The room I had was very spacious and very nice fixtures, finishes, and furnishings. Air conditioning seemed to have an issue and made some noise. Very clean and quiet. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was good, but nothing great. Enjoyable stay.

Front desk staff wasn't very informative or responsive. Our bathroom wasn't clean and there was hair in our shower and the floor wasn't swept. Breakfast buffet was lacking and didn't support food allergies.

Filthy. The room looks lime it had no care jn detail cleaning. The base boards are covered in dust. The bathroom door has a mirror on it with paint on it. You could have scraped the paint off it. The room doors dead bolt lock did not work. Someone tried for fix it with a piece of sheet metal and a dry wall screw. Really!!!! For a chain hotel i except better.

Cockroaches outside the lobby. In the hundreds. Doesn't bode well for what might be inside. Thankfully, inside was roach-free. Breakfast was good. Waffles were great. Night staff (the lady at the front desk around 11:30pm) was not very friendly. This was not the over who checked us in, but the grey-haired one was showed up after check in. They ran out of water in the lobby and when asked if it'll be refilled, the response was, "whenever I get to it!". Hotel wasn't busy so not sure why the attitude-filled response. I saw another person get offered free bottled water. She could've offered that to us too but didn't.

Check-in, parking, lobby, breakfast, all good, no complaints. The room was nice enough except for a few things. It was a wheelchair assessable room, which was spacious. However, for a handicap room, the toilet should have been replaced with a taller on when it was renovated. Very difficult for an older or challenged person to sit or stand up with a toilet that low. The closet door was falling off the track, the furniture was very dated, and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. I would have expected more from a Hilton.

I know it may be some work but pleass get the floor boards secured better so that it doesnt creak anymore. It would wake us up when the people above us moved. Thank you. The room was clean and generally well-kept, and the breakfast was okay. However, on arrival I found that there was no shower gel or shampoo provided, which was disappointing. The bigger issue was the noise — the room was not well insulated, and I could clearly hear sounds from the hallway, neighboring rooms, and from the floor above. Overall, not the most comfortable stay.

Our suite was so big we even moved the couch closer to the tv :) Pool and breakfast was great. Easy, safe parking. Our balcony was a highlight as we watched the beautiful sunset.

Everything looked new and clean. The hot tub and pool were not clean and did not work properly. The air conditioner was so loud that it was difficult to sleep and the floor creaked so loudly that it woke the others up while walking on it. Hopefully the AC units are next to be replaced.

This property is going through multiple changes, including a name change to Hampton Inn from Holiday Inn Express, that I was not informed me. As I checked in, after 3:30pm, I was told by the front desk person that my room was not ready and to leave a number where I could be contacted. When I asked when the room would be available, the same person told me that she wasn't sure. I was kindly informed that I could wait by the pool, but wasn't told how long the wait would be in the 77 degree weather. Since I was not sure how long I would wait for my room to be available, I inquired if I could switch to another room, that was available. This was something the front desk did do, but with hesitation. Also, while booking this trip more than a month ago, I indicated that I was traveling with a pet, and I complied with the requests. After checking in and unloading my luggage, and with my pet next to me, the same front desk lady mentioned, "You have a pet. Good thing I caught that, since it cost $75.00 for your pet." I told her, "Do what you want." I told her that I went through Expedia and I mentioned that I was traveling with a pet, and I knew how much the fee was." Her tone was more concerned with charging a pet fee than accommodating me with a room that should have been ready at 3:00pm. There are more concerns I share, and I will not be returning to this specific hotel, regardless if I have regular travel plans to this city.

When we arrive we were greeted by the front desk receptionist and she was pretty nice. Now here's the terrible part, it was time to sleep and all of a sudden we hear loud stomping and slamming from the floor above us. It kept going for at least 30 minutes to an hour. We were trying to sleep and we couldn't! We called the front desk receptionist, which I doubt was the same one that checked us in the morning, because this receptionist was pretty rude. We had called about a couple times until they finally answered. When my husband was explaining to her what's been going on, she got upset with him. Instead of her kindly saying that she would be doing something about it, she just said oh well they just checked in. So all the stomping and slamming kept going for a long time. It was terrible! After a long trip we came here expecting that we were going to get some good sleep. We didn't.

Had a fabulous stay at the Hampton in Mesquite. Guest services were so nice and helpful. Mindy even gave us an upgrade to a room with a balcony so we could watch the moonrise. Definitely would stay there anytime I’m passing through Mesquite.

I didn’t like the door lock , locked us out if the room late at night and we needed to wait for maintenance to show up two hours later. my kids were tired of being in the pool, hungry, and all of our belongings were locked in the room. we had to wait and sit in the lobby for over two hours for the door to be open. then Sunday morning we were told we couldn’t get in the pool because at 11 o’clock. They decided to pour chemicals into the pool.

Located on a bluff on the north side of west Mesquite, so very safe location. We had our car full of stuff we were bringing back to Colorado after 2 months in California so this was very important to us. Nice view if you have an upper floor room facing south.

I’ve been driving for a long time, and I did not want to stay at a casino. I’ve stayed at mini Holiday Inn expresses in my life. There was no soap in the bathroom. When I went to use the soap in the shower, the pump was broken on the soap. so I squeeze him out and wash my hands and went to bed. The next morning, I tried to take a shower, and there was no hot water. Then I reached for the phone and the phone cord was disconnected. I called the front desk, I let the phone ring 15 times and no one answered. When I checked out, I told the front desk clerk all these details and he explained to me that they just change from a propane system to a natural gas system or vice versa. I’m not sure. He said someone would call me and make it right. They never did. The service there is sub par

The hotels in this area are few and far between. We switched from the Best Western to here. While I liked the room and the balcony attached some things just didn’t make sense. We had a king with pullout and the pullout had no bedding. When we asked they said there was none and we’d ha w to wait until the next day😒. Umm okay. The tv that was in the living section didn’t work and overall they were too small for the space. Our bed headboard with covered in a tan faux leather but it was so work it had holes in. I don’t think it costs that much to have that reupholstered. The staff were amazing though.
