Great staff, great food and ample parking space. I had my big RV and was Travelling cross country. This motel was a great place to rest and continue my journey. The Rooms have every amenity needed for my convenience.

The econolodge is going through renovations on the top floor but it wasn’t a issue at all . I was on the second floor and it was super quiet . Staff was really nice and helpful even the painter I saw helped me find the stairs . If you’re looking to stop to sleep then this is all you need. . The room was nice as well

Tucumcari in general has had some hard times. Much of the commercial property in town is vacant. The hotel itself was fine. Appreciate the well lit parking lot. Vacant building next door makes the property look less attractive. There are some good restaurants in town, but they are a mile or so up the road.

I would not recommend this place for out of date maintenance and housekeeping services plus the staff is rude and being ridiculously rude just because I asked for more towels while the ones offered were yellowed. The bathroom and sink are disgustingly dirty while the shower is not working at all. They refused to change the room to adjust the situations. The bedding is smelly and covered by hairs. The sofa is in a poor condition with nails sticking out and injuried me. The carpet are stained and dirty. That’s enough.

Professional and friendly staff, room and facility was clean and comfortable, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in room, simple breakfast was available, quick and easy before hitting the road. Easy access off the freeway and yet far enough to not hear it.

Property looked abandoned from Highway, tall weeds. Building / Rooms in need of repair. Room door not secure. No stopper in sink, killed multiple stink bugs in room that night, SO much noise from upstairs all night, no sleep. Told lady at check in we had plans change & had to head out early next morning, but was charged for both nights anyway. Much better places to stay I would say!

I’ve stayed here 3 times and will not be coming back. The first time I realized at 2am that the top bed cover smelled like urine. My return stay was already booked and I decided to give them another chance. Asked for a freshly laundered blanket/cover and was given them readily, so the second stay was ok. Third stay and I asked for a fresh blanket/cover at check in and was given a hard time. Front desk insisted everything was laundered daily and I had to press for the fresh top blanket/cover. Was handed a sheet which is not what I asked for. Got into the room and the sheets and pillows were covered in hair, and stained. Front desk worker tried to insist things were washed daily while we were BOTH in the room looking at it. I asked for all new bedding and he brought more top sheets but no pillow cases or bottom sheets. I had to ask 3 times for the things I needed and had to change the bed myself. I don’t need a fancy hotel but I need things to be clean

The area outside was not cleaned up. There was trash everywhere inside the bathtub was disgusting. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging in the wall and actually almost fell on my brother. Several times. I went up to the desk to get my keychained out cuz it never worked and there was never anybody up there..

We had a king bed. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. We tried to sleep on each side but we both rolled to the middle. Bathroom floor was a problem. Water was seeping up from under the tile when the pressure from our feet started it. Noisy air conditioner. Our first and last stay. After traveling hundreds of miles and very tired we do not need a very old well slept in mattress.

Overall a great experience on route 66, but this hotel definitely needs work. Doors were not closing properly, shower head was hanging from the wall. Bed was NOT comfortable at all, HARD as hell!! Overall 6/10

This is an older hotel but the room was large with a fridge that actually worked and a microwave. The room was remodeled and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheet were soft. Air conditioner worked great. Great value and friendly staff. We will make this our over night hotel again.

Fridge never worked. Staff gave us new fridge instead of new room. 40 minutes later told us to let fridge get cold before using. Got up in AM an fridge never got cold. Food spoiled. Staff never cared.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was difficult to understand and there was a serious communication barrier because of it. I was double charged and it took me several hours for them to even initiate a refund of one of the charges. In my opinion I really believe they refunded me because I wouldn't let it go. I kept coming back to address it. It was me saying I can't sleep because I feel scammed that they finally and quickly did the refund of the duplicate charge. So I am not sure why they couldn't just do the refund as soon I I initially asked. Building was fine staff was very difficult to work with.

We arrived later in the evening and it was easy to access. The price was very well for the Wyndham Hotels guest price. New sentence. Upon trying to interact with one of the employees at breakfast, asking how his day was, he was not very friendly nor interactive.

Before booking I called the 877 number listed on webpage to ask if there was a spot to park boat and access to electric outlet due to staying numerous days and they stated yes so room was booked. After driving over 650 miles to check in the clerk stated there was no place to park boat and no outside plug. He even stated that there are no hotels anywhere that had that which is a lie. After calling the 877 number in front of him and talking to a representative, he said I could park it up front and use the outside plug. As far as the room, horrible. Tiles were broken in bathroom floor and holes in door. The fridge was falling apart as was the TV remote. Breakfast, just go to a cafe somewhere. I appreciate that they finally let me park my boat but it took phone calls and heated conversation. I should have just left and went to hotels next door. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby to check in. Rang the bell multiple times, called the hotel and didn't get an answer. Someone called me back a few minutes later and said she'd be right there and i waited another 5 minutes before she came in from outside. There were 2 other people in line behind me waiting to check in by that time. The first room was full of bugs. The second room had less bugs and a dirty pillow case. I left and went to another hotel. I understand they are renovating, so the old building and decor didn't bother me. But that doesn't account for no staff in the building for chunks of time or lack of cleanliness.

It’s in the middle of the desert. Nothing within walking distance. Not terrible for a quick and quiet night’s sleep.

Tucumcari in general has had some hard times. Much of the commercial property in town is vacant. The hotel itself was fine. Appreciate the well lit parking lot. Vacant building next door makes the property look less attractive. There are some good restaurants in town, but they are a mile or so up the road.

Only stayed one night on our trip cross country. The place was inexpensive, and allowed pets so that was nice but there wasn’t any walkable dining near so we had to take our u-haul to get food.

My stay here after a long day of driving was very good. The staff are friendly, the breakfast was found to be of very good quality, the room and lobby area very clean, and the channel lineup on the television was also very good. Overall, I am quite pleased with my stay there in Tucumcari and I look forward to returning the next time I am in town!

Easy of check-in. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable and every things was clean. They had a good breakfast. Stayed one night would use them again if I'm back in the area. A. George Bourbon County Ks.

We had a great stay. The room had a lot of space, and the breakfast was very good with lots of options. Coffee maker in our room was older type that could brew several cups at a time not just one, I miss those in hotels. This is an older hotel, but is still in good condition and the price is very low for nowadays. We will stay here again next time.

Property was clean. Room was clean, bed comfortable, Staff was friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was not great. Had a pancake machine, but not working. There were limited breads, cereal, milk, oj, coffee. I would stay here again.

The management at this motel are the best in Tucumcari. Kind and helpful. Just all around good people. The cleaning staff are also very pleasant.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and this hotel deserves recognition! When I walked through the door, Michael greeted me with a big smile. We chatted for a few minutes while he was checking me in and you can tell that he loves his job, and not too many people say that. From the moment he checked me in, then he took me to my room and he even unlocked and opened the door for me.. who says chivalry is dead! It's a small town, but the motel is 1 minute right off I-40 West, so very convenient for those who are traveling west. It's a couple miles from town, but there are three restaurants in less than 5 minutes down the road. Its so quiet, and my bed was soooo comfy. I've been on the road for 10 days now and this by far has been the best motel. NO bugs dead or alive anywhere in my room, the shower was great and they had the Hallmark channel YAY l!! :) The only downside was that I didn't have coffee in my room, but the lobby is only a 30-second walk down the hallway. You also can't beat the price..... Usually the old saying says you get what you pay for, but in this case I got a bonus. Sorry for the short novel, but if you need a good place to stay, look no further you have come to the end of you search The End
