Hotel has been refurbished and a wonderful job was done!

Honestly, this motel probably shouldn’t even be open. If I had my wife with me on this trip, I probably wouldn’t have gotten out of the car and would have just eaten the cost and gone elsewhere. As I pulled up into the parking lot I wondered if it was open. There is obviously a lot of renovation work going on and as I went into the lobby there was work actively going on, and as I checked in I noticed there was drywall dust covering everything. Because of the work you cannot access rooms through the lobby, so I was told to use the rear entrance. I went to the back and the door has no latching mechanism, so the motel is open to anywho wants to walk right in. Talk about unsafe! Rooms next to mine and across the hall are in various stages of repair and their doors are propped open. The hallway carpets, as you can imagine with all this work going on are filthy. My room is fairly clean but there was some dust and dirt on the bed covers. Nowhere on the hotel page provided by Expedia, or on the motel’s own website is there any mention of work going on. I am usually a pretty forgiving customer, but I can truly say this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I don’t blame Expedia for the condition of the hotel, but I do think Expedia should check the conditions of properties before putting them on your website. I trust what I see on your site and this time you failed me.

There is nothing saying that there is massive construction going on in the lobby and 1st floor hallway. My room was covered with concrete dust, the exterior door was never locked, I had to listen to construction workers on a Sunday until after 630pm and then started before 7am. I had to walk around the building to get the breakfast which was horrible, my food tasted like dust taste

It was a good clean hotel with a decent breakfast. My only complaint is I didn't have an elevator.

There were just a lot of little things that were problematic. The faucet in the sink was broken. There is only one computer type chair in the room. Nowhere to sit and relax. The ice machine was broken. The coffee at breakfast was horrible and cold. The lock to the side door did not work with the key card. I wouldn’t recommend. In fact, we actually left a day early.

Rooms have been “updated” to some extent. Sheets didn’t feel clean and at first I thought there might be bed bugs, but it was just dirt debris in the sheets.

There was pink mold in the bsth tub....and you could feel the soap r I ng around the tub

Dirty and stinky

Our bathroom was filthy. Old urine on toilet. Floor not cleaned old hair all over it. Old hair in tub. Stay there a few times a yr never had this problem.

Pubic hair, pubic hair, found in the bathroom every day of my four nights day. This was one of five rooms. I brought it to the attention of the desk help the day we checked in. It was still there the day we checked out, nasty, nasty, super nasty.

The staff was good but the conditions of the hotel were awful. Not only do the hallways smell but the rooms do as well. Who ever cleaned the room we were in did a bad job as there were still hairs on the toilet & weird stains all over the room. We had not option to stay in this hotel as we were there for a graduation and every hotel around the area was fully booked. When I complained about all these issues to the staff we were told they didn’t have any other room to accommodate us in. Just awful all around.

Property needs a complete renovation. It smells like mold and is dirty

The only complaint is there were bug traps and mold in the shower. When I told the staff it was ignored.

Great stay. Very clean

The breakfast was nice but the room was so dirty the tub and shower curtain was dirty. The floors were filthy. The pillows were so uncomfortable.

Check in was easy. I told the lady I checked in online and she informed me that that is through a third party and they don't have access to it. So now my information is out there somewhere. The room smelled like chlorine. One of the beds sounded like it was going to crash because every time you laid on it the metal would bang and it sounded as if you hit the side of your stove. Loud noise. Then, some sort of beeping alarm went off twice for at least five minutes each time. Not a fire alarm just a loud beeping noise. Breakfast had no butter. The blueberry waffles didn't even have a hint of blueberry taste. Only non dairy creamer in a packet for your coffee. But the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The noise from people moving around on the floor above was excessive. They were just walking in their room. Seems there is no sound deadening between floors. I suggest not staying on the First floor.

This property was extremely noisy and the beds are awful, the rooms with 2 beds are very small.

Clean and newly remodeled

I really liked staying here, it was clean, well styled, comfortable but the noises you can hear ALL NIGHT long from other people stomping around and moving things is a reason I will not be staying again. It's okay to an extent but still at 4 in the morning is way too much. Thank you

Short 3 night stay the room was nice only down fall is the room I was in was next to the stairs and heard every step especially in the morning other than that it was ok

This was an overnight stay for a family of 4. We were pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the room was clean; beds were comfortable. Although the size of the room was smaller than some hotels we've stayed in, it had the needed amenities and the price was good. The only issue we had was that the toilet didnot always completely flush and needed a second flush (it was reported to hotel staff, so hopefully fixed for the next guest). We would stay here again, if we were in the area.

Check in was a horrible experience. The desk clerk claim that I owed a balance after receiving a receipt from Expedia that I had paid in full finally, she was able to call tech and figure it out, but she said that I should’ve not gone through a third-party to rent my room she tried to make me feel like it was my fault that I was stupid and that I had no idea what I was talking about. The bathroom facilities were not ADA compliant. The toilet was lower than the tub. I have a prosthetic leg and to sit down was incredibly painful and to get up was incredibly hard. I could not use the shower. We discovered three separate black beetle bugs in the room. We notified room service and supposedly they were going to check for bugs. The room was musty smelling, and there were several days where we had to put our garbage outside for them to come and empty it.

This hotel was terrible the customer service was below subpar. No one came out to greet us when we arrived we had to wait, when the guy finally came out he barely made contact with us as we were made to check in through mobile prior to check in along with a message to rate them ahead of time wow I wonder why lol...we were just given our key once the guy finally came out from the back with no conversation, at least he acknowledged us unlike the desk person from this morning that we never had a chance to meet even after repeated attempts by ringing the bell and even calling out no one came. The room was filthy with a toilet that didn't work properly, the place smelled like wet dog and smoke we were not given info about breakfast times clearly since the check in guy didn't talk to us, so as we came down at 9 the cleaner said it was done at 9 and we were there just as she was wiping down she could have at least offered a coffee but nope she was miserable.. Absolutely terrible customer service you need some re-training I would expect this from a no name motel not a name brand...I will never go back there and I would like to give it a zero

Very clean and staff was very friendly

It was an ok stay but when we first checked in it was awful. I had booked 2 rooms gotten email for both the rooms and when . We checked in she said we only have 1 room….. come to find out it was under my mom…….. not sure why I got the email for both it it wa sunder 2 names very stressful and wasted over. 1/2 he trying to figure it out

The property was fine, the bed was comfortable and the site was conveniently located. My wake up call never came, so I was quite late for an appointment. The person at the desk said he rang my room, but the phone never rang.

Nice smaller hotel, rooms were very clean, great shower and nice continental breakfast. All at a decent price. Male desk clerk was great

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate although seating was limited and crowded up quickly. It's located just off of a highway. Shopping and dining options are a little further down the highway.

We had a great trip. The hotel was clean and the breakfast tasted good. They do need to update the address on Google, because it took us to the wrong place.

No complaints. Room was clean. Service was good at check in. Only stayed overnight to tour a college in the area. Outside of building was clean. The hallways could use updated flooring ( just my opinion). Breakfast was the normal - free hotel breakfast. Great stay Great price.

Easy check in as I had paid online with hotels.com. The receptionist asked where I wanted to be placed and was given my choice. We were only there overnight, only disappointment was there was not much of a breakfast and no half and half for coffee. Room was comfortable, loved having the frig and microwave available.

Room was clean. Facility is in need of repairs and outdated. Convenient bed for the night. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and apples. An affordable place to spend the night.

I selected this place over others due to it offering free breakfast. Choice of coffee, juice apple or orange and instant oatmeal is not complementary breakfast. This is borderline fraud and at least ‘bait and switch’!

The hotel is not as advertised. Bathroom was filthy we couldn’t even shower. Breakfast is being discontinued without notice so there wasn’t anything to eat in the morning. There was, however very tacky “fake” food on display where food should’ve been. It was horrible.

When we booked online it said there was breakfast. When we woke up there was nothing. Staff said the owner doesn’t want to do it anymore but still advertises it. Also our checkin took 30 mins and was horrible
