Very clean comfortable room with refrigerator and stove. Not much of a free breakfast. Pet friendly property. Convenient location. Clean and quiet.

The room smelled really bad. The shower and amenities are old. No parking for larger vehicles. Breakfast was coffee and packaged bars. Bed was not comfortable. Sorry would not rec at 250 a night

The check in faculty was fine, but the bed and pillows were very stiff. I never really got the remote to work correctly for the TV, then when I connected, it spooled trying to find coverage. Tried again the next morning was even worse. No ice machine on premise. No coffee maker in room.

The check in staff was helpful and friendly. We had 2 pets and the pet area was good but a lot of cig butts and misc. trash which needed attention. The beds were comfortable and clean. Being pet friendly, I was pleased with the overall one night stay. The location was convenient as well.

No amenities or no frills for rate. No coffee in the rm. Except for Rudy on Saturday rest of staff not very friendly, no ice machine no vending. Their grab n go breakfast is coffee muffins and breakfast bars

Excellent rooms. Laundry on-site. Many restaurants within walking distance. Staff treated us amazing. Convenient to Lake Tahoe and Virginia Coty

The property is in a safe neighborhood. Parking was pretty easy and plenty of space. The property however is pretty old and outdated.

The front desk person was rude and inhospitable. Upon check in, she told me that they have fully equipped kitchens." I replied, "That's nice because I need one." When I got into the room I saw that they had not one thing in the kitchen, not a fork, not a plate not even dish soap. When I called the front desk to tell her this, she snapped at me, telling me, "You have to ask for it." I asked her, why didn t you tell me this at the front desk? I told what I needed, but she NEVER brought it to me. I also asked her where the ice vending machine was? She scolded me telling me " There are ice cube trays inn your freezer."When I told her there was no ice in the freezer, she replied, "You have to make your own!" I told her that would take hours and I wanted ice now for a drink after a long day." She told me that's all we have, we don't have ice vending machines. So I had a warm drink which should have been cold and I had to eat with my fingers. She NEVER brought me anything to eat with. The morning "Grab & Go" coffee bar was horrible, absolutely crappy stale food and no plain half & half creamer just fake coffee mate flavored stuff with sugar. I couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

Price was good. Room was clean. Be aware, There is no real breakfast and No eating area. Just coffee and cereal bars, oatmeal packs and hot water in the small lobby. The room have mini kitchens but you have to ask for plates, glasses, utensils. Lots of food options walking distance.1st floor is guests with pets. There will always be people near the front door smoking and dog tending.

Pros-The beds were comfortable. Cons- The room was hot with the heater off and it was cold outside. The elevator was out one night. Grab and go breakfast was an instant packet of oatmeal and coffee.

Property was okay. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t great. Everything was clean but the floors were very sticky. You could hear your shoes “peel” off the floor when walking around. They needed a good washing and scrubbing.

If you are on an extended stay in Reno, this is an excellent jump off point near 2 freeways, and away from the traffic jams near the casinos. We use our kitchens, so had to order everything on the 'customize' menu, but all was clean and very useful. Do need to bring a few more basic kitchen necessities- like salt and pepper, and paper towels, condiments, but there are stores and restaurants nearby for all tastes. Great bed- didn't wake up sore! Grab and go breakfast could use a bit more; granola bars, muffins and oatmeal. Coffee is excellent! Will stay here again!

Great property and very clean.

Still itching and doctoring the bites. The room was infested with fleas and/or bedbugs.

Towel had hair on it. Hair and urine outside the toilet. I asked the person at the lobby to send someone to clean up the toilet and get a clean towels. We came back to the hotel at 6pm and they didn’t clean it. I called to the lobby and they said the hotel doesn’t have the clean service in the weekend. We stayed the two night like that.

Room smelled so bad. Smelt like wet mop to dirty sour feet. It was disgusting. Went to get another room and they offered me a spray air freshener instead. Absolutely would not recommend this place.

Room smelled like a locker room. Ceilings and walls are very thin. Sonesta, right next door, is much cleaner and offers many more amenities, including a great continental breakfast.

Cockroach in bathroom. “Breakfast” consisted of oatmeal packs and two granola bars. Unclean. Will never be back.

Room was very dirty. Shower was not cleaned since last people and not vacuumed. There was crumbs all over the floor . We went to front desk and the staff was nice she apologized and swithed us to theor last available room.... was also dirty 😳 hair all in shower, floors where not clean and food spiltall down dresser.

Mattress was broken and very uncomfortable.

The bed was not that comfortable and the refrigerator door stuck. Stove and provided skillet were ok.

The hallway and elevator smelled liked like marijuana. The hotel showed breakfast when we booked but we told it told when we checked in it would be to go coffee. The walls are very thin. At 3 am we woken by loud music from next door that continued for over an hour. Not our best experience in Reno

No gym or pool was a bummer but it was a good visit overall. Something’s can be updated as the outside looked very new but inside was outdated but liked we had a kitenette

Here’s the one big problem- the rooms have a kitchen- but they provide nothing for it. No utensils, no pots, pans, plates, no coffe maker. Heck, no hair blower. You have to request them at the front desk at the point of check-in. If they’re already assigned to other rooms, you wind up on a waiting list.

Great staff, particularly the lady who checked me in and checked me out. She was extraordinarily friendly, and was very accommodating.

The first room we were assigned had not be serviced. Staff was embarrassed and equickly got us into another room. That room was very clean but had an odd smell.

I got double booked for the same night. I wanter 3rd to the 5th. Instead i got 2 days the same night Instead of what i wanted . Dest told me she couldn't help

Staff was not helpful. We had to check out early due to an emergency. They advised us since it was done through Expedia that they couldn’t help me until Expedia reached out for the refund process. Expedia contacted us and said that the hotel property was not responding. Then after quite some time they did respond with a refund request of 103 and some change. That was what we paid for one night with a pet fee. There are still two days not refunded with the pet fee also. We checked out Friday around 10:30 am and are still currently working on the issue.

The second major concern during my stay was the disturbing level of noise within the premises. The walls seemed paper-thin, and every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms reverberated into my room. The lack of sound insulation seriously compromised the quality of my stay, making it difficult to rest. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my stay, an error that has added significant frustration to my overall experience. Such a billing mistake is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the hotel's financial management practices. I understand that no establishment is perfect, and issues may arise from time to time. However, the combination of these multiple disappointments has left me with a deeply unsatisfactory impression of your hotel. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly.

Property overbooked and canceled our reservations. Leaving my family without two booked rooms. All the property offered was the phone number to Expedia. I will never book with these amateurs again.

As long as you communicate with staff, in regards to needing more time to check out, they are hospitable and very accomodating.

We liked the room given to us because it was fairly clean. We had an amazing king size bed, which was very comfortable to rest. Tub/bathroom area was good and spacious. There was a bad odor that we didn't like very much, but you kinda adapt to it after a few minutes. A/C was quiet, which we like, the fridge was loud, which we didn't like. Very average place. I thought they had a regular breakfast, but they didn't. Only had a grab and go (energy bar, oatmeal and a muffin no fruits or milk available). Hotel located in a nice, safe area, very close to many restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc.

We just needed a few touches and Lysol wiped different areas... Then asked housekeeping to mop room and bathroom floors-somewhat sticky. It could also be from the chemicals they used to clean.Overall comfortable living for several days. Convenient located with awesome restaurants and close to the convention center for events 🙌 Well recommended ✌️

The South Meadows location was good. The check in/out process was smooth and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Always stay here. Been multiple times. Our children live very close and this hotel has been very convenient to their location. Never disappoints. Breakfast has a lot to be desired…so bring your own and use the full fridge and hot plates for cooking. Couldn’t ask for more.

Hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. We had noisy rooms next to us and above us. No real breakfast or coffee at convenient times

The accommodations were nice. We only stayed one night spur of the moment for our anniversary and to be kid-free. Rudy at check in was great. Some observations: the website says hot breakfast included. I don’t consider nor would I think most people would consider packets of dried oatmeal as a hot breakfast. Yes, you can hot water to it and yes you eat it at breakfast time but I consider this false advertising. The mattress was very stiff and firm for our liking so my husband didn’t get a good night sleep. I would recommend adding a variety of meals to the vending machines. It was literally one machine of drinks and one machine of candy. There are options out there to include sandwiches, yogurts and other pre-packaged foods.
