Ramada by Wyndham Reno Hotel & Casino

If you just need somewhere to pass out for the night, this will do. It wasn’t the cleanest, no room service during our stay, rooms are dilapidated and the entire hotel smells like smoke even though it is a no smoking hotel. We had a two night stay and I had to go get my keys reactivated twice during our stay as they would not work. We made the best of it but will not be staying here again.

I didn't know it would be in a ghetto neighborhood. There were lots of homeless but staff were really friendly. Carpets were stained and cloth chair was stained/dirty. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Would I stay here again? No.

This hotel is so run down, the bathrooms have no water pressure for showers and the room was not cleaned once during 5 day stay. Definitely stay elsewhere that is budget friendly if that’s what you’re going for, the neighborhood and attached casino is riddled with prostitution and tweakers.

They did have security at least. However there was homeless people around the property. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting. There was stains on the walls. Some of the outlets did not work in the room. Neither did 2 of the lights. The lobby and elevators were clean also.

The Ramada name should be removed from this hotel. This is not the Ramada standard. If you want to go back in time to the 1960s that’s how this hotel is popcorn ceilings no updates couches that have holes in them floors that are dirty. The place smells like urine and cigarettes, drug dealers and drug users all the way around the property felt unsafe the entire time I was there almost told them to keep the money. I’ll go somewhere else. Grabbed a couple hours of sleep and left as fast as possible. Stopped at a truck stop just to take a shower because the bathroom was nasty. I will not be staying here again. This hotel should be shut down and all the riffraff removed. also it’s not downtown. It’s on the outskirts in the ghetto. Don’t stay here.
