Ren och prydligt hotell. Bra frukost. Det som var mindre bra, dåligt med hiss kapacitet, långa väntetider. Ont om parkeringsplatser, särskilt på helgen. Skulle önska en resturang på ett sådant stort hotell

Front desk person was very rude and hung up on me. I made a reservation for staff. I explicity told them the staff member was coming in a few hours late and would be tired and don't want them to cancel the prepaid reservation. When the staff member arrived that is exaclty what happened. The staff member said they were ablet to get the reservation reinstated. However, I was miffed that thishappened as I did not want any hiccups. When I complained to the front desk, she said it was resolved so what is the problem. She was quite rude. She eventually just hung up on me. I decided to write a letter to her manager. Got no response. I read reviews on the hotel manager. Apparently he has a reputaiton of being rude and discourteous as can be seen on reviews of hotel. He never responded.

Smoking area right in front of the hotel is not ideal, uncomfortable, and my youngest granddaughter noticed younger kids smoking marijuana as if it were a party. Not acceptable, Parking situation not the best, a party bus consumed 6 slots one night - parked sideways, Morning breakfast was ok, for $1,200 paid for 5 nights, accommodation should have been better. Hilton offer more for that price, unfortunately there isn't one nearby in this part of Long Island. 31/2 star rating.

This was our first time staying here. I am picky, but I was pleasantly impressed. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Even the bath towels were better than some of the comparable hotels. Miyooki at the front desk was professional yet friendly. She always greeted us with a smile whenever we managed to be present during her shift. Little did she know that we were in town for a funeral and Miyooki’s warm and pleasant demeanor meant so much. If there was one thing that could be improved upon, it was the breakfast. I love a pot of hot steel oats. However, it was only available in the instant oatmeal packets. The sweet warm cinnamon rolls were a hit with our family though. We would certainly stay here again and think other front desk staff members should shadow Miyooki and observe how well she interacts with guests. I have a career in customer service spanning decades and industries, so I always take the time to complete surveys and compliment those who know what it means to deliver great service. Miyooki is a keeper!
