We were impressed with the frequency of shuttles to and from the airport. After travelling all day we phoned the hotel as soon as we collected our bags. We went to the pick-up area and found their shuttle waiting for us. We booked ourselves on the 7am shuttle but were very impressed that they provided a shuttle every 15 minutes.

Good budget friendly hotel for taking a flight the next day. Good shuttle service and there is an attached restaurant. Be careful not to pull int and go to the rundown dump next door by accident.

Stayed 2 nights. Check in was quick n efficient. Had parking near room as was kinda far from front entrance. Room was clean and inviting. Great Hot water n pressure. Beautiful center courtyard with propane firepits. Nice lil Bar/Restaurant on premises. Highly recommend

Our room was fairly clean but some of the hallways and doors were very dirty. The electricity in our room went out around 1am and it was not fixed until late morning. The complimentary airport shuttle was on time and the driver was ver helpful

I stay here most times as this hotel is quiet and convenient for my travel needs. Comfortable room, nothing fancy. It has a 24/7 shuttle to the airport. Long term off site parking is available for an extra $10 a day. Staff is friendly.

Very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. Not fancy, but the areas were very clean. In my room, the two beds were comfortable, the sheets were good and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good, and they have coffee and tea in the lobby. They have a small convenience store at the front desk to buy some essentials and snacks. There's a 24-hour Speedway right outside in the parking where you can get pizza, snacks, sandwiches for breakfast, dinner, and much more. The hotel's Wings restaurant is open in the evenings, but the menu and ambiance looked good, although I didn't visit it. Across the street is the Olympic Restaurant (brunch and all day meals). There's also a variety of restaurants along the avenue, and you can order Uber Eats. The 24 hrs. free shuttle service can take you to the bus stop located right at the airport. Very convenient if you're using Buffalo's public transportation to get to Downtown, the Mall, or Niagara Falls. The buses are very punctual.

They were under construction so the restaurant was closed and a wing was very much under construction, but our room was great, shuttle service to the airport was prompt and friendly and then also the great rate on parking. We enjoyed dinner across the street at the Greek restaurant and it was fantastic.

The blind in our room was broken we called immediately when we got in the room Friday night and no one ever came to fix it. We spent the whole weekend being unable to open the blinds. The room had hair all over the bathroom, and no hand soap at all. The housekeeping staff had there carts taking up the entirety of the hall making it difficult to get through without having dirty and brooms in your face.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages (we found a McDonald’s French fry on the ground in our hotel room). The couch and bed frame had very questionable stains all over it. There were hair and crumbs inside the bed. The bathroom had stains and hair in it and the shower looked like it had black mold. To top it all off, our room was on the main floor and the blinds didn’t close all the way so anyone could peer into the room which made us feel very unsafe. When we brought it up to the staff, we got a new room that was downgraded in size with zero compensation. The new room was slightly cleaner but still super dirty and gross. Overall a very poor experience with this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend.

Floors were sticky, we found blood in the room which was not ours and it took almost half an hour to get the shuttle to long term parking. We stayed here as we were flying out of buffalo airport early the next morning, but even for that short stay, we would not stay here again.

We've stayed several times the past 3 years & loved the rooms, bar & grill, and nearby activities but this year seems room needs updating, shower area was moldy, bed mattress was uncomfortable & sagging at sides & no complementary breakfast. Also, even thou I called the hotel directly weeks in advance to tell them & confirm my granddaughter would be staying with us the last night & we'd need our king room to have a queen sleeper sofa like our previous stays, not a chair & table set or lounge chair like some rooms offered, but when we checked in & noticed a big empty space where a couch should be, I went to customer service & asked to switch our room but was told none were available & they'd bring a rollaway bed. When they arrived, it was rickety & gave no extra pillows saying we could give my granddaughter some of ours, really! The next night when my granddaughter came we asked again for 2 pillows from the front desk & told they'd bring them to our room right away & finally received them almost an hour later. My granddaughter was not even able to sleep on her rollaway bed as it wasn't too stable & the mattress was so thin she could feel the springs so she slept on the bottom of our king bed. Their restaurant has good wings & service but not happy with the hotel room this visit!

While the staff was phenomenal, the rooms were lacking. Our first room, the fridge didn’t work and the room wouldn’t cool down. The staff moved us and the room was better but we were informed the temp wouldn’t go below 73. This made it impossible for me to sleep unfortunately.

Our check-in was fine and the hotel stay was average. I was told to come back the next day to put a request in for shuttle service to the airport and be put on the list as a result. I did take the time to come down early in the next morning And make that request and have the hotel clerk write it down. When I arrived the next morning for the shuttle, the counter clerk on duty stated that my name and companions were not on the list. That was very frustrating. Luckily we made it to the airport in time to catch our flight.

Our check-in was fine and the hotel stay was average. I was told to come back the next day to put a request in for shuttle service to the airport and be put on the list as a result. I did take the time to come down early in the next morning And make that request and have the hotel clerk write it down. When I arrived the next morning for the shuttle, the counter clerk on duty stated that my name and companions were not on the list. That was very frustrating. Luckily we made it to the airport in time to catch our flight.

We stayed here because we could get a shuttle to the airport for an early morning flight and could park here for a very reasonable price for the duration of our trip. The check in/check out was as quick and easy. Shuttle to gated parking lot and to the airport were great. Room was clean, comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Would recommend!

It was more like one star motel instead we could hear person snoring through the wall like he is in my room. Front desk who ever took my call from airport was very rude. I did not like this place and shuttle was personal very old van with shabby driver.

I stay here most times as this hotel is quiet and convenient for my travel needs. Comfortable room, nothing fancy. It has a 24/7 shuttle to the airport. Long term off site parking is available for an extra $10 a day. Staff is friendly.

I am a Hilton Honors member and i was a little skeptical about Buffalo Airport Hotel before my stay. After my stay at Buffalo Airport Hotel, I am no longer skeptical, i would rather stay at the Buffalo Airport Hotel over the Hilton brand hotels. The courtyard is beautiful, the property is well maintained, but the best overall experience was with the staff, the staff is great from housekeeping to front desk. I give Buffalo Airport Hotel 2 thumbs up and will defintelty be staying there my next time in Buffalo. Also a special thanks to Deb at front desk. I left an entire drawer of clothing in one of the drawers after i checked out. Deb gathered my clothing and shipped them to me via UPS to my home in Texas. I just love the Buffalo Airport Hotel! Very close to the airport but wasn't loud. Plenty of food places around the area. The beds were comfortable and the check in was quick, front desk was helpful. A little old and outdated but was fine for our 1 night stay before flying out.

I was not disappointed, it was exactly what I expected. I frequently have to visit Buffalo and fly in for a few days visiting clients and family. I liked the convenience of being close to the airport. It is what it is....an old Holiday Inn that has been somewhat updated, room was clean and rates could not be beat. I should also mention, across St is the Olympus Diner....great Breakfast!

The hotel itself was perfectly fine and would stay again due to its price and location.

Very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. Not fancy, but the areas were very clean. In my room, the two beds were comfortable, the sheets were good and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good, and they have coffee and tea in the lobby. They have a small convenience store at the front desk to buy some essentials and snacks. There's a 24-hour Speedway right outside in the parking where you can get pizza, snacks, sandwiches for breakfast, dinner, and much more. The hotel's Wings restaurant is open in the evenings, but the menu and ambiance looked good, although I didn't visit it. Across the street is the Olympic Restaurant (brunch and all day meals). There's also a variety of restaurants along the avenue, and you can order Uber Eats. The 24 hrs. free shuttle service can take you to the bus stop located right at the airport. Very convenient if you're using Buffalo's public transportation to get to Downtown, the Mall, or Niagara Falls. The buses are very punctual.

The restaurant inside the hotel was closed for renovations, the restaurant in front of the hotel was closed. I booked this location primarily because of the restaurant being in it. I would have found a different location that included breakfast if I would have known. Wasn’t worth the money to stay there

They were under construction so the restaurant was closed and a wing was very much under construction, but our room was great, shuttle service to the airport was prompt and friendly and then also the great rate on parking. We enjoyed dinner across the street at the Greek restaurant and it was fantastic.

I was expecting a nice breakfast on the rooftop! The breakfast consisted of a sloppily display of packaged muffins and pound cake in their original cardboard boxing, some toast. some cereal...that's about it. It looked like someone's very messy kitchen counter. This can be greatly improved..I quickly escaped back into the elevator and went somewhere else for breakfast.

The lady at the front desk checked us in early since a room was available. I really appreciated that. The staff at Wingnutz Buffalo are excellent! Friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The chicken wings, honestly, these are the best wings I’ve ever had! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce is absolutely incredible. If you’re a wing lover, this place is a must-visit.

It’s a very good hotel for the modest price. 5 stars for overall room cleanliness, but specially the bathroom. One fairly annoying aspect is that they rent the inner courtyard to private events and apparently they can go as late as 11pm or so, right next to your window, if you’re in the inside row of rooms. Thankfully this time they didn’t go past 10pm with the DJ’ing, but the front desk guy wasn’t very interested in calming my concerns… oh well Nice touch as well is the hotel being adjoined by Wingnutz, which has really nice food and drinks.

Buffalo Airport Inn is old-school delightful. It is NOT a cookie-cutter hotel. The lobby is fun, with hot coffee and a WingNutz restaurant down the hall. The guys at the desk had a good sense of humor. And the courtyard is lovely, a great place if you are traveling with kids. Don't expect luxury but do expect you that will be treated nicely.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the location - right next to a runway - made for a very loud experience. The bathroom was barely big enough for one person and the shower curtain rod was about to fall off. The door did not insulate from the outside noise so we heard every guest that walked by our room which made it difficult to sleep. There is no restaurant for breakfast but they did have coffee in the lobby. It was inexpensive but you get what you pay for. One bright side was the bar. We had a difficult travel day and the bar had good food and a friendly staff that made us feel welcome.

You can clean "old," but it's still going to look old, do you know what I mean? If you just want a safe, comfortable enough place to sleep before you fly, and don't want to spend 30% more for "better," this is your place. I'd stay there again.
