This hotel was disgusting! It appeared that it was more of an extended stay/halfway house. Do not stay here! The entire place was dirty and disgusting. It appeared to host unsavory activities with people checking in without luggage and looking half drugged up. I checked in thinking it would be ok in my room but my room stunk of cigarettes, the bathroom vanity looked like it had burn marks on it, a cabinet door was falling off, under the bed was dirty, the hallway, elevator and foyer were dirty as well. I checked right out. I did not feel safe being in that hotel as a single woman that would be coming back later that night. I intend to seek reimbursement from the manager as this is no place anyone looking for a decent hotel should stay. I truly wonder if I asked for police reports involving this hotel that it would reveal some interesting stories. It’s THAT kind of hotel.

Stayed one night. Overall clean, bed was nice. Shower is outdated and needs finishing, same the counters. Looks VERY used and old. Electric stove is a joke - I don't think you could actually cook anything on it, it took me at least 10 min to boil water for my tea in small jezva on high setting, and light on the hood above the stove was not working. Bedside light on one side was not working either. What shocked me the most is the fact that kitchen is NOT equipped with anything at all - false advertisement. You have to REQUEST kitchen items, including coffee maker! I had to go downstairs to pick up a plate and a spoon... that was REALLY weird. Most hotels that do not provide kitchen - offer coffermakers, towels, paper or plastic cups, some coffee and tea. This hotel WITH the kitchen does not offer anything unless you request, and I do not recall paper towels in that list btw. Outside was pretty loud due to some late evening work (?) and fridge was very loud as well, fortunately I was tired enough to fall asleep fast. I was glad that I could open windows VERY little (I guess for the safety reasons) instead of running AC. Overall, it was OK but I doubt I would book again.

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Due to the Northeastern storm, the area was experiencing a state of emergency, including severe flooding and widespread power outages. Because of these conditions we did not travel to the hotel. The hotel refused to provide any type of credit or work with us, despite this being outside of our control. We understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but we expected some type of flexibility or consideration given the emergency conditions. We hoped the hotel would recognize these extraordinary circumstances and work with use on a reasonable resolution.
