TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

My husband and I checked in, went to our room, and while being intimate, the front desk called the hotel phone, when I answered no one was there. We went back to having sex, and within 2 min of the phone call they were knocking on our door, I threw on a towel and the front desk kid asked if everything was ok but he was running off and it was strange. We went to the front desk and it was a different employee named Steve. We asked him what the heck is going on and he said “you guys must have been loud and he was asking you all to be quiet.” We were extremely offended because we were very quiet. He then proceeded to tell us if we are upset that we could just check out and leave. He was so rude! We could not believe it. We just drove 8 hours to go to a wedding. We travel a TON. We’ve never been treated so terribly. This place woulda been a nice enough stay, but when you’re told to leave and you’re the one being bothered?!?? . I don’t even send food back at a restaurant, I’m so chill. They shouldn’t have someone so rude on their staff. I was . I mean we all have bad days. But wow, you treated us terribly. The front desk gals in the morning were nice enough, but we should have been compensated for our stay for treatment of their staff.

Breakfast items very limited No hot items at all, need improvement.

No hot breakfast We were locked out of room twice in 2 day stay

Check in process went smooth despite our late arrival and got good recommendations for late night dinner spots. Room was very comfortable.

Suites are good. Gym is way too small. Breakfast ok, with room for improvements.
