Could not understand the desk person. The key would not open the door on the first 2 attempts. Requiring the desk attended to come let us in. The parking on the back was not well lit and tight to get in to.

It was very clean & was good. The only reason we didn't give it 5 Stars is we didn't didn't like the parking in the back. No easy access & you basically had to back all the way out of the small area onto a side street

Absolutely disgusting. There was a cockroach in the bathtub and rotting food in the fridge. When we checked in, the woman in the front had her baby in the high chair at the front desk with food all over the floor. I’m all for working moms figuring things out, but you can’t just have your baby sitting at the front desk throwing food around making a mess when you’re checking in customers. The baby was not in the high chair when I checked in, but I could hear her.

Very clean property. Beds were VERY comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is very clean, comfortable, and safe. Definitely a great value for the price paid!

If you choose to stay here, whatever you do, don't take your shoes off. The carpets were filthy. We literally all threw our socks in the garbage when we left. I don't normally write reviews, but i would hate for anyone to stay in such filth.

Inexpensive convenient to the highway for an overnight sleep but old and small. The bed was too soft for me and the bathroom was very small. Shower curtain was hung uneven so curtain wouldnt stay pulled over. I would have spent a few dollars more for a nicer place

The TV didn't work. And the toilet ran every 11 minutes. I had 2 staff come to my room to try to reboot the TV but with no luck. I was finally able to connect my computer with an HDMI cable to watch some. And a guy came to try and fix the toilet but he was unable too.

Our room was very clean, beds are comfortable. The sound from the other rooms was a problem. The occupants walking on the floor above us was very loud. When a neighbor turned their shower on it sounded like it was right in our room. Im not complaining about the other guests its a problem with the building.

Insulation in walls and ceiling are terrible. Heard traffic until midnight and at 5:19 am folks in room above me started walking around. Literally thought they were cracking the ceiling! Got 5 of the 8 hours of sleep I needed.

As soon as the people upstairs checked in, I couldn’t go back to sleep. The floors were so creaky from the people upstairs walking around and you could hear the toilet flush and the shower running.

The water pressure wasn't great and the shower curtain rod is broken, the curtain would not stay closed. Room was ok, prefer sink to be in bathroom but I understand some older places are set up this way.

Friendly staff. Room had a strong odor. Friendly staff immediately gave me another room. I went to new room it had people luggage and electronics in room. Were these people trying to get a free day unknown. I informed office immediately. Incident left me feeling unsecure. I immediately checked in the key and left for personal safety concerns.

We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were in the area working. After an extremely long day, when we went to get back into our rooms at 11:30 PM for the 2nd night, our card keys did not work. There was zero staff on hand to help us. There was no emergency number to call. The 1-800 phone number said we would have to wait until the staff arrived in the morning. There was no offer to help us with alternate accommodations. We got into a hotel across the street at 2:30 AM. However, all our belongings were still in the Days Inn. We contacted Wyndham and were told they would get back to us within 72 hours but 9 days later we had to contact them to get resolution. The resolution was 3000 membership points ($39 in value) which did not make us whole for the cost of 2 rooms we were locked out of. Mistakes happen but there needs to be a local emergency contact number to address these kinds of things. The hotel claims they have staff on-site 24/7 but this was not the case. The room itself was fine, but the lack of staff to assist was unforgivable.

No one at the desk upon arrival. Took 10 or 15 minutes for someone to show up. Tried calling the hotel but no answer. Other than that the room was excellent and the breakfast was good. Hotel is not in a great area.

I had filled out the check in information online. When I got there they still wanted me to fill that out. I already had,so didn't do it again. Then about two in the morning, my husband got up and could smell marijuana. It was coming from around the door that went out into the hallway. It was so strong we couldn’t sleep. I tried calling the office. There was no one in the office. I went to the office. There was no one there there was a sign on the desk saying call a number I called the number. No one answered. We were going to ask for a different room, but how can you ask when nobody’s there to help you so we left the motel at about 3 o’clock very unhappy guests with only half a night of sleep. We have stayed at this Comfort Inn two or three times before on our trips between Arizona and Minnesota, but I guess we will never be staying again not because someone was smoking marijuana, but because there was no one to help us when we needed help.

Got to the hotel at around 3am, had to wait 30 minutes and 5 phone calls to get someone at the front desk to check in. When we got to our room, some of the pillows were on the floor and none of them had pillow cases! Went back to front desk, had to wait about 10 mins on pillow cases! :( The guy was nice, but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Got to the hotel at around 3am, had to wait 30 minutes and 5 phone calls to get someone at the front desk to check in. When we got to our room, some of the pillows were on the floor and none of them had pillow cases! Went back to front desk, had to wait about 10 mins on pillow cases! :( The guy was nice, but I cannot recommend this hotel.

I asked if they could fix the tv in my room. The person at the front desk said they would....never did. I went several times to the office no one was there to get help. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. Better than some other high end hotels. Convenient location. Parking spaces very narrow (about 8 ft wide). Breakfast not good, but ok if you just need fill your stomach. There's a Mickey D's across the street. However, we just needed a place to stay for the night. So it was more than satisfactory. I would stay again.

The checkin lady was super friendly! The room was clean and the king bed very soft & comfy. We went to eat at 7:00am and the coffee smelled gross, there were no more eggs and the milk was gone. The morning lady said she would get more, but we waited so long we had to get on the road, and got coffee from Loves.

The room set up is weird. Door near parking spot, interior door goes thru the hall, but to no where. You have to walk outside of building to get to the breakfast area, no seating area, food available was very slim to none .

Bathroom sink clogged, didn’t respond to call. Breakfast cold and out of stock at 7:30. Hopefully just new management trying to get up to speed.

Amazing hotel, especially for the price. Great location near highway and near several fast food restaurants. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was on par with Hampton hotels and perhaps just slightly better. Loved the small in room refrigerator which had a separate freezer section which was great for freezing my water bottles for travel. Shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Tub was average size but bowed shower curtain made a big difference.

The property was great for a highway-side motel. Check in was great and the room was spacious and clean. Only thing was that the breakfast coffee and food had run out and the morning staff was did not replenish and apparently had no intention to do so even though it was was still breakfast hours.

Great bed and pillows. Identical to Holiday Inn Express. Super clean. Friendly staff. Sausage, eggs and coffee were all great.

Not great. There was a homeless man sleeping in the dumpster near our vehicle behind the property. The 3rd bed looked like it was in a previous closet. And the breakfast was extremely limited. I wouldn’t stay again.

I was a last-minute reservation and a late check-in, however even so, my room had one unmade bed, garbage in the trash bin, no shower curtain, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Apparently doors open both to the parking lot and to the inner hallway. I lugged my bags all the way around the outside, only to find that the door to/from the parking lot had the security lock engaged. I had to drag the bags all the way back to the office to be told that there was an inner AND an outer door. Then had to lug bags all the way back. Weird and stupid. Since I wasn’t murdered in my sleep, I guess things weren’t as bad as they could have been…but not by much.

Rooms need maintenance. Tubs filthy. A/c not functioning properly and very old. Staff are Indian from India. A family, in what ch only the father spoke English. I would recommend this place for a dog house. Breakfast was very poorly prepared and not tasty at all. Sheets had black marks as if it had feces and asked for clean sheets but no one to change them.
