The pool is indoor located in the middle of the hotel and all the levels of rooms surround the pool. The chlorine from the pool seeps into the rooms and is very strong. I was getting nauseous and made it very hard to sleep.

The renovations underway significantly impacted the air quality in our room (7th floor) as well as hallways, etc. Doors leading from 7th floor rooms into hallways appeared to all stick; this required aggressive slamming to actually lock them, which of course meant extremely loud bangs were frequently heard throughout the night! Also, the additional cost for parking in an open, unsecured lot seemed unnecessary.

Booked hotel just because of indoor pool. Pool was freezing. Complained to the hotel team, they promised to turn on heat but nothing happened. Expedia team wasn't helping either saying contact directly a hotel staff. I had two nights booked on separate reservations and couldn't change or cancel it. If water is cold like in seasonal pool stop advertising heated pool.

Stayed one night for a nice chunk of change but it really should of been the price of the Motel6. You could hear every single door slam LOUD in the hallway to the point where it wakes you up out of your sleep. The faucet in the bathroom the water was coming out foggy with some kind of white color in it, pretty disgusting for people to brush their teeth in. The toilet looked like a toilet in the mall that you used your foot to flush because it's disgustingly dirty, like what happened to normal toilet seat at a hotel? The bed, was hard as a rock. The front desk was zero help. You would think the Marriott would take better care of their customers. I expressed this to the front desk and the guy just looked at me and had nothing to say. Prisoners sleep better.

Property was fine overall…but the morning after our stay we realized the “artsy green” border on the picture frame in the bathroom was actually entirely mold spread. No exaggeration, there was mold wrapping around almost the entirety of this picture frame. Disgusting. My wife has been sick for two days since we left.

Hairs on the sheets and night stand . The fire alarm started beeping every ten seconds at 6 in the morning , when I called the front desk they told me they’ll send someone ( it stoped after fifteen minutes ) , at 8am ( when I finally got back to sleep )they started knocking on the door , it was a maintenance guy ! . When I made the complaint it the front desk I felt like the complaints bother them , I spoke to the manager and she claimed that they should had given me another room , and didn't apologize for the hair on sheets and night stand . My check in was after midnight with the need to rest and it was imposible !

Our room was infested with mold, which I reported immediately to the front desk. The HVAC unit was moldy and contaminated the whole room. We've got replacement room without any problems. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you need to drive to any interesting places - restaurants, store, etc.

It’s very nice good spacious room very close to everything only thing the room is grand I love the little bed next to the king size bed and my view But the toilet is a little out dated not the hotel just my preference everything new and great aesthetic should have a new toilet as well And Wi-Fi there is no Wi-Fi unless your a Marriott member which if you stay at Marriotts through out the year great but myself that only stays onde in a blue doesn’t really interest me

Two major issues at this hotel, noise and age of the facility. The hotel itself is situated in between multiple major highways, convenient for many places but just know going in you'll need a sound machine for road noise. The hotel itself should provide these in the rooms. Guests are also as many people have noted loud. Some women in the room next door were singing loudly until 1am, a fellow guest told me they hardly slept because people were running up and down the halls all night and slamming doors. The consistency of the complaint tells you it's a recurring clientele issue. The other major issue is the age of the facility, it's 50 years old so bear that in mind. Most of the rooms have had a recent refresh and they actually look pretty good. The hotel was good enough to switch me to another room when the first one smelled a little too strongly of paint from a recent refresh. TV never worked, wasn't plugged in, which was disappointing, and no breakfast. That said, thought the room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Not worth $300 but for a very average stay it's ok. Can't say I was sorry to check out though.

Overall the comfort and cleanliness of the room was superb, however they need to make these rooms more sound proof, I stayed in the first floor and I was able to hear people outside my door talking and sounds of silverware as they had their breakfast.

Booked for an overnight stay, the room was smaller than it seems online. Unless you are a Marriott Bonvoy member who booked directly, you were charged $13.00 for use of Wi-Fi! Also while getting ready in the bathroom I felt water hit me on the back of the neck. When I looked up the ceiling was leaking. Looking around the bathroom I saw areas of the Sheetrock that were bubbling and upon touching them they were soft and mushy. There’s definitely a water issue in the room we had. Could be that we were very close to the pool. It was also noisy. I would probably never be in this area again(it was for a concert), but if I were, I would choose elsewhere. We left during the night and didn’t sleep there.

Marriott was overbooked as of 10:30pm and people were turned away without a solution from Marriott despite having a valid and confirmed reservation. They said they had many walked in due to flight cancellations. They left a two week new employee all by himself at the front desk (while two senior staff are at the back room) to deal with the situation. As pressure mounted, they then do a system reboot and rooms became available again. I would like to compliment Brandon (the new staff) on handling himself professionally despite the many annoyed customers.

This is a solid value for the price. Staff were very helpful, particularly the young man working evening’s on August 13 th. We had a problem with a tire, needed it looked after because we had to leave by 9 am the next day. He found us a nearby service place that was open to 8 pm. Problem resolved.

I checked in friday night 5/16/25 the lady that checked me in made a horrible mistake that is still costing me as i am writing this.I already prepaid for my room and i was asked to give my card to use for the incidental. She charged my card for over 300 dollars for the entire cost of the room. I was double charged and i still have not got my money back. This put me in a world of inconvenience. I was told that she did make a mistake and the night auditor caught it and my money would resended to me in 3 to 5 business days. I was given no courtesy for this huge inconvenience of having to wait all these days for my money. Any good establishment would have atleast offered a free stay or something geez i am very disappointed and dissatisfied

Our room was infested with mold, which I reported immediately to the front desk. The HVAC unit was moldy and contaminated the whole room. We've got replacement room without any problems. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you need to drive to any interesting places - restaurants, store, etc.

I rated 3 stars only because i believe it's absurb to charge someone $20 per day for parking / never experience that at any other hotels. There's no complimentary breakfast $20 for breakfast smh!

I paid cash for breakfast and I’m glad I asked for a receipt. When checking out I was billed $21.00 for the breakfast I had paid cash. The charge was removed my bill after I showed my receipt that I had paid cash. A few days later the hotel billed my credit card for the breakfast I had paid cash. Someone from the hotel called the police because my car was parked in a handicap space. My Alabama plate had a handicap sticker. I had to go to the police station and show the deck sergeant a picture of my handicap sticker that is attached to the rear plate. In Alabama we do not use a front license plate. The kitchen was under construction so meals were served in an open hallway. No fruit no cereal. A coffe and a bagel cost $21.00

Nothing around, if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was a 2 out of 5, you have to pay extra for an omelette. The rooms were fair, the vending machines were not working. There was a mix up with the final cost of the room it was fixed just a little frustrating that it happened.

Omg the Marriott was soo clean and the amenities were great especially the bar in the lobby. The bed was sooo comfortable. That was the best sleep I had all year.
