Quality Inn Horseheads

Run down and in need of modernization. No SB ports in the room, bathroom looked like something out of the 1970’s & small. Bad use of the rooms space. The room and bed was clean tho and if your in a pinch it’ll do but I’d advise looking elsewhere.

Lots of cockroaches!! Not a place to go back to.

Libby and Lexy were awesome. My room key wouldn't work and they tried 3 times and Libby walked me to my room and let me in with her key card and they called maintenance to take care of it. Housekeeping was terrible. I asked for clean towels and to dirty ones picked up and bag for wastebasket. The guy at front desk handed me towels, bag to put dirty ones in and bags that did not fit the wastebasket and told me to put them outside the door. I DID NOT sign up to take care of my room. Next day I asked for toilet paper and bags AGAIN and lady at from desk said ok. We were gone 3 hours and no toilet paper or bags. Room was not cleaned the 4 days we were there. Will not stay there again.

The room was great. Very clean. The staff was amazing!!! Very nice poilte kind women! I will definitely be back to stay again!
