The views were spectacular! Eating breakfast with a view of the pyramids was a dream come true. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had an amazing time in Egypt. I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. The owner arranged fantastic tours for me. My guides were the best! Every part of my stay here was wonderful!

A fantastic base to visit the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum and Cairo. It was fantastic to wake up and be able to see the Pyramids over breakfast each day. The breakfast was fantastic - taken daily on the rooftop terrace. Authentic Egyptian food with plenty of variety. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were eager to ensure we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower and whirlpool bath. The surrounding area had lots of shops, but not much else. Pyramids are a quick 20 minute walk away. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel as a great base for families and couples. I’d happily go back.

This property had an amazing view of the Pyramids! The front desk (on a side street and upstairs) was a bit challenging but otherwise terrific! Personal service and concierge level care. They drove us to the pyramids gate and arranged us a guide. They picked us up and brought us back. We got upgraded for free to a room with a pyramid view out the windows and had a nice cool a/c unit! This was a pleasure.

If you want to stay near the pyramids and don’t mind the business of the roads outside, then this is the hotel for you! From the moment we checked in, Mahmoud was very welcoming and hospitable. He ordered a couple fresh squeezed mango drinks for us, which was a pleasant surprise after our long flight. We rented a car and there are parking spaces next to the main entrance. They have a security guard that watches the car lot and main entrance. That definitely gave us peace of mind. Breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. Room is clean and spacious. Very nice hot water! Fresh towels and water bottles available anytime we needed them. Mahmoud made sure we made the most out of our trip and was always there to help us with anything we needed. We really appreciated him making sure we were taken care of. At one point he knew we didn’t have cash and loaned us some until we could get to an atm. They are REALLY great people that go out of their way for their customers. Mahmoud also has connections to great drivers/ services that can take you to wherever you want to go at an affordable price. Stay at this Inn, you won’t regret it!!

King Khafen Inn was hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in internationally. From the moment I arrived in Egypt, I didn't just feel like a guest I felt like family. This is a clean and comfy hotel in the centre of Giza. The Rooftop terrace provided exceptional views of the Pyraminds while we ate breakfast and dinner. Every morning, we had a wonderful breakfast with breathtaking views of the Pyraminds. The staff at King Khafen are top tier and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and helpful with anything I needed, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues. I was even able to book all of my amazing excursions from the hotel which was a huge plus for me. Upon arrival, Ibrahim provided me with an itinerary to make the most of my time in Egypt and enjoy my birthday trip. Everyone at the hotel and drivers were so hospitable and caring from the beginning of my trip until the end. I would like to give a special thank you to Ibrahim for providing superior customer satisfaction for me and my daughter while in Egypt. He has an infectious desire to serve his guests with a cheerful personality that makes you feel safe and valued. Please consider staying at King Khafen Inn the next time you are in Egypt, you will be happy you did!! I can't wait to return again soon.

We chose King Khafren Inn for the authentic experience and welcoming reviews. The staff was incredibly hospitable—offering food delivery, a free car ride, and even a fresh fruit gift upon arrival. Unfortunately, the room was extremely loud, with constant street noise that made it impossible to sleep. It also had a damp smell, and the towels, though clean, were stained. We ended up leaving after one night. Grateful for the kindness, but I wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers.

My husband and I had a great stay! Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very complete. Mahmud was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything and also helped us plan some things to do during our stay. If I could give it 6stars, I would.

Room was very clean and secure with camera surveillance in the hallways etc. Staff was wonderful and provided great service from the stay to transportation needs and touring around Egypt with a guide. Best customer service I’ve experienced in all the countries I have visited! Looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed for 7 days here at the start of March. The room was lovely and clean, with an awe-inspiring view of the pyramids. The brothers who run the place were always helpful and I had some conversations which I will cherish. I’d never been to Egypt before and they did their upmost to ensure my stay was memorable and that I was made feel safe and welcome. They organised tours for me and I was both humbled and honoured to be invited into their home for dinner.

If I was only rating the staff it would be 5/5. They were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. And it does have a good view of the pyramids. But the rest of the place is a bit dirty and super noisy. Outside is an absolute mess. Even the Uber driver didn’t want to drop off my friend because he was concerned with safety. If you’re looking for a cheap place with nice staff, go for it.

This may not be a five star hotel but it offers 5 star customer service. The owner Mahmood was absolutely brilliant. There was nothing that he wouldn’t do for you, which included a complimentary pick up service from the airport that would normally cost in excess of £30 in most European cities. The hotel is in the top part of a building and has an excellent roof top terrace with a great view of the pyramids in the background. Having breakfast on the roof top was a great way to start the day. The he hotel was clean and modern, with complimentary air conditioning, water and digital TV. Mahmood organised a few trips for us which included our own transport and guide. We visited the pyramids, had dinner in the Nile and visited historical sites. All of which went so smoothly we felt like VIPs. The one thing that needs some attention is the water pressure in the shower but apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers fantastic value for money and super customer service.

3泊をお世話になりました。 マネージャーのマムーさんやサップさんは日本が大好きな方でとても良くしてくれました。 まずは空港に無料で迎えに来てくれました。タクシーの呼び込みやUberでのナンバープレート解読の心配も無く安心して移動が出来ました。 また深夜0時頃に到着し時差の関係で夕飯を食べていませんでしたが、チェックイン後直ぐに食事の手配をしてくれて部屋でゆっくり食事が出来ました。 お水も毎日無料で追加してくれるし必要な物はすぐに対応してくれました。 場所的にはピラミッドや大エジプト博物館に近くとても便利。ちょっとガヤガヤした地域にありますが、大手ホテルにはないカイロらしい現地の雰囲気が味わえます。 部屋からはなんとピラミッドが見えます。そして部屋には大きな浴槽があり、お風呂に浸かってピラミッドも見られます。勿論ベッドからも。 ピラミッド近くのレストランに食事に行った時も車の手配をしてくれました。 お手頃の価格の小さいホテルですが、マムーさんがゲストは家族ですと言うように最高のサービスでした。 ギザでお勧めのホテルです。

Unfortunately, the room was extremely loud, with constant street noise that made it impossible to sleep. It also had a damp smell, and the towels, though clean, were stained. We ended up leaving after one night. Grateful for the kindness, but I wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers.
We chose King Khafren Inn for the authentic experience and welcoming reviews. The staff was incredibly hospitable—offering food delivery, a free car ride, and even a fresh fruit gift upon arrival. The staff at the hotel are amazing and they offer some additional services with no charge, being polite, flexible and friendly. The room is serviceable but worth noting that it is next to a busy main road so could be quite loud.

L'hotel è una piccola oasi all' interno della caotica Giza, personale veramente accogliente e gentile, ti fanno sentire parte della loro famiglia. Li ringrazio molto per essere stati così cordiali!! La camera era pulita e ordinata, arredata in stile occidentale. PS: la vista sulle piramidi è veramente mozzafiato 😍

If I was only rating the staff it would be 5/5. They were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. And it does have a good view of the pyramids. But the rest of the place is a bit dirty and super noisy. Outside is an absolute mess. Even the Uber driver didn’t want to drop off my friend because he was concerned with safety. If you’re looking for a cheap place with nice staff, go for it.

They are very helpful. No matter what happens at the airport , no matter what happens with your flight they will be there to accommodate you. On time punctual , if they say they will themselves they will. Room is clean , everything works especially the a/c. They have pillows of excellent quality , best I’ve had in a while compatible to Hilton quality . There is always someone to greet you at the entrance . They always answer the contact number . Before booking I didn’t know that they offer all tours in house as well. That being said I think doing all in house would be great . Family ran and everything is fresh.

My husband and I had a great stay! Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very complete. Mahmud was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything and also helped us plan some things to do during our stay. If I could give it 6stars, I would.

Appreciated the complimentary pickup from the airport and the personalised breakfast service although would have appreciated a little variety since we stayed here for four nights. They do offer tour packages but found their prices a little steep. Also, when I exchanged some local currency with them, they initially gave me a bunch of small notes, then when I checked that the amount was half of what I should receive, they suddenly said they’re still getting more change for me and took the small notes from me and gave me bigger notes. Additionally, I found out later that exchanging currency at the bank offered better rates. I do understand that the staff try to provide a personalised service but them knowing I made a day trip to Luxor without mentioning it to them specifically felt like an invasion of privacy, especially since I’m traveling alone with my sister. The room furniture was a little dated but the tub with view of the Pyramids was nice. Overall, it’s a decent place but I would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent support and service from Mahmood, Ibrahim and everyone else that supported us at King Khafren during our visit. We had excellent tour support from Ibrahim and Mahmood made sure we were driven around and shown a great time. We had great restaurant recommendations and a brilliant tour guide called Fati who was enthusiastic, interesting and helpful.

If you want to stay near the pyramids and don’t mind the business of the roads outside, then this is the hotel for you! From the moment we checked in, Mahmoud was very welcoming and hospitable. He ordered a couple fresh squeezed mango drinks for us, which was a pleasant surprise after our long flight. We rented a car and there are parking spaces next to the main entrance. They have a security guard that watches the car lot and main entrance. That definitely gave us peace of mind. Breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. Room is clean and spacious. Very nice hot water! Fresh towels and water bottles available anytime we needed them. Mahmoud made sure we made the most out of our trip and was always there to help us with anything we needed. We really appreciated him making sure we were taken care of. At one point he knew we didn’t have cash and loaned us some until we could get to an atm. They are REALLY great people that go out of their way for their customers. Mahmoud also has connections to great drivers/ services that can take you to wherever you want to go at an affordable price. Stay at this Inn, you won’t regret it!!

Before we booked I looked into must hotels comments because traveling 2 girls alone it’s a bit of a challenge,and now I understand why they talked amazing about the hotel, amazing hospitality, everybody so nice and sweet, Mamut was the perfect host he definitely made us feel safe. Super recommended 🙌🙌🙌

3泊をお世話になりました。 マネージャーのマムーさんやサップさんは日本が大好きな方でとても良くしてくれました。 まずは空港に無料で迎えに来てくれました。タクシーの呼び込みやUberでのナンバープレート解読の心配も無く安心して移動が出来ました。 また深夜0時頃に到着し時差の関係で夕飯を食べていませんでしたが、チェックイン後直ぐに食事の手配をしてくれて部屋でゆっくり食事が出来ました。 お水も毎日無料で追加してくれるし必要な物はすぐに対応してくれました。 場所的にはピラミッドや大エジプト博物館に近くとても便利。ちょっとガヤガヤした地域にありますが、大手ホテルにはないカイロらしい現地の雰囲気が味わえます。 部屋からはなんとピラミッドが見えます。そして部屋には大きな浴槽があり、お風呂に浸かってピラミッドも見られます。勿論ベッドからも。 ピラミッド近くのレストランに食事に行った時も車の手配をしてくれました。 お手頃の価格の小さいホテルですが、マムーさんがゲストは家族ですと言うように最高のサービスでした。 ギザでお勧めのホテルです。

An excellent place to stay for my first time in Egypt. The rooms are comfortable and mine had an impressive view of the pyramids.They offer remarkable tours of various places, and worked within my budget. The surrounding area is somewhat dingy and there is lots of noise from the streets, but no matter where you stay in Giza, that is going to be the case. Ear plugs help.

A fantastic base to visit the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum and Cairo. It was fantastic to wake up and be able to see the Pyramids over breakfast each day. The breakfast was fantastic - taken daily on the rooftop terrace. Authentic Egyptian food with plenty of variety. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were eager to ensure we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower and whirlpool bath. The surrounding area had lots of shops, but not much else. Pyramids are a quick 20 minute walk away. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel as a great base for families and couples. I’d happily go back.

Buried in the heart of Giza, is this great little place with a view that will leave you speechless. When you watch the sunrise on the rooftop it will fill you will such awe. The vibrancy of true Giza comes to life right on your hotel step; smells, sounds, people, community, everything. Everyone I spoke to, shook hands with, said ‘hello’ and ‘thankyou’ to was just fantastic. Mahmoud and Sap (my main hosts) these guys are unbelievably hospitable, incredibly resourceful and genuine hosts. Mahmoud I enjoyed our conversations together my good man. Muhammad my driver, there may have been a language barrier but we laughed, joked, ate Koshari and he was like an extended Egyptian brother. I went for the history…I left with a greater historical understanding and a full heart. Inshallah.

The views were spectacular! Eating breakfast with a view of the pyramids was a dream come true. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had an amazing time in Egypt. I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. The owner arranged fantastic tours for me. My guides were the best! Every part of my stay here was wonderful!

I do understand that the staff try to provide a personalised service but them knowing I made a day trip to Luxor without mentioning it to them specifically felt like an invasion of privacy, especially since I’m traveling alone with my sister. The room furniture was a little dated but the tub with view of the Pyramids was nice. Overall, it’s a decent place but I would not choose to stay here again.

Mahmoud was honestly an excellent host. Has also great staff to help. Also has tourism packages that can work for your convenience! Always had breakfast available and when we arrived at the end of the day would always offer drinks or asked if we needed anything! Def would recommend stay here when in Egypt!

A fantastic base to visit the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum and Cairo. It was fantastic to wake up and be able to see the Pyramids over breakfast each day. The breakfast was fantastic - taken daily on the rooftop terrace. Authentic Egyptian food with plenty of variety. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were eager to ensure we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower and whirlpool bath. The surrounding area had lots of shops, but not much else. Pyramids are a quick 20 minute walk away. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel as a great base for families and couples. I’d happily go back.

Stay was brilliant , an excellent view of the pyramids from both our room and over breakfast. We had some trouble with our taxi that we arranged but the manager happily helped out and got us a replacement at short notice that cost us less. So I can recommend this hotel enough.

King Khafen Inn was hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in internationally. From the moment I arrived in Egypt, I didn't just feel like a guest I felt like family. This is a clean and comfy hotel in the centre of Giza. The Rooftop terrace provided exceptional views of the Pyraminds while we ate breakfast and dinner. Every morning, we had a wonderful breakfast with breathtaking views of the Pyraminds. The staff at King Khafen are top tier and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and helpful with anything I needed, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues. I was even able to book all of my amazing excursions from the hotel which was a huge plus for me. Upon arrival, Ibrahim provided me with an itinerary to make the most of my time in Egypt and enjoy my birthday trip. Everyone at the hotel and drivers were so hospitable and caring from the beginning of my trip until the end. I would like to give a special thank you to Ibrahim for providing superior customer satisfaction for me and my daughter while in Egypt. He has an infectious desire to serve his guests with a cheerful personality that makes you feel safe and valued. L'hotel è una piccola oasi all' interno della caotica Giza, personale veramente accogliente e gentile, ti fanno sentire parte della loro famiglia. Li ringrazio molto per essere stati così cordiali!! La camera era pulita e ordinata, arredata in stile occidentale. PS: la vista sulle piramidi è veramente mozzafiato 😍

Oh my what can I say about my stay. Mr. Sup and his family were extremely hospitable. When I tell you that they are welcoming and friendly, it’s the truth. The rooms were clean and the bed so soft. There is security at the hotel. If you’re in Egypt this is a nice place to stay. Mr.Sup, again thank you for the genuine hospitality! If you need a guide and/or driver, he is able to assist you with it.

When we arrived, we were honestly a little surprised by how positive the reviews had been. Our first impression wasn’t amazing. We actually asked to change rooms so we could have what we had expected which was a front-facing room with a balcony, as the view looked much nicer. The staff were incredibly accommodating and arranged this for us straight away. However, we quickly discovered that Cairo never really sleeps. The noise from the street carried on throughout the night and we barely slept, so the next morning we asked to move back to our original rooms instead. But again they really didn’t mind and dealt with our request. Recommend you taking the back twin room if you need a quiet room. It’s large and has a decent bathroom. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. There was a selection of cheese, sliced meats, bread rolls, fruit, coffee, and juice each morning. Nothing overly fancy, but enough to start the day. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team we dealt with was genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They were welcoming from the moment we arrived, happy to help with requests, and created such a lovely atmosphere that it completely changed our overall impression of the hotel. The customer service was honestly the best part of the experience and probably the reason so many people leave such positive reviews. We felt so welcome we are definitely going back at some point. Thank you.
