Zephyr Cove Resort

We were pleased with the Small Cabin Room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was very convenient. It was quite and the Beach area was perfect. We will stay here again! Thank you!

Such a fun find! Right on the lake, great campground atmosphere but with a bar and restaurant on-site. We want to come back for longer next year!

The cabin was

I don’t usually leave review but this was the worst stay I’ve ever experience. The check in instruction is horrible. It doesn’t say where we should check in and the front desk doesn’t pick up the phone when I called. It just give me the time and hour of operation and phone number. When we got there we went drive around looking to check In. During that time we went through the gated entrance which we though its part of the resort but turn out it wasn’t. It cost us $12 just to make a u-turn. Do not go in the Zephyr Cove gated parking.l if you are trying to check in. Instead make a you turn at the zephyr restaurant parking lot, go inside and there is check in there (where people go also go check out the stuff they bought from the store. When I tried to go check in the person in front desk said that I didn’t paid when I already paid. I told him “I already paid for it online” and he said “no”. When I was about to show the receipt for proof of payment he ended up saying “let me talk to my supervisor” he was gone for like 10 seconds and come back and say “my supervisor will take a look at it but let me check you in”. I know Damm well if I don’t say anything about my “reciept” they would’ve make me pay and would argue by saying “you haven’t paid”. Another thing is the toilet we got keep clogging and it’s also not balance. Worst stay ever. Other place have better couple for lower price. This was our first and last time.
