La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Cruces Organ Mountain

Check in was smooth. Elevator was dirty, hallways a completely disgusting, plus the carpet had wrinkles throughout out it, I tripped walking to my room. My bathroom had black hairs in the tub and on the floor. The rail on bed frame sticks out about 4 inches , enough to catch your leg "ouch"! The fridge froze everything I put it that brought fresh from my sons house. I couldn't adjust the temp in fridge. The breakfast was weak, most hotels that serve conntinalal breakfast have some sort breakfast sandwiches., the waffles were great. Coffee was empty for 20 mins or so! No fresh fruits. I will not return to this hotel. The bed was comfortable. Sincerely Ret. 1Sgt.

Everyting was excellent. The room was perfect. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was excellent.

This property is old and worn. Definitely needs to be updated. Room was dirty, curtains frayed, chair was stained, towel rack bent, refrigerator noisy, TV remote poorly repaired. Breakfast Room is way too small relative to the number of rooms in this hotel. Ran out of coffee and milk. No housekeeping due to being “short staffed”. Will not stay at another La Quinta again.

The breakfast was only baguels and toasts, nothing else was on site at 8 am

I would definitely hard pass on this hotel . It’s dirty, our room was filthy. Shower was only cold , drains don’t drain… all for $200 a night !! Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel
