Comfort Inn Elko

The lock on the door was broken, the toilet was rocking, the ONLY ice machine was broken and the two exits other than the main entrance couldn’t be used to enter. When reporting it to the front desk, all I got was a stony stare down. DO BETTER.

The room was clean but amenities were old, A/C was loud, bathroom fan sounded like a tractor, window screens were old and torn, queen beds were actually full beds, empty shampoo/conditioner dispensers, next to industrial area and railroad tracks. I agree with another review, it should be re-named the “Discomfort Inn”.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always good.

The room was somewhat clean, our shower would not get hot and was blasting out on jet and couldn’t change it

Overall, it was fine. BUT when we went down to breakfast and there was no bacon and the waffle mix was empty, the worker said “well, we stop putting food out about now.” It was 8:20 am and the breakfast hours were 6-9am. Unimpressed with the customer service.
