They have no elevators our room was on the second floor, as were aging it’s difficult to climb the stairs especially hauling our suitcases. I suggest you mention this in the description of the hotel

It was clean with exception of cob webs. Beds a bit hard. Friendly environment. I was checked in and out quickly and efficiently. Online showed only 2 rooms available but when host answered phone she said she had many rooms available.

We booked this room because it said it had an exterior corridor and when we checked in we were given an inside room off the casino floor. We had asked the clerk about the exterior rooms our travel campaions had but because we booked through hotels.com she could not change our room or help us In anyway. Room was basic which was ok however tub/ shower combo did not drain and our smoke free room smelled of smoke. This room needs some updating and maintaining. I do not recommend them. The exterior rooms were much nicer and a misrepresentation on the hotels.com website. Most casino staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was fantastic! Depiste our room contion we had a fun time at this hotel casino.

Definitely a unique older property. I was pleasantly surprised with clean, updated beds and bathrooms. Hotel staff were pleasant, but definitely preoccupied running the casino, making check ins wait while they counted in and out atm change machines.

The room was supposed to be a deluxe king. Internet did not work and advised front desk several times. My room wasn’t cleaned at anytime during my stay. Even though not requested I was put into a handicapped room that made showering extremely difficult . Overall terrible stay

The room was no more then 12 x 12 which is barely enough room to fit the two full size beds which were not queen beds as advertised. Also the room smelled like cigarette smoke and as if someone farted and it never went away. Place is out of date and dingy. I was just passing through but definitely wont be staying there again.

I booked the room because of the casino, restaurant, bar. They failed to mention the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I like to book hotels that have restaurants so I don't have to leave the property for food and drink. The casino would be a bonus. No bonus. The room was small but very nice. Clean

Bit of Winnemucca history. This is an old casino/motel that has had a bit of updating, but the original hotel part is still old. There is a newer section across the street with lots of parking. The cheapest rooms are in the old part, we chose to stay there as we just needed a bed and play in the casino a bit. The room was very small, no chairs, just 2 beds, dresser with tv on it and a small coffee maker. It was clean just very basic. The restaurant was ok, the staff seemed tired, not very friendly.

Absolutely the worst service checking in was the rudest person we have ever came across in the service industry. The place said it had a restaurant but it was closed. Very disappointing as we chose that place specifically because it had a restaurant. Never again ! The place was full of drug dealers & scary people.

I wish that I had been told at checkin that there would be no breakfast served anywhere in the hotel on a Tuesday morning. Perhaps after breaking that bad news to me the desk clerk could have offered a room upgrade to try to compensate?

Great place. After being unsure about where to stay since we’ve never been in this area and were arriving late after a 10 hour drive, I decided to book this property. Arrived at nearly midnight to a friendly front desk staff member who quickly got us checked in and squared away. The room was perfect and comfortable. The restaurant inside was convenient with a great breakfast and very friendly waitress. Would definitely book again if ever back in this area.

I booked the room because of the casino, restaurant, bar. They failed to mention the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I like to book hotels that have restaurants so I don't have to leave the property for food and drink. The casino would be a bonus. No bonus. The room was small but very nice. Clean

The check in was horrible. Supposed to be by 4pm, but we couldn’t get in our room until after 6pm. Booked our room on Hotels .com and after driving 17 hrs to get there we were very tired. Also for the most part the staff was somewhat friendly. If you are ok with the ghetto atmosphere then it’s the place to be. I was grateful to have a room and don’t like to leave reviews but I had to for this place. If I would have known then I would have chose another place.food was decent, I wouldn’t pay for it but with comp I ate. Lots of homeless walking around asking for help, food, and or money and cigarettes

Good for a one night stay while traveling through late at night. Easy check in. Staff was very pleasant. No elevators, so we walked our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Room was clean. Bed not some comfy, but clean. TV didn’t work & air conditioning unit was not great. Made rough noise all night, We were tired though so it was ok. I’d stay again for a quick stop. Affordable & clean.

Overall okay place, staff can be more friendly and helpful but it is out of no where. Rooms were small with two twin but worked out for an overnight stay.
