Red Roof Inn Neptune - Jersey Shore

No pool for me thank you

In general, my stay was mediocre. No shampoo in shower. I did not like the pillows , but mattress was great. No pool because of cool season still. Bathroom needs new sealants. Grout on tiles are ok.

The staff is always wonderful. I’ve been a customer for years and would recommend this location.

Good house keeping but they need update or remodel the entire place inside the rooms are not suitable to stay also they need to provide elevator for person with medical condition

Parking never been plowed or salt from snow the front desk personnel last named Patel so rude and said “what so fussed about the snow its a state of emergency”!! yes it a state of emergency that is why it is red roofs responsibility to ensure the parking lot is continuously flowed from the snow and salt!!! front desk book me to downhill location now i have problem of driving up because i saw one car stuck already going up to the hill..! i will never book to this INN again and i will spread my experience to my friends and relatives not to book to this location!!!! worst ever !!!
