No one at front desk checking in or out. Charged me double for 150 new maintenance fee for damages?!!! Added 150 to my room fee of 238 And On top of that a separate 150!!! Both charges need to come off. Manager argued with me. Laundry piled up up and down halls, and place looks deserted.

Staff was pleasant and helpful but the hotel is location is in a bad area and the hotel is outdated. You get what you pay for with this hotel, I would not book here again.

The hotel rooms were extremely outdated and the location is directly across from a questionable neighborhood. The first of our 2 rooms had clearly been smoked in. The staff was helpful and pleasant but the rooms were so bad that we left that hotel and went to another one on Horseheads.

Check-in was slow and the king suite I paid extra for was just a regular room with a king bed. The ice machine was out of order, as was the guest laundry, and the soda machine was completely sold out. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. One huge negative, the entire property smelled like marijuana constantly. Another huge negative, no included breakfast. If you want breakfast, it’s $12-$15 additional each day.
