Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

The bartender Jodi was so very kind and attentive. Excellent service! I stayed in room #310 and did not mention this at the time because I left very early in the morning. The tub had a bit of a clog so the water didn’t drain out fast enough during my shower. I showered in an inch or two of water. Kind of gross. Otherwise everything was great! Thank you!

Booking confirmation stated that there is free internet; also Sheraton - at least in the past - provided complementary drinking water. During my stay, I had to struggle obtaining free internet - initially hotel refused; likewise there was one complementary plastic bottle of water for three days - a disgrace. Any professionally managed hotel provides at least 2 bottles of water PER DAY. My first and last stay in this 'hotel' - complete lack of adequate service

Restaurant was great-clean rooms, helpful staff, and great shuttle service. We had an overall wonderful stay the night before a long flight overseas..

Very convenient to the airport and a great place to stay before or after a flight. Appears to be recently renovated. The only issue we had was the A/C could have worked better. A little warm.

I didn't know I had to pay for parking.
