Quality Inn & Suites Gallup I-40 Exit 20

No elevator. If you're a senior citizen and you don't want to bring your suitcases up a stairway, stay away from this property

We did not realize it was a motel and not a hotel until we got there. We heard highway noise all night long, train noise not a very comfortable sleep. The staff was good, we didn't stay to have breakfast we left early, parking was fine. Took a long time to get hot water. It looks to be an older place, but we will not stay there again.

The stay there was just OK pretty much got what I paid for.. others were right concerning the loud noise from the trains.. seems like the train conductors are disturbing hotel guest for pleasure smh..nice choice of restaurants within walking distance.

Pool not open during times stated as it had not been cleaned for 2 days on the trot, no fridge in room although room images showed it had a fridge.

Clean room and staff very friendly
