Great hotel! Very convenient for skiing Mt Rose, nice indoor pool, lots of dining options around. The staff were very sweet my kids and kept them supplied with hot chocolate. And as a bonus, they have two EV chargers you can use for free.

The staff clearly understands how to care for guests. Their daily invitation to a mixer is a nice touch and the facilities are all new, fresh and clean. I will definitely stay there again. Great location to a beautiful village. Very close to all the incline has to offer

Excellent property, newly renovated. Our welcome, check in and the customer service received throughout our stay was great. Our room (key code access instead of physical card) was bright and beautifully furnished with a safe and good quality tea/coffee. There was ample free parking provided and a beautiful indoor pool. We slept great. The property is in a quiet area within a quiet town/resort - having a car is a must. This suited us. There’s a couple of small shops/restaurants within a 10 min walk but more dining options available a short drive away. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Incline Lodge. Thank you!

Wifi was out for the entire visit, room with "a view" of the forest actually looked partially at a fence, they forgot to give me my check in code and room number so had to text them to ask twice. Limited and tight parking. This is a new hotel, and they are working out some of the details, and I hope they do, but there are some definite areas for improvement.

We stayed in a second floor room in a Quiet comfortable room with a balcony. Omar was helpful at check in and gave us ideas on where to eat dinner. We had a morning bear visit while having our breakfast on the balcony. Would have liked a microwave in the room but everything else was so comfy cozy and quiet. Our stay was great!

The only reason I’m giving an average review is because the quality of the bed we had in our bedroom was terrible. For a one night stay maybe, but we stayed 4 nights… so 4 nights of not sleeping well. The rooms are nice, clean spacious. All of the staff were super nice and helpful when we asked for information. Loved the wine in the afternoon & coffee in the lobby.

The checkin and checkout process is very easy. Staff is nice and the room is updated and clean. I like the way that I can text the staff for my need. The only thing that I don't enjoy is we can hear people walking in the property. Hope they can do better sound proof on the building.

Our stay at The Incline Lodge was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked, the service was outstanding—helpful, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our experience special. Their thoughtful recommendations and dedication to guest satisfaction made all the difference. The property itself is beautiful, inviting, and the perfect setting to celebrate both our children’s Spring Break and my husband’s 50th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting memories. We’ll absolutely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about The Incline Lodge. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. They even learned and remembered our names! I will be booking my family’s next stay at this place a year in advance so that I’m sure to get a spot for us when we go to Incline Village next year.

Beware hidden fees when booking through Expedia—just before check-in I was surprised by a $30/day resort fee. Mgmt said it was a known issue with Expedia…but they knew and let it happen to me. Not cool at all. I’m docking them 2 stars on the review for this alone.

I was there with my family and we stayed there for two nights the location to diamond Peak was perfect since it was only within minutes to the ski resort. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The overall setting and cleanliness was exceptional.

Newly renovated hotel at the heart of Incline Village. Around a 7 minute drive to the beloved and gorgeous Sand Harbor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Aida and Angela were so lovely and offered us many wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. The hotel is super clean, quiet and smells like a lovely spa. We were in room 220 and it had a beautiful balcony facing the forest. The morning coffee in the lobby and in the room was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Will definitely return in the future! Thank you for your amazing hospitality and for making us feel “at home” during our stay!

Most adorable place . Very, very clean . Cute decor, no clutter , simple and very nice upgrades. They have a beautiful kings area, new pool , and bar . Very cozy and can’t wait to come back . Best part it’s right by the lake and sand harbor .

Beautiful, modern rooms, lobby, lounge and pool area. Everything is brand new and clean. Trendy and pleasant. Please add another, 2nd chair in the rooms and sweeteners for coffee & tea. Also need to offer more breakfast items. We will return and hope for these additions. 😁

Really nice place! Remodeled a former motel and did a fantastic job! The attention to detail in the comfort of guests and style design is top notch! The lobby is quaint and comfortable. We met other couples, sat by fireplace and had a complimentary glass of wine. We didn’t get to experience the lounge downstairs because it wasn’t open on Mon-Th, but WOW! We would highly recommend staying here. Great for couples!
