Limited parking, construction right next door. The room felt gloomy and while clean just a feeli g of something off. I had a constant issue with ac system the fan worked but the compressor didnt want to kick on much. That staff insisted it was working even after demostrating in person more then once that it was instantly shutting off 3 mins after reset. I gave up on the issue and thankfully the weather had cooled so it wasnt too bad of an issue. I also experience flooding in bathroom due to the floor above. In summary the building felt old.

High marks for the helpful & friendly staff at this hotel--they were professional and customer-focused. As requested, we had a first-floor room. It wasn't particularly large but had everything we needed. The wi-fi was quite good. Hot breakfast was available, and better than most. The dining and common areas were functional and appealing. Parking was a bit challenging as there is neighboring construction and some irregularities in the pavement. All things considered, we had a good 2-night stay here and would return in the future.

The entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke. There was dried toothpaste on the bathroom floor and little hairs (like whiskers) all over the bathroom shower stall walls. The carpets did not look vacuumed either. I told the front desk when I checked out. They did not seem bothered. This is my first negative review I have ever written which means it must have been very bad.

Our room was filthy. The tv remote was sticky, the tub was covered in grime and the walls were covered with crayon writing. The tub was so filthy that I went to the dollar tree for cleaning supplies to clean it myself.

The hotel room was clean but otherwise was very tired. Walls chipped and cracked could see where there had been a leak in the ceiling. Carpets worn out. Quilt had stains on it. Also seemed that there was a lack of help as girl at the front desk was alone so check in took longer than it should. The clientele in the hotel looked somewhat rough. Overall this hotel needs to be renovated.

The staff are really the best part of this property. They were very receptive to whatever I needed it and as long as they had it to send, they brought it to me. I cleaned the room myself after moving in because I did see Hair, what appeared to be blood on the sink, And dirt and dust in various areas. But for the most part, it was a comfortable stay.

I would never recommend this hotel. The room smelled like a wet dog, bathroom sink would not drain, shower around the caulking black appeared to mold, microwave was being balanced with folded up cardboard, bed was not comfortable at all, furniture not clean, placed my pants on sofa picked up and was covered with small white hair like something, it was discussing. No one at the desk to check out, still haven't received a receipt, expected to receive email. I actually had to talk to a staff member who was setting up for breakfast and he said I would get an electronic receipt via email, nothing to date. I recommend to anyone to not book at this particular site.

Had a perfectly satisfactory overnight stay at this hotel. Online early check-in saved time. Our requested floor preference was honored. The room itself was clean and large. However, there was a lot of street noise, and you could hear the noise from the other room, almost as if they were in the same room with you. The property itself is a bit rundown and part of the reason we chose this hotel was for the pool which we were told was closed.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a yappy small dog in another room that woke us up at three am. As for the breakfast we got down there at nine. No eggs left, no bacon, three yogurts and pancake machine wasn’t working. No staff monitoring the breakfast so we went elsewhere to eat.

Our tub filled up over halfway very quickly during a shower. We notified the desk and we were told later it had been fixed. That was not true, the next morning it was the same. Both beds were very creaky whenever anyone moved waking us up.

Room was bigger than expected and larger than surrounding hotels with same type of room, rate was cheaper than surrounding hotels, only thing I can complain about is the bathroom being partially updated as the shower head is way too short I'm 6' tall and had to crouch to shower, my wife is 5'4 and was slightly shorter than the shower head. All in all great room and price, staff was great, surrounding parking lot sucks more pot holes than a seasonal maintenance road.

The room was very nice and lots of space, a bit dated. My complaint was the sound proofing was inadequate for the surroundings. The restaurant next door had long hours and noisy vehicles (and very early morning delivery was loud as well).

I’m a traveler and ran into a last minute hiccup with accommodations and they were exceptional at helping me with getting a room off hours. Stayed for two nights, only saw someone working the front desk once when i checked in. Second night the heater didn't turn on no matter what I did, and someone was blasting music at 2am. I tried calling front desk and let it ring for 15min and no one picked up so I just dealt with it and had a noisy, cold night sleep

Another great stay. But…I’m starting to get worried about this property. This time it seemed like there was people who lived here. Low income people who gathered around the lobby and just outside the door smoking. Not pleasant to walk through clouds of smoke to get in. But there’s two doors. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Property has a lot of shopping and a lot of great food options. Staff did not talk to us. Just gave us our cards and sent us on the way. When we walked in they did not say hello. Not rude just not friendly either. Little things can go a long way. Breakfast was rehydrated eggs, over crisp bacon, bland coffee, dry bread to start. Yogurt was good as it’s pre packed. We may stay again have to see how reviews go in next few months.

I would not have felt safe here if I was traveling alone as a female, also the breakfast lady was late and came in complaining while we all waited for her to get to work. The poor girl at the front desk had to go make bacon. The room was fine but no frills. Just a place to sleep basically.

Had a perfectly satisfactory overnight stay at this hotel. Online early check-in saved time. Our requested floor preference was honored. The room was clean and pleasingly decorated, had a nice fridge and microwave. Wifi was good. Beds were a bit hard and mattresses needed turning. Free breakfast was better than many. Altogether a good stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Had a yappy small dog in another room that woke us up at three am. As for the breakfast we got down there at nine. No eggs left, no bacon, three yogurts and pancake machine wasn’t working. No staff monitoring the breakfast so we went elsewhere to eat.

Another great stay. But…I’m starting to get worried about this property. This time it seemed like there was people who lived here. Low income people who gathered around the lobby and just outside the door smoking. Not pleasant to walk through clouds of smoke to get in. But there’s two doors. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Property has a lot of shopping and a lot of great food options. Staff did not talk to us. Just gave us our cards and sent us on the way. When we walked in they did not say hello. Not rude just not friendly either. Little things can go a long way. Breakfast was rehydrated eggs, over crisp bacon, bland coffee, dry bread to start. Yogurt was good as it’s pre packed. We may stay again have to see how reviews go in next few months.

ANTS!! Broken shower, ants, no TV remote. The staff did move us to a different room, but then charged my credit card for the upgrade even though I had to move because of the issues in the room. The second day breakfast was from the morning before the person didn’t show up on time to make the breakfast. So people were eating old eggs, and old sausage. There was no coffee. When I talked to the manager about being compensated, she told me because I booked through Expedia. They can’t do anything so I will not be ever booking through Expedia again what happened was a travesty and intensely gross. I will post pictures and video.

The bathroom was in need of repair. The shower/tub and toilet did not drain properly. The toilet paper holder was missing and a fresh roll of paper was placed on a shelf near the toilet, still in its wrapper. The bathroom looked like it had received a lot of use and efforts had been made to paint over the damage but the overall effect was "old and tired". The breakfast was good and plentiful. People were complaining about a noisy party the previous night- fortunately not on our floor!

Overall, a good choice if you are travelling with pets; however, I would not stay here again otherwise. The carpets are not deep cleaned as often as they should be considering dogs are permitted. Also, the doors into the building are never locked which feels like a security concern at night.

Little surprise while we got there. Place did not looks so clean. Elevator going upstairs had smell of mist or mold. Carpet throughout the hotel on all three floors were dirty and had many many spill spots on them. Carpet also was dirty in the room we stayed with many soda or coffee spiled spot on it. Carpet need steam shampoo cleaning in emergency . Bed in the room was very comfortable and breakfast was also good. Hotel looked little rundown.
