The overall staff was terrible. The place was not clean. There was no breakfast and the fitness area was out of service. I was getting ready to leave and just because my door was slightly opened the Indian woman nearly walked into my room without permission. It was a total sh*t show. I will NEVER stay there again.

We got there late and needed to leave early but for our purposes, the room was fine, the parking lot felt safe, the hotel atmosphere was quiet, the breakfast bar wasnt fancy but certainly adequate. Overall, everything was fine.

I have stayed here for the past 5 years. Every time i go to the Live Concert Venues, this is my "Go To" hotel..Its close to a great restaurant, plus different venues, Landis and Levoy. The owner is helpful and friendly and the Front office check in Zoey is not only friendly but on top of everything for the morning complimentary breakfast. Making sure it stays stocked. Our room.has always been clean. Never a problem. I've stayed at another hotel in the area, and it was not clean. I would only stay at Quality Inn. I will be back again soon.

The room was great except the chair cushion was messed up, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the wall plugs next to the chair didn’t work. The wall plugs looked hold and looks like it needs to be replaced. There was a lot of noise outside our room. The other guests were banging doors and it woke me and my mom up several times. Otherwise the room was great. The checking and checking out process was great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are planning a family vacation. If you’re traveling alone it would be a great place.

THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS HOTEL IS ASKED FOR TOILET PAPER A COUPLE TIMES AND THE GUY AT THE DESK TOLD ME NO!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!

Check in was easy, as was checking out the following morning. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I did not have a cell phone charger with me when I arrived, so they loaned me one in order for me to charge my phone. All in order this hotel deserves the 5 star rating I gave them.

Check in was really nice. All the people were friendly and courteous and informative. It was made for a very pleasant day all although it was brief it was nice the entire time I was there. For those looking to enjoy breakfast, make sure you get there well before nine before everything’s packed up. They’re already cleaned up so make it a point to get there before 9 o’clock :-)

We booked here because our usual hotel in the area was all booked up. We were so blown away that this is now going to be our "usual" when we visit the area. The hotel was beyond clean, very comfortable, in great condition, and handy to everywhere we needed to go. The couple (I assume they are a couple) who run the hotel were SO friendly and engaging. They were helpful and understanding when computer problems caused difficulties with our checking in, and seemed genuinely happy to welcome us to their property. Every staff member we interacted, from the management down to the housekeeping workers, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and all deserve your custom. The only complaint I have is that we're coming up on 72 hours since we checked out and our incidentals deposit has not yet been credited back to our card, but that's not the staff's fault but the parent company. I can't hold that against them. We will be returning to this hotel and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting South Jersey.

Not much positive to cite. The owners of this property are making an effort to improve it, but their personalities and management approach get in the way. The breakfast room is awful......a few tables in the lobby; certainly not enough room to accommodate the number of guests on the property. We walked to a nearby DENNY'S to have a decent start to our day. My check-in was rough because of the SURPRISE $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH MIGHT GET RETURNED IN 3-5 DAYS!!!!! BAH HUMBUG!!!!!

I loved this hotel. It was better than I expected, actually. Sparkling clean and great taken care of. Very friendly and helpful staff - thank you! Nice breakfast: I loved the waffles, coffee was pretty decent. It is a quiet neighbourhood, while in walking distance to Lidl supermarket and Walmart. Next time in Vineland I will definitely stay here!

We got there late and needed to leave early but for our purposes, the room was fine, the parking lot felt safe, the hotel atmosphere was quiet, the breakfast bar wasnt fancy but certainly adequate. Overall, everything was fine.

The lady at the front desk was not very pleasant, and actually got into an argument with my husband over him asking why aren’t visitors allowed? The carpet throughout the building needs to be removed or at minimum deep cleaned. It has a foul odor. The curtains in the room was ripped and the back to the remote was missing.

Avoid this place! Staff was rude. Lady at the front desk acted like I was bothering her scrolling by checking in and asking basis questions. Key cards didn't work, had to go all the way back to the front desk and get an attitude from the person working there to get them to fix their mistake. Room was like a sauna when we checked in. It was 90+ outside and even hotter inside. The ac blew warm nasty smelling air instead of cold air. Room was very uncomfortable. The whole place smelled of body odor, they obviously don't clean well or often. Halls smell musky.

The front desk guy mumbles in heavy accent making communication challenging but the facility itself if clean and well maintained. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of shopping and eating choices close by. 10/10
