Unfortunately the elevator was broken and our room was on the second floor. We had our bikes so had to carry them up a flight of stairs. Felt worse for a handicapped woman who was on the 2nd floor as well. Elevator was out of service from around 8pm when we checked in until about 8am when we checked out

Check in was a breeze. Room service was on point and helped when needed. Breakfast was good! Place was clean

The property was well maintained and clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was not up to par, as far as accommodation. We stayed for two days and the free breakfast was the worst continental breakfast. Your hotel ran out of coffee cups were not replaced , so coffee cups. No individual yogurts just a machine that belched out small gobs of yogurt. No hot or cold cereal and no milk, absolutely no milk. None! The fruit was apples and oranges. The oranges has white mold on them and both were soft to the touch which is not good. I asked the manager if he had milk or cups and he took off to see if he could find some cups however, he told me he had no milk. This is inconceivable for such a well known company as Best Western. As far as the cups he never returned so I took the cups from my room. This hotel has so much to offer its guests except the breakfast. No cups for coffee. No milk for cereal or coffee. No cereal. I had a good rest and a very clean room but sometimes a cup of coffee and a toast (no bread) and no waffle machine, makes a better impression like a cherry on top of that sundae. Please take this as constructive criticism. Thank you.
