The furniture needs an upgrade because there was a torn in the couch. It is also out dated..

My experience was negative. There wasn’t a remote in our room for the tv. The clerk did get us one so that was helpful. We also had cockroaches in our room which caused us to check out early. The manager did assist with a refund for our second night so I appreciated that.

I feel bad knocking this place because in a lot of ways it's very nice. The room itself was nice (clean, large, decent, clean) but reeked and I mean BAD of urine. I was so exhausted when I got there I literally didn't even have the energy to go downstairs and talk to the staff and get a different room. So it's hard to say, I'm sure they would have given me a different room and maybe I'd have a different story to tell. But also so housekeeping should have told the front desk about this smell and cleaned the carpet (pretty sure that's where it was coming from) and not let them rent it out. So I don't know who's responsible, maybe housekeeping dropped the ball on that one. Other than that its a nice hotel. I'm assuming not all of the rooms reek of urine.

Location was convenient. Price was low.we had a lower quality room. Lights were dim and white. One night was ok, anymore would be depressing.

Parking was good, breakfast was so so Front desk personnel were non helpful and ignorant on problems we encountered. Manager was supposed to contact us on the non availability of HOT water, has not . For the price you guys charge I should have found a better place to stay.
