Fantastic hotel with outstanding service. Dani on the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, and sorted everything for us, from tours to towels. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a highlight, as was the spectacular food and service at breakfast. Best of all was the location - walking distance to everything we wanted but quiet and not crowded. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

A very nice hotel in central Siem Reap, recommended by a local friend. The staff was super friendly and professional (Danin, Sy, Soken at front desk, Kanha and others at breakfast) I opted to include breakfast for an additional fee and it was totally worth it. They moved from buffet to a la carte and if you pay in advance a special menu is provided with lots of options, Khmer and western style, all included. There are two great swimming pools, one on the upper terrace with a city view and the other on the ground floor, more zen, peace and quiet vibes. Tha one thing I would do different is room selection. Knowing inwaoildnbe gone all day, I opted with the room w/o a view. Since there is an adjacent building (same complex, a couple yards away, I had to keep the curtain shut all the time. Not a big deal since I was in fact gone most of the time, but I would recomend selecting the room with a view option so you can enjoy your varanda. Walking distance to the market, pub street and shops.

Very nice and quiet place, staff always helpful and close to city center just around 2 minutes walk to the pubstreet. Location is perfect, every thing is beautiful and clean. Amazing place I definitely recommend.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The hotel is in two buildings, an older one and a newer one. I was in the older section, and facilities seemed a little "tired" with the tap on the basin not working properly. But it was cleaned every day, staff were lovely and always eager to assist. I would stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap. Location was perfect. Not far from anything, with both European and local dining in an easy walk (and I am not a big walker! :-))

2025年の10/31〜11/3に利用。 とてと綺麗で過ごしやすく、気遣いの行き届いたホテルでした。 自分は英語が苦手なのですが…チェックインの際、eSimの電波が悪く、翻訳アプリが機能しませんでした。そんな中でも丁寧に易しい英語で自分が分かるまで時間をかけて案内して頂きました…！これについては本当に感謝してます…‼︎ また、早朝にアンコールワットで朝日を見たのですが、その際もお弁当を用意して頂き、スムーズに観光できました。(数日前にホテルへお願しました) このホテルはナイトマーケットやパブストリートにもアクセスが良く、スタッフも親切です。チャットでのお問い合わせも早く詳細で、安心して旅行ができました。 次シェムリアップを訪れる際は、ここを使おうと思います。 Available from 10/31 to 11/3 in 2025. It was a very beautiful, comfortable, and caring hotel. I'm Japanese and I'm not very good at English. In such a situation, I took the time to guide you carefully and in easy English until I understood myself. I was impressed by that, and I am deeply grateful. Also, I saw the morning sun at Angkor Wat early in the morning, and at that time, a breakfast box was prepared, and I was able to go sightseeing smoothly. ( I asked the hotel to prepare it a few days ago.) This hotel has good access to the night market and pub street, and the staff is kind. It is recommended because you can also make quick and detailed inquiries via chat, and you can travel with peace of mind. When I visit Siem Reap again, I will use this hotel.

L'hotel dispone di due strutture una nuova e una vecchia, le foto corrispondono a quella nuova. a noi hanno dato una camera nella struttura vecchia che non è proponibile. siamo andati via dopo la prima notte e abbiamo chiesto un rimborso che attraverso Expedia siamo riusciti ad ottenere. La struttura nuova è carina quindi se volete soggiornare in questo hotel dovete espressamente chiedere di avere una camera giusta, che corrisponde alle foto pubblicate
L'hotel dispone di due strutture una nuova e una vecchia, le foto corrispondono a quella nuova. a noi hanno dato una camera nella struttura vecchia che non è proponibile. siamo andati via dopo la prima notte e abbiamo chiesto un rimborso che attraverso Expedia siamo riusciti ad ottenere. Good-sized, well appointed rooms, especially in the new building. Decent breakfast, though at times service slow at lunch and dinner. Great location, walkable to most markets, restaurants, etc. staff did well in handling our team of 30, despite overbooking and computer/reservation system issues.

The staff was super friendly and professional (Danin, Sy, Soken at front desk, Kanha and others at breakfast) I opted to include breakfast for an additional fee and it was totally worth it. They moved from buffet to a la carte and if you pay in advance a special menu is provided with lots of options, Khmer and western style, all included. There are two great swimming pools, one on the upper terrace with a city view and the other on the ground floor, more zen, peace and quiet vibes. Tha one thing I would do different is room selection. Knowing inwaoildnbe gone all day, I opted with the room w/o a view. Since there is an adjacent building (same complex, a couple yards away, I had to keep the curtain shut all the time. A great find in a quiet location not far from the city center. Easy 5-10 minute walk to the markets and pub street. Beautiful hotel, modernized and clean. My room was spacious and comfortable. Service is excellent and they are always happy to help!

Fantastic hotel with outstanding service. Dani on the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, and sorted everything for us, from tours to towels. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a highlight, as was the spectacular food and service at breakfast. Best of all was the location - walking distance to everything we wanted but quiet and not crowded. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay in Siem Reap. Less than ten minutes' walf from Pob St and the town centre, but with plenty of good dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were unfailingly politeand friendly, the room clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. There's a decent-sized pool on the rooftop, which was great for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the temples. I recommend the buffet breakfast, which offers a fantastic range of food. I'll certainly go back to Homewood the next time I visit Siem Reap.

The property is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of food options within walking distance. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside for me was that, while parking is free as advertised, it is on the street, as available. Recommended.

Our stay was AMAZING! From check in to check out, Mr. Sey and staff did every thing possible to make our stay a one of a kind to include providing a surprise dessert for my wife’s birthday. We used the hotel to schedule our airport transfers, temple tours, and dinner/dance show. They were so helpful and both our drivers were friendly, on time, and had great conversations while driving. Location was great as it’s a 5 min walk to the markets and pub street but far enough away you don’t get the noise. Plenty of options for food and drinks right by the hotel and a couple of food markets/convenience store a few min walk. Breakfast in the lobby was delicious and again, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will highly recommend Homewood Hotel to any traveling to Siem Reap!
