this. They were pamphlets for the covenant house, which is a center for people who need help with addiction on the same counter for local restaurants in the main lobby of the hotel. I’m stating this, so no one feels surprised when they arrive and discover what it’s really like there. I refuse to allow my family to stay at this hotel. I’ve been working on trying to get a refund ever since.

The room needs attention. The condition was poor. The kitchen area had an odor, the walls in the room were marked up, the doors were scratched, the were 3 remotes for the TV’s and only one had batteries, there was a screw sticking out of the door. I wasn’t asked to provide a credit card for incidentals, thankfully I’m not worried about me and my guests destroying the property but maybe consider taking incidentals from the other guests you let stay there. Overall, needs a lot of attention and maintenance. Thankfully the beds were clean. The parking lot and clientele were sketchy. Witnessed a drug deal right in front of the front desk outside. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it’s sad because the property has potential.

Room was run down. Our bathroom door handle broke and locked my partner in. We had to use a butter knife to get out. Breakfast was discontinued though it was advertised. Kitchen was filthy. Beds were comfortable. Check in staff person was very nice.

Hallways smelled of marijuana. Cleanliness was lacking particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. Rotten smell coming from kitchen sink drain. Smell of cigarette smoke coming from bathroom. Had issues with the toilet flushing. Gave us two towels for a two bedroom suite with four guests for a four night stay. Stopper on bathtub broken, toilet paper holder broken. Beds had a top sheet and "blanket" that was thin like a sheet- we ended up asking for extra. No breakfast- not sure if this was a listing mistake? There appears to be a pool but must not be in working order. Could've been worse.. but could've been much better. Would not stay here again. You get what you pay for.

Only decaf coffee was available and no creamer or sugar packets. Advertised with a free breakfast but nothing available. Wouldn’t be an issue but it was listed on the website as such. Says breakfast available which is not true Says coffee maker in kitchen which is also not true Room wasn’t fully clean but I was exhausted after my 10 hour drive so I dealt with it I hate to leave negative reviews but I would have stayed in a more convenient part of town if I knew it was like this and definitely would not have paid this rate - should have been far less for having no available food on premises no vending no breakfast as mentioned Also no hair dryer I know some of these things seem small but it’s false advertising and I wouldn’t have paid this much for a room that didn’t have the amenities it said it did ..

We had the 2 bedroom suite and we loved it the beds are queen size and you still have a nice size sofa bed. Full size fridge and stove and a microwave. This room is great. The staff is polite and willing to help you. The only downside is no pool or breakfast.

Upon arrival we were met with police officers about six cars of them at check in Then when we were in the room they had air conditioners set up through the window, where it wasn’t set up properly, so the windows were open and bugs were coming in on top of that we found roaches in the room we did not stay the night we left immediately. They did not refund my money. The first night they charged me for that night, I left never again.
